Limited usage of GTS

Hi,
I know SAP Business-All-In-One pre-configured scenario for GTS.
I also did have a look at related Customizing documentation.
But I still question myself about the relevancy to my challenge of linking SD Sales with MM Purchasing.
My requirement is quite simple.
For domestic (no international trade) public contracts we are involved in I need to:
1. set up price conditions, volumes and validity dates/periods for contracted materials by sold-to-party
2. set up price conditions, volumes and validity dates/periods for contracted materials with (multiple) vendors
3. automate the execution of sales order intake (assignement to contract, ordering with vendor, delivery confirmation, invocing and customer billing)
4. perform periodical consolidated contract review on both sell and buy side.
Of course all interesting functional pieces of this process can be found in SD and MM but nothing is available to streamline the process and to make it lean.
Would you see GTS helpful here at a reasonable implementation price?
Or maybe should I go for Abap coding and some paper output reports?

Thanks for recalling the key features of GTS.
I am not specifically keen on reports but I need to make the whole SD and MM stuff working in a more lean manner.
Today I can only set up separate contacts in SD and MM.
Each of those can be analysed on tis own in terms of history of order calls.
But processing orders is still "classical".
Ideally I would like not only trigger a PPreq out of sales order item (direct delivery) but even directly a PO.
It would also be nice to have a single and common view of SD and MM contracts in terms of history, target quantity and value, remaining "to be produced".
It seems to me that GTS (or rather GTM?, SAP is so confusing with all those marketing novelties...) provides some features of this kind.
Remember that I am in a public contract and the contracting parties are binded not only by price agreement but also by the quantity to be ordered and delivered. Hence contract reviews, whether quarterly or annually, are key managing milestones where the parties agree how to make sure the contract will be executed as signed.

  • How to setup a document for self expiration\Limited usage after a while?

    Is it possible to setup a .PDF file to make it unwatchable after a certain number of invocations and / or date? Is there also a solution to the problem of the reader first doing duplicates of the file? Once the document reached its limit, it is desired that rewinding the clock, etc. would not revive the usability of the document. I intend the document to contain a picture, hopefully this doesn't make a difference.
    If achievable, what minimum level of Acrobat version is required to generate and what minimum version of Acrobat Reader is required to open the file?
    If Acrobat/.PDF technology wont do it, are there any other means to accomplish the task?

    Here my problem I need to be able to limit my AD users to a 10min access to the WLAN.  I see you can do this for guest accounts, but you have to manually enter a username and password.  I would like the web authentication to use our ACS which is tied in to our AD.   Is there a way to do this?

    Weterry,
    Here the whole story.  I have a bookstore that going to have “Demo” pc for students to buy.  The want to show the internet on these devices, but our security guy require all users to logon.  I was hoping to find a way to let user logon quickly to test these devices.
    I have already figure out the web auth and that great feature, but you have to manually enter each user.   If I could get that to use AD and limit each to 10min that would be great. I would like to setup a SSID for the demo devices and limit users to 10 min.
    I have 2 WiSM controllers running 6.0 also have WCS .

  • Download usage is going up very fast, even when no...

    My son has BT Infinity and has tried to find out why the downloading keeps going up  - upto 1 GB a day, even when he is not using the internet, and when they do its only things like facebook. He doesn't stream movies or anything like that. He went to work the other day and after a 12 hour shift it had increased by 5 GB with no one at home.
    He spent 3 hours on the phone to BT customer support - only to be finally connected to a supervisor/manager who disconnected the call.
    There seems to be no realy support from BT once this stuff is installed.
    Has anyone else had problems with rogue downloading.
    Also, is there a way to change the WEP security keys on the infinity box, he doesn't seem to have been left any instructions on how to do it...
    He has now switched off the internet/BT infinity box.
    Why can't you get decent support from knowledgeable people these days?

    It is more than likely that anyone's usage will increase enormously when changing to infinity from a different package - depending on your previous speed etc. Typcailly views on youtube might default to HD rather than a lower quality, and other similar things. You might view a webpage which may have video content still buffering when moving away, but with infinity the whole content could easily download due to the speed.
    As you were previously on option 1, with a limited usage before extra charges - it would have been prudent to keep a note of the usage and be aware of what was being done online. However with the unlimited infinity packages, there would be no need to keep tabs on usage, even if it was in the "mind" so to speak. Hence usage can easily rocket.

