Link the accordionPanelContent

Question

I have built a page with accordion panel region to link to a
photograph detail region. The accordion panels are working, but I
can't get the detail region to update from the accordian region.
Any help someone could provide would be greatly appreciated. a
simple spry table works fine, i'm just not sure how to make
something from within the "accordionPanelContent"
area a link to the "detail region" where the data
images will be swapped.

No, that didn't work at all. If anything it actually looked worse than what I was doing before.
I partially solved it via use of turning FixedPanelHeights off. That worked but it's not complete. Clicking on the main links in the AccordionPanelTabHome div doesn't take you to another website/page. Here's my code:
