LCR_LIST_BUSINESS_SYSTEMS in the sldcheck

Hi forum,
I am just setting up an SLD... everything works fine, just when I am doing an sldcheck I get this error:
SLD server access settings:
  host name:   XXXXXXX
  port number: 50100
  user       : myUser
Use transaction SLDAPICUST if you wish to maintain the SLD server access data
Launching the SLD GUI in a separate browser window...
=> Verify in the browser GUI that the SLD is in a healthy running state!
Calling function LCR_LIST_BUSINESS_SYSTEMS
Retrieving data from the SLD server...
Function call returned exception code     4
=> Check whether the SLD is running!
All other checks are successful.
Any ideas where to search for the error.
ThankX!

Thanks for your replies! I am still facing the Problem. A clearing of the cache didn't solve my problem.
SLDAPICUST is configured... but my user is called xi_user, not xiappluser. Might this be a problem?
When using SXMB_ADM for config. the integration engine a lookup on the sld fails with the msg "No access to system landscape at present".
When running in rz70 the data collector I get an error too:

    Hi,
ask your basis guys to check if PIAPPLUSER is not locked in XI......if it is locked, then unlock it......
check SLDAPICUST if it is having the XI details correctly to access SLD............
if your PIAPPLUSER is getting locked frequently, then ask your basis guys to change the password of service users in XI using the OSS Note for password change of service users..........

  • Could not open the ICU common library

    Dear all,
I’ve done heterogeneous OS migration on our Solution Manager system release ver. 7.0 Ehp1, from HP-UX 11.31 to RedHat 6.5. Then we need to perform the system upgrade to version 7.1
Kernel version is SAP Kernel :  720_EXT_REL.
    Database Client Library : OCI_112, 11.2.0.3.0, V1, default.
    created in  :  Linux GNU SLES-11 x86_64 cc4.3.4 use-pr121116
    ICU Version : 4.0.1 Unicode Version 5.1
Everything is working fine. EarlyWatch reports are prepared. But when I checked the SLD http://saptst:54000/sld I’ve got the error “Internet
Explorer cannot display the webpage”. I also checked with IP address and it’s the same error.
With Chrome browser the error is “Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to saptst:54000”
I checked the SLDCHECK and got:
    Exchange Infrastructure: Test LCR Connection
Properties of RFC destination SAPSLDAPI RFC host:
    %%RFCSERVER%%
program id: SAPSLDAPI_SMP gateway host: saptst

=> Check whether the SLD is running!
Summary: Connection to SLD does not work
=> Check SLD function and configurations
    SAPSLDAPI RFC is working fine.
But on the putty connection with the server I’ve got “Unknown function module: Function SLDJAVA_ACCESSOR_REQUEST not found”.
I’ve checked the std_server0.out file in the work directory:
Could not open the ICU common library. The following files must be in the path described by the environment variable
    "LD_LIBRARY_PATH":
    libicuuc.so.30, libicudata.so.30, libicui18n.so.30
    [nlsui0_mt.c 1620] pid = 3079
LD_LIBRARY_PATH is well set in environment of the smpadm user.
The RFC libraries in the /sapmnt/SMP/exe, /usr/sap/SMP/SYS/exe/run, /usr/sap/SMP/SCS01/exe
    and also in /usr/sap/SMP/DVEBMG40/exe are
    libicudata.so.34
    libicudata.so.40
    libicudecnumber.so
    libicui18n.so.34
    libicui18n.so.40
    libicuuc.so.34
    libicuuc.so.40
    There is no libicuuc.so.30, libicudata.so.30, libicui18n.so.30.
I’ve also downloaded the last kernel patches, unpacked and checked the RFC libraries, but there were no libicuuc.so.30… with number 30.
Why the system is searching for these libraries with 30, but not 34 or 40?
Can you please help how to solve the error “Could not open the ICU common library”?
Is this the problem why I can’t open the browser http://saptst:54000/sld and I got the error “Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage”?
    Thank you in advance.

  • Error when reading the ID of the business system from the SLD

    Hi,
I am working on a scenario JDBC - XI - BW (ABAP Proxies). I configured all the steps required to connect XI & BW systems. The SLDCHECK transaction is all green. I was able to connect to SLD from BW using SXMB_IFR tcode too. I was able to look at all the XI Repository interfaces from SPROXY tcode in BW. Created a new ABAP proxy (class interface and method) for the message interface in XI from BW (SPROXY Tcode). Created all required config in XI Directory. Got the message from JDBC adapter, mapping done successfully, and the message failed in the CALL Adapter Step.
The error is "Error when reading the ID of the business system from the SLD for system BWS and client 100."
What could have gone wrong. Thanks in advance.

  • Error in IR Namespace is not defined in the software component version

    Hi All,
Please provide your valuable inputs to resolve the issue.
Namespace http://xxx.com is not defined in the software component version xxx_xxxxxx , 1.0 of xxx.com
Though the software component was already created in SLD and imported. All the developers were able to access the software component and create the Namespaces for their scenarios, but when tried to Activate the scenario above mentioned error is displayed.
    Below are the checks done.
1.In Exchange Profile checked the properties,
    com.sap.aii.connect.cr.httpport
    com.sap.aii.connect.cr.name
    com.sap.aii.connect.landscape.httpport
    com.sap.aii.connect.landscape.name
    2. Tried to import the software components once again through IR -- No results
    3. Restarted the Java Engine through SMICM -- No results
    4.Performed the SLDCHECK no errors.
    Inputs please at the earliest
    Regards
    Shiva.