  • Are there known data usage problems with iPhone 4S?

    I just got my first iPhone. I barely know how to use the thing and pretty much only use it for checking my work email. I blew through 7 GB of data in 20 days. From everyone I've talked to there is no way I have done this based on my limited usage. So something is running in the background that I can't control. I've turned off the cellular setting and told it to only use wifi, and when I'm at home it appears to be using my wifi. I read some other comments here saying it could be a problem with the iOS, but it didn't seem like a definite answer. Any other ideas?

    Last month I checked the data usage on my iPhone 4S three days after the start of a new billing cycle. To my shock I discovered that I had been charged with about 193 MB of usage. That was very odd because 193 MB is well above what my total data usage is each month. Immediately contacted AT&amp;T Customer Service--twice. Each time they could not provide an explanation as to why the data usage was charged to my phone. All they could tell me was that all of the 193 MB were charged on the very day the new billing cycle started. They did try to sell me a larger data plan.
    I thought maybe this was just an odd thing that couldn’t be explained. Kept a close eye on my data usage for the reminder of the billing cycle and didn’t have another large data charge. I still stayed well under the 300 MB plan limit even with the unexpected 193 MB of usage on day one.
    Then my wife checks her iPhone 4S data usage on day one of this month's billing cycle at about 9 AM. She finds that she has been charged with 30 MB of data usage when she hasn't even used her phone. Again, 9 AM; day one of new billing cycle; 30 MB of usage; no active applications running. How can this be? She contacted AT&amp;T Customer Service and once again they were no help. She made two phone calls and also spoke with one CS Manager, but no one could explain why she has been charged for the 30 MB. Anyone else having this problem? Please help us resolve this if you know what to do? Extremely frustrating to be charged for data we know we are not using. Getting no help from AT&amp;T Customer No-Service.   

  • Data Usage Monitor

    Hi
    I hope someone can give me an answer to this.
    Since signing on to BT Broadband last April I have been unable to access the data usage monitor. All I get is an 'error' message saying that the data usage monitor is currently unavailable to a small number of cvustomers'. On the phone to 'tech. support for almost 90 mins today being passed around. No one is able to tell me why I can't access this info
    Any ideas?

    I'm not sure if anyone knows why some customers can't access the usage monitor.  If you're on an unlimited plan, it doesn't really matter.  If you're on a limited usage plan, then you are effectively on unlimited until BT fixes the problem.

  • Monitoring User Usage

    We have Leopard installed on all our computers.
    We have a desktop upstairs that is used by the children.
    How can I monitor/recall which user was on the computer at what time, and for how long?
    I think the Console app is my answer, but I'm not sure what to look for.
    In our example, my wife is userone, and has full administrative privileges.
    Our daughter is usertwo, and son is userthree. Both usertwo and three have limited usage.
    So, how do I go about telling what times of the day or night my children where on the computer.
    We're running into a lot of "I don't knows", or, "Not mes".

    Go to system preferences and select accounts. You should see the three accounts you mentioned plus the guest account (which you can turn on/off). On the accounts you want to monitor click the account on the left and check the box 'enable parental controls'. You can then click 'open parental controls' to get several parental options. Probably the one most useful to what you're trying to monitor is in the last tab across the top of the window 'logs'.

      We have Bi and portal...i have configured the connectivity between portal and BI..
    But our portal has very limited usage..i.e we are  using portal for mostly for ESS/MSS...
    I want to increase its usage..so can anyone provide me some information on how poral can be used with BI more effectively....
    we have already publised some report from BI...but what are the other possibilities...so that more user are acquainted to portal....and increase its usage ......

  • Can I install both Snow Leopard and Windows 7 on the same version of VMWare 5?

