Line Loop by Remote status on T1

Recently, my AS5400XM started getting this status on some of my T1(I have DS3). I've worked with our vendor and they indicated it is a Cisco bug. We have never had this issue before until they migrated our system to a different switch. The problem can be resolve if my provider restart their T1. But we are seeing the issue again from time to time. Needless to say, I just wanted to find ways to pin point the issue. I believe it is on their end, but i need to get data or anything at all to prevent this from happening again.
Can anyone help me out? I need some starting point.

Order lines stays in booked status when HVOP errors out

Hi Gurus,
During HVOP some lines are getting stuck with "BOOKED" status.
sometimes these will get stuck with schedule ship date being populated;
sometimes these will get stuck in "BOOKED" status with schedule ship date as blank.
When lines get stuck in 'BOOKED' status, we are seeing that HVOP either just gets hanged or it complets in error.
Output file of HVOP says :

ORA-01086: savepoint 'PROCESS_BATCH' never establishedLooks like a bug to me. Check metalink and obtain the latest version / patch of the code.
If that does not help, raise an SR to obtain a fix.

If I load SET PF-STATUS '111' then don't see icon from at-line selection and reverse.

Hi,
When you define pf-status the list processing feature disappers and screen processing works. So only the user action double click can happen on the lists. The default functuion key for double click is F2. So assgn it to a user command and it will work on double click on the list.

Order Lines stucked in Booked status

Some standard order lines are stucked in 'Booked' instead of moving to 'Awaiting Shipping' in our environment.
The OM: AutoSchedule profile value is on. And as I know, when an order is booked, it will auto create a record in wsh_delivery_details. But those order lines never create one and need to click 'Progress Order Line' -> 'Schedule Elgible' to manually.
When looking at the Workflow status of these order lines, it never goes to the 'Create Supply Line' stage.
Is there any workaround to reduce manual work? I now create an alert for it.

Sometimes it happened because of ATO Flag in ITEM Master. Remove this Flag from both Master Organization as well as from Inventory Organization (The Org which you are using in Sales Order Line).
And also make sure 'Workflow Background Engine' is schedule to run for every 1 or 2 minutes (based on your requirements). Try to create a New Sales Order Line to verify the result.

Firefox command line option "-no-remote" doesn't work with profile.

I want to run the stripped version of firefox in background with one application and another full version of firefox for normal browsing. I have created the profile for the stripped version of firefox and loading the same using command firefox -P "stripped" -no-remote/firefox -no-remote -P "stripped". But when I start the full version of firefox by launcher "firefox" than it directly loads the stripped version even used the -no-remote option with profile. So I have created launcher for firefox and used the -no-remote with default profile like "firefox -no-remote". It works when first time I click on launcher but for second click it shows the message "Firefox instance is running, or not responding. close the firefox and restart the system". I have gone through the online available documents that suggests that use the -no-remote option with profile so the default profiles works correctly. But -no-remote option doesn't work with the profile. So is there any way to launch the full version of firefox by launcher on second click on launcher?

If I use the above command than the new firefox window get the configuration from the stripped even if I have used the -no-remote.
I use the -no-remote with firefox default than it works for the first time.
I have created the launcher for firefox default. So if I click second time on launcher than it doesn't work.

Vulnerability Scanner causes Flash Remoting Status Description to return null

I'm having an issue with Flash Remoting that we have been able to track down as being cause by our vulnerability scanner. About 2 minutes into the scan process it causes flash remoting to fail and it does not recover until the ColdFusion Application Service is restarted. What's worse is that I'm not seeing any errors in the log to identify that there is a problem and it's a error the end user is seeing and reporting to notify me of the issue.
Any thoughts of what might be causing this? Is there any logging I can enable to help troubleshoot / identify when I have a problem?

CME - Shared line status indicator

Ive seen several different installs of CCME at different retail stores that I visit. Both stores use CCME (which I am sure of). Both installs (seperate and unrelated to each other) have a key-system structure where there are 7960Gs that have their buttons mapped to a unique extension as well as 4 shared DNs that allow any phone to pickup any line. The interesting part, however is that at one store when a line is in use, all of the other phones show the line icon for the shared DN as a phone with the handset on-hook and a flashing "X". However, at another location, also Running CME, with a very similar setup, the shared lines show the remote-in-use icon (dual handsets) for lines in use. Is this just a matter of the version of CCME that they are running?
I was just curious as to whether this has something to do with the configuration or simply the version of CME that is used. Ive looked around the cisco site and have found very little information regarding line status icons and cisco CME. There is a brief mention in the guide for the 7914.

Yup, you were definitely correct with the firmware being the culprit! the systems vary quite a bit in age. One one the phones are running load 3.5 and on the other they are running 8.5.

How to enter serial number for sale order line which is in shipped status

Hi All,
We have 2 different items which are defined as Serialized at Sale order issue at item definition.
In one sale order,User has forgot to add serial number to one of the item at Ship confirm stage.
He has entered serial number correctly to other item.
Now the both Sale order lines are in Shipped status if we view them through Shipping>transactions.
I am technical guy and new to OM.Could you please let me know the process to enter the serial number for the item to which user has missed it

Since the item is already shipped, you cannot enter serial number for this line.
you have to enter serial numbers after pick confirm only.

As a workaround for the previous lines do RMA and try to receive the goods back to your subinventory.

Change line item status at table level & also in transaction.

I want to change the status of line item in CRM service order at table level. This change should reflect in transaction too.
Ex. Order X is in release state. When i run my program for line item 10 with enabling a check box in the selection screen, then the line item status shd be changed to "complete".
Table to change status is CRM_JCDS. Kindly send sample code on how to change the status in order through pgm.

Open item management tick checked in GL master as we have run the program FAGL_SWITCH_TO_OPEN_ITEM .
Also GL shows the line item dispaly as RFSEPA01 had been executed.
However FAGLL03 shows all the old line item as posted status -we are looking for option have the status of all the old
line item as open item indicatior(in red) there by we can have the option to select all the item to process open item in F-03.
Appreciate for an amicable solution on this.

Updating the Line number on status bar.

I have developed an editor using swing, however I have used the JTextpane class to display the text. I had did of trouble with features such as go to line as this class does not support methods such as getLineCount in the JTextArea class. However I over came this by writing the method shown below.
The problem is that I want to show the current line number on the status bar. When do I call this method? After every '\n'?
The setLine Number method is below.

Perhaps extending a PlainDocument is better, if line
numbers are meaningful for your application.
About your method, mind that getText can be quite dear,
so it is better not to call it if you don't need it.
For a more efficient alternative, look at Document.getText(int offset, int length, Segment txt)It uses a Segment (un unguarded string) pointing directly
into the document, which you can use much like a char
array.
As to your question, I would define a CaretListener
so as to update the status bar when the caret moves.