    Hi Jochen,
This is occuring due to that the created namespace is not getting activated. As mentioned in earlier replies that if you have copied objects from somewhere else then all the related information should also be copied. If the problem resists then you can create all the needed objects in IR again and activate it separately instead of activating all at once.

  • SLDCHECK for Non-XI/PI system??

    All,
I have connected my Abap systems to my SLD and am successfully updating the data every 12 hours.  However, I am running the test SLDCHECK on my ABAP systems and getting errors with the LCR Function Module.  I have gone through the troubleshooting document mentioned in several SLDCHECK threads, and cannot find any issue.  On my non-XI/PI Abap systems, do I need to make sure SLDCHECK runs clean?  I plan on implementing E2E diagnotics in SMG.  Or does the SLDCHECK only have to run successfully for XI/PI systems?
    Plentiful points for helpful gurus!!!!
    Thanks,
    Jeff

RZ70 is all you need to do to connect ABAP to SLD. SLDCHECK is for Exchange Infrastructure.

    hello all -
i have the XI J2EE WEBAS running on client 001 and the ABAP stack running on 010 ( XI's own business system i guess). SLD Server is on CRD client not on XI.

    id  =  XID_001, Shouldn't it be XID_010?
In SLD too, the business system associated with XI is configured as XID_010 though the XI Server/engine is running on XID_001?
Let me know if you have any suggestions.
    Thanks,
    Tirumal

    Hi Tirumal,
From your query what's understood is that in your CRD client, when you execute the SLDCHECK you are facing this error LCR_GET_OWN_BUSINESS_SYSTEMS. Pls do check in SLDAPICUST transaction whether the user id and pwd used is correct. pls do used XIAPPLUSER.
Also refer the config. guide to get the proxy connected to XI.
    Cheers
    JK

  • Adapter framework failing to send message

    Hi,
I am facing an issue in XI, where the adapter framework is getting failed to send the message. The message is also not getting reflected in SXMB_MONI,
"Transmitting the message to endpoint http://server:8080/sap/xi/engine?type=entry using connection AFW failed, due to: Received HTTP response code 404 : Not found."
No service using the ICM port 8080 is working though active. No XI service, even the ping service in sap/bc/ping is not working.
    I have checked the following:
    1) SLDCHECK (browser opening properly). In ABAP part i am getting error
Use transaction SLDAPICUST if you wish to maintain
Launching the SLD GUI in a separate browser window.
=> Verify in the browser GUI that the SLD is in a healthy running state!
    Calling function LCR_LIST_BUSINESS_SYSTEMS

Function call returned exception code     3
=> Check whether the SLD is running!
Summary: Connection to SLD does not work
=> Check SLD function and configurations
for troubleshooting the above error i have gone through the link
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/78/20244134a56532e10000000a1550b0/content.htm
Still the problem persists while calling function LCR_LIST_BUSINESS_SYSTEM
    2) Then i checked the ping (path - http://server:8080/sap/xi/engine?type=entry ) -- its also not running and showing error :
Service cannot be reached  with error code 404 not found.
    3) The RFC XIINTEGRATION_SERVER is showing also showing error 404.
    4) Checked ICM port - its 8080
Inspite of working hard over this issue, still unable to resolve this issue.
Please help me. Awaiting for your helping suggestions
    Thanks in advance..

  • 500   Internal Server Error : java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError in XI -  SLD

    Hi Friends,
We have upgraded the NW2004s java sp level from SP 04 to SP 05. But after doing so we are getting the following error while accessing the System Landscape Directory from the following link
    "http://host:port/rep/start/index.jsp"
The error description is as below
    "500   Internal Server Error

    Correction Hints
It can't be determined from the exception chain, which class loader failed to load the above class. But at least the class loader of the current application does not contain a resource with name 'com/sap/lcr/pers/jdbc/CRQMappedJdbcJ2EEPoolPersistence'.
If I click on the SLD onthe SAP Netweaver - Exchange Infrastructure, I am getting the above error.
Pls help me to solve this problem.
    Thanks in advance
    Purnendu

    Hi Sridhar,
Thanks a lot for your reply.
I can launch the transaction SXMB_IFR. It works fine. I got the XI frontend with Exchange Infrastructure Tools.
But when I click on the SLD I am getting this error.
I have also tried to open the http://<SLDserver>:<port>/sld  link. But this is also giving me the same error.
I have checked the SLDCHECK transaction.
I am copy/pasting some part of the Check result for reference.
""Use transaction SLDAPICUST if you wish to maintain the SLD server access data
Launching the SLD GUI in a separate browser window...
=> Verify in the browser GUI that the SLD is in a healthy running state!
    Calling function LCR_LIST_BUSINESS_SYSTEMS
Retrieving data from the SLD server...
Function call returned exception code     4
=> Check whether the SLD is running!
Summary: Connection to SLD does not work
=> Check SLD function and configurations""
I have checked the following thread
    XI-SLD & IS configuration
But the solution provided in the thread "configure the hostname without any domain with transaction SLDAPICUST" doen not work.
By the way how to check whether SLD is running or not.
Thanks in advance and warm regards
    Purnendu