    Even though I am running Apple OSX Mountain Lion 10.8.3 on my new 2013 iMac, I have just installed VMWare's "Fusion 5" so I can have Windows 7 installed on the "Fusion 5, for limited usage needs.
    I also would like to have a running version of Snow Leopard available to run my large collection of original Lynda.com training DVD's and CD's ... which unfortunately, now only allow the Lynda.com GUI player to operate in (and up to) Snow Leopard (at least this is what the Tech folks at Lynda.com have told me).
    Since Lynda.com is no longer producing any or their training programs on CD or DVD any longer, and because they have stopped supporting their training programs to run on Lion and above, I will have to have a version of Snow Leopard installed to run these training programs, and still be able to run them using the Lynda.com GUI player.
    So here's my dilemma:
    1.  Can I install both a version of Snow Leopard OS on my "VMWare "Fusion 5" .... along with a running version of Windows 7 on       the same "Fusion 5"?
    2.  Do I install only the Windows 7 on the VMWare, and find some other "device" to run a version of Snow Leopard off of?
    3.  Do I consider using "BootCamp", in conjunction with "Fusion 5", to get access to both Snow Leopard and Windows 7?
    Has anyone had any experience installing BOTH a previous (older) version of Apple OSX  ... AND ... a Windows OS version on one installed version of VMWare "Fusion"?
    OR
    Any suggestions on how to set up having access to both Snow Leopard and Windows 7 .... while keeping OS Mountain Lion as my main OS?

    Would you have "links" to any "Fusion 5" installation instructions/info for setting up the
    "two machines" (one for Snow Leopard and one for Windows 7)?

  • Want to buy a home by the end of the year - do I have a chance?

    Hi everyone, I'm new to the forums, and only a "lurker" for about a week or so. There are too many factors involved to explain why, but my wife and I want to buy a house by the end of the year; so we're calling December 15 our deadline. As you read through our situation below, please keep the following questions in mind. I have the opportunity to use about $3000 to pay down some debt; what do I pay down, and what do I leave with a balance (and use for purchases)?Should I open a personal loan to pay off some cards and have a "new" type of loan on my credit report? Or will the added inquiry hurt more than the new line will help? I get constant offers from crap places like Prosper, but maybe with a better company...Should I refinance my NJ Class loans at a lower interest rate?Should I refinance my car loan at a lower interest rate or longer term?Should I go into repayment on the Federal student loan now so I can choose the repayment plan with the lowest monthly payment (30-year "extended" or "graduated extended") and have it show up on my credit report with a low monthly payment? Or will it not come up on my credit report as such (will it still show a high payment)? Or will the payment amount be ignored by the mortgage company (I've heard some use something like 1% of the loan amount per month)?Since my wife's employment situation is not ideal, can I get approved with only my credit and income and whatnot (making me the only one legally responsible for payment), but still have "joint ownership" of the property?It looks like a downpayment of 5% on $240k ($12k) turns into about $20k of up-front expenses when you count closing costs and escrow-tax-insurance-somethingorother (technical term, right?).     What are your fico MORTGAGE credit scores for each mortgage applicant?I don't really want to pay to get mortgage scores now because I'm not ready to get prequalified... still paying down credit cards, so to me it's useless to get the score until my credit situation is stable. Here are free scores from credit cards and whatnot:
     Myself:Discover 6/21: 773Citi 5/26: 744Capital One 6/18: 746Mint.com 4/7: 686 (score to be updated July 7th) My Wife:Discover 6/14: 749 Based on these, and the general deviation between them and mortgage scores (<50 points?) I think I would be able to qualify for a conventional loan, skipping FHA (ugh... mortgage insurance for life?). Some low-downpayment loan programs like Fannie Mae's MyCommunityMortgage (MCM) require higher scores (especially for DU), and I do think I would have the required 680-or-so, but as I mention elsewhere in this post, I haven't found an NJ MCM lender (other than brokers). But ideally, a 3% downpayment (like MCM) and reduced (compared to FHA and conventional) MI (again, like MCM) would be ideal... Obviously, there's no guarantee that these are anywhere close to the mortgage scores, so once I feel like I've paid down my cards as far as I need to (i.e. I feel I'm ready to get pre-qualified), I'll make sure to buy the mortgage scores.     6. Employment (for those who are employed). Myself:Went from $16k/year to $26k/year part-time while in school, now $65k/year (as of last month) and salaried, all at the same company for 4 years now, and the boost was due to graduating; surely they can throw out the 2-year requirement? I plan on staying here for many years, and am about 99.9% certain there will be no reason for that income to drop in the forseeable future. Wife:Nothing's sure, and it's very low pay. As noted above, $13k/year at the moment, but she's unhappy with both (retail... ugh) jobs, so that's not guaranteed. She's looking for a break and a decent office job, but even if she gets it, I'm pretty sure the short length of time that she'd have it before getting a loan would make the difference in income useless. I'll add here our budget: In our current situation, with about $5000/month net income ($1k from her, $4k from me), we can comfortably save $2000/month. July and October are 5-week months, so that goes up to $3000 those months. However, I'm using the $3000 surplus from this month to pay down cards. So that's $7k added to savings thru October or $9k thru November. Hypothetically, I could "skip" paying off cards (or pay down all but Discover) in order to boost up savings.
    7. Assets/Reserves. This is to determine how much you could potentially have as a down payment and also as reserves to help qualify (for example if your debt to income ratio is high this could help qualify you anyway). Savings: $5000Checking: Everything that goes in, goes to paying credit cards or into savings. I haven't made a purchase transaction with a debit card in over a year because I get points on all my cards. So call it $0 available for moving to savings.
    8. Location:  This is to determine govt guaranteed loan limits, what special programs might be available for you, how much property taxes & homeowners insurance will likely be, amongst other items. Central New Jersey (Somerset, Middlesex, possibly Hunterdon counties). I don't know where I can find a "conforming" 3-3.5% down loan here that's not FHA, since no local banks seem to advertise something like it. I've been looking at MyCommunityMortgage and they seem awesome - 3-5% down with mortgage insurance that is typical for 10-15%-down conventional loans - but when I do search for "Fannie Mae + your home state" as recommended, all I get is HomeFirst and general info on MyCommunityMortgage (since the income/value limits are higher for NJ, that info gets included in all their documentation on the program).
    9. Property Description:  Single-family, "single home" (no townhouse/condo). No foreclosures, short sales, or other "as-is" situations.
    10. Property Value.  $200,000-$250,000
    11. Occupancy.  Currently? Rent $550/mo. As far as every credit application I've filled out is concerned, it's my responsibility. However, since the contract IS in both our names, I could hypothetically call it $275/mo (even split) or $440/mo (split based on relative income). Not sure what that would help/hurt with; I've heard of sticker shock being a concern for some, but if all goes according to plan ($2000/mo into savings, basically the amount the mortgage+tax+insurance would be), I don't see that being an issue. 12. Not personally familiar with these but it looks like a SL from the other info you've provided. Generically you should refinance when the total cost of doing so is beneficial to you. That said, a mortgage lender is going to look at total student debt, and use the greater of your current payment or 1% of the total ...thus refinancing for mortgage purposes may not result in any dtir benefit to you. Should I refinance my car loan at a lower interest rate or longer term? If this is a new car loan, yes ...if its a used car loan, it depends on age and value because your current rate isn't outrageous for an older car loan ...generically, if you can refinance to a lower monthly payment at a reasonable cost, you should do so in order to lower your dtir ...but its a trade-off because the HP will probably cost you a few points on your scores.Should I go into repayment on the Federal student loan now so I can choose the repayment plan with the lowest monthly payment (30-year "extended" or "graduated extended") and have it show up on my credit report with a low monthly payment? Or will it not come up on my credit report as such (will it still show a high payment)? Or will the payment amount be ignored by the mortgage company (I've heard some use something like 1% of the loan amount per month)? All of the govt guaranteed loan programs have recently moved to using the higher of your current payment or 1% of the total in your dtir calculations ...do the math and act accordingly. Be wary of any lender that is not using the higher figure when giving you preapproval numbers, uw will inevitably catch it and it could torpedo your loan after you've signed a contract and spent on prepaids and fees.Since my wife's employment situation is not ideal, can I get approved with only my credit and income and whatnot (making me the only one legally responsible for payment), but still have "joint ownership" of the property? USDA offers the best govt guarantee program for closing costs since they will allow you to include closing costs in the loan up to the appraised value. New Jersey's web site is screwed up (at least for me) and I can't nail down exactly what dp/closing cost assistance programs are available to you but it looks very dependent on the specific location you are buying in.Based on my income, debts, interest rates, monthly amount I can put into savings, and general "homebuying timeline," when should I get pre-qualified? DO NOT get "pre-qualified" ...get "pre-approved" ...a pre-qual is virtually meaningless ...a pre-approval means they've actually looked at your documentation and, short of verification, are reasonably sure they can get you to closing ...its a huge difference ...as far as when? ...yesterday would have been great ...rates are rising ...its almost certainly going to get worse ...so bite the bullet ...find a decent realtor in your target area, ask them to recommend lenders they have worked with that can actually close their loans ...talk to those lenders ...get a pre-app ...go shopping ...if your credit scores/dtir improve significantly because of cc paydowns, ask your lender to rescore you ...mortgage pulls within 30-60 days all count as one HP. Please do not limit your advice to that related to the questions above... Credit Negatives:  Have you tried to have the late removed from the CR? Depending on the SL source, some programs have been very responsive to GW requests after a good payment record has been reestablished ...ymmv but you lose nothing by trying.  5. Employment (for those who are employed). Do not count on reason and logic being used in the mortgage process ...this will come down to finding a lender who will work with you ...if the 4 yrs is same company and the line of work matches your degree, it may not be a problem ...but its one reason you want to get the pre-approval process going now ...to find a lender who knows your exact situation, has reviewed the documentation, and given you a pre-approval knowing all the facts ...av pre-qual will look at your score, ask you for your current income, and promise you pie-in-the-sky until the rubber meets the road and his uw upchucks over your employment history ...goodbye loan and all the money you paid ...get a real pre-approval  8. Location:  Hunterdon county has a lot of areas eligible for the USDA program and your income is well within the limits ...if the commute is acceptable, its a good program. Somerset/Middlesex are mostly ineligible. The NJ website for dp assistance programs isn't working for me but take the effort to ask your prospective lenders about these programs and their experience with them. Any that pooh pooh them should be scratched off your list. 11. Occupancy.   Sticker shock WILL be an UW issue but you appear to have it addressed.     I know this has been asked before and all those threads are locked. Many asked the question, but I haven't found a satisfying answer yet.
    Can I multi task with CC?
    I want to have my laptop next to my desktop. And while I render, export or whatever my newly shot documentary on the laptop I want to work with a music video project on my desktop. Then when the render is finished I render the music video and go back to the laptop and continue on the documentary. Or maybe I just work 5 minutes on the desktop music video, then come up with something brilliant for the project on the laptop and switch. Back and forth. Will that kind of activity result in any kind of limitation, usage-wise?
    So, working on Premiere on my two computers at the same time.. is it possible? Technically? I know the EULA says "only one person". But will it let one person mutli task?
    I need to know this before I buy. sorry for asking this again, please bless me with a clear answer

    Yes in case of Creative cloud subscription you are allowed to install and use the cc apps in any two machines.
    Even if you want you care allowed to use these apps together in both the machines.

  • Help only had verzion for a few days and very frustrated. About to return

    So we have been with sprint for over 9 years.  And have been happy with their service... However our friend has verzion and was using it @ our house and we noticed how much faster it was so we decided to switch....... Black Friday we wanted a deal of course. We wanted the iPhone 5s, walmarts had the best deal we waited and then they told us they had a problem with activation between them and verzion....... So they put us on the "list"  well they didn't call us back.... So Saturday  we went out looking again. Target had a similar deal although it was still more expensive for the phones. We signed up and got 2 iPhones .  We also wanted a hotspot they said they didn't have them and had to wait. Although there was a banner in target sayin they had them.... Again we were put on the list..... No call .....   So now we go to get our hotspot and now they are telling us they won't honor the waived activation.... I called verzion and spoke with a rep about wanting to purchase the hotspot and not being able to. They said any promotions such as the waived activation would be noted .. Since there was availability problems..... Now I called verzion  and they say there is no note on our account... Also I am a authorized user on the account. Which they have verified  again each time I call they act like I speak a foreign language..... And have to verify I am on the account again..... So they can't keep that straight so I see how they don't see our promotion "note in our account........ "
    Help someone at verzion has to be able to see the note or see that we did get our phones on the waived activation. And waive the activation on the hot spot like we were promised.....  Come on why make some one mad over something like this within the return period?

    We are post pay, normal contract customers.  Right now we have our sprint phones still..... It was a just in case verzion didn't work well....
    I mean a 2 year contract with 2 iPhones and a hot spot with 10 gig is what $200+ for 24 months  is close to $5k ......
    So they won't keep a promise to waive a activation fee of $35 on a out of stock item..... 
    That just doest make any sense to me...
    Oh yeah btw the card is currently on sale @ walmart for $a dollar... Through verzion they are $20... That is the reason we didn't get it through verzion directly in the first place.......  Again that is the reason I called verzion to make sure they would honor the waived activation fee...... 
    I feel I already paid a extra $50 due to verzion and their in-ability to keep their computers up and running with the biggest retailer on the biggest retail day....
    I  sure don't want to pay another $35  because if their in ability......
    How much do I have tp pay if we return them.... Target doesn't charge a restocking fee that I am aware of...  But I have a weeks with of limited usage so do they pro rate the month based onnthe days you had it?
    Or would some one from verzion. Please help us and keep verzion promise to waive the activation fee on our device we want to purchase....

  • How to select data from a PL/SQL table

    I am selecting data from database after doing some screening i want to store it in a PL/SQL table (temporary area) and pass it to oracle reports.
    Is there any way to select the data from a PL/SQL table as a cursor. Or is there any other way of holding the temporary data and then pass it back as a cursor.

    A PL/SQL "table" is anything but a table. Whoever came up with this term in PL/SQL to describe what is known as dynamic arrays (the correct programming terminology that existed since the 70's if not earlier and what is used in all other programming languages I'm familiar with)... well, several descriptions come to mind and none of them are complimentary.
    You cannot "select" from a PL/SQL dynamic array as it is not a table within the Oracle context of tables.
    Thus you need to convert (cast) a PL/SQL dynamic array into a temporary Oracle data set/table in order to select from it. This is in general a Bad Idea (tm). Oracle tables and SQL and concurrency controls and all that are especially designed for processing data. PL/SQL arrays is a very simplistic data structure with very limited usage. Why would you want to use that in SQL via a SELECT statement when you can use Oracle tables (or proper temp tables) instead? Besides that, it is also slow to cast a dynamic PL/SQL array into an Oracle SQL data set structure (context switching, copying of memory, etc).
    The proper way to use PL/SQL to generate data sets for use via the SQL engine is pipelined table functions.
    This is not to say that you should never use PL/SQL arrays and casting in SQL.. simply that you need to make sure that this is the correct and scalable way to do it. And that will also always be an exception to the rule when you do.

  • Crystal Report generating data from incorrect data source

    In dealing with a recent post about an upgrade to Crystal XI R2 mixing badly with an old VS 2003 project ( Update to CR XI R2 and service pack 4 issues with VS 2003 ), I've been attempting a few things to get past the issues with missing parameters and so on.  I found that I actually was using a parameter in the report I was trying to run, so I assigned the proper value to said parameter, ran the report, and lo and behold all was well.  The data was coming back correctly, no errors, everything seemed fine.<br><br>
    Then I checked the results against the production environment of this application, hosted on a remote server, and was disappointed to find that the reports were now coming back blank.  After some deeper investigation, it turned out that the data it was retrieving was coming from my development server and not the production server like it had in the past.  As far as I can tell, it is completely ignoring the dataset that I'm assigning to the report object (which is filling with the correct data) and just running the query built into the report, which is connected via ODBC to my development server database.  I have no idea what this is going to do when the application is run from the production environment itself, as in, my customers running the application from their desktops, and I have no way of testing this.<br><br>
    I will fully admit that the report may be poorly designed, because then and surely enough now I'm no crystal expert, but as I said in my previous thread, this all worked fine until I upgraded to XI R2 for another project.  Essentially what I want is for the report to accept the dataset and display ONLY that data, and not run a query against the ODBC connection.  Is there some way to force this behavior?  Here's a sample of my code, if it helps:<br><br>

    It's all relatively simple, create a dataset, load the report, assign the dataset to the report, export to a PDF.

    I ran that after loading the report, but received a failed login error every time.  Any suggestions on how to proceed with this?  I'm at a loss because up until now I've never had a problem like this with a crystal report, they always just took the datasets I gave them without ever running anything else.

    After attempting quite a few of the proposed solutions, nothing seemed to be working.  Due to the limited usage and number of reports in my application, I decided to try recreating them from scratch (there are only 3 and 2 are nearly identical) using only the crystal 9 integrated designer in VS2003.  My initial testing has been successful, even using the same base query that the failing reports were using.
    Dropping everything and recreating all of ones reports is not the greatest solution, but at worst it's a few hours of tweaking, as opposed to days of frustration messing around trying to get the "corrupted" reports to work again.  Thank you again for your assistance.
