List of Employees working in same shift
Hi All,
I would like to see the list of employees who are working in the same shift. i.e., I have employees who are working in three different shifts (Mrng, Aftn & Nigt). Now I would like to see the list of employees who are working in the night shift on a particular date. Where & how can i see this list?

I think we need to develop custom report..But through enhance the T.code: "PT62" report we can reach the Issue. here in SAP standard Shift Timings only displayed, we need display DWS class no also.
This report provide you who are working status of employee. you need to run daily. After getting report using filters will get desired report.

I want to group all the employees under one manager and list their names in the same row. IS that possible. When i tried the query below,
select mgr, count(*) employees from emp where mgr is not null group by mgr, ename;
I got the result as

Time Manager's Workplace and Employee temporary assignment in Shift plannin
Hello fellow SAPPERS,
I trust that this mail finds you all well.I wonder if you could help me
1. With the temporary assignment of employees to another org unit using the shift planning section of TM, will i be able to see those people temporarily assigned unedr my reporting structure within PTMW as the line manager.
2. How do i default the people/employee list on PTMW that are reporting to a specific line manager or supervisor without having to do a selection of a specific org that one is reposible to. Is it STD and backed up by user exit. I know you have to set the ID's for selection condition in IMG. But i would kik eto find out how do i default the reporting structure/list of employees without having to first make selection via Org unit?

Note that I am not sure of my answer:
1) It won't work because what you assign in shift planning doesn't change his "real" assignement.
2) Right now I don't remmeber but I think it is possible... I am suppose to spend time exploring deeper PTMW, I'll let you know if I found something -
Customization of the list of employees LOV in selfservice

I need to change the list of employees that occur when we click on Delegate button. When an Manager gets a notification he can delegate the notification to other employees. when we click on delegate a window pops up search and select User or Role, then there is an LOV that populates all the employees in the current implementation and As we are currently implementing only for few sites the LOV should populate employees who belong to these departments only. So can anyone please suggest what kind of customization needs to be done. I am using oracle Jdeveloper9i on a 11.5.10.2

PrashanthYes you can do it using design console but you can do it using admin console also.
goto sysadmin url-> form-> search your form by passing the form type "Resoource" and resource type as your resource object.
open your form and check if you can edit the property.
However I haven't change using UI. Still Oracle working on sysadmin side. they will release the patches for same . -
Oracle Forms 10G(tabbed canvasses not working the same as in Forms 6i)
Hi everyone,
I have a form which gets called from another form through a list of value. The called form(second form) has a group of tabbed canvases which get displayed depending on the parameters passed from the first form.
The Form is working prefectly fine in Forms 6i but when I converted the same form in to forms 10G it does not seem to work the same way. The tabbed canvasses are not getting displayed. I am manually having to press the execute query to get data displayed in the tabbed canvasses. I checked the parameters that are being passed and they are the same as that in Forms 6i.
Please let me know where my 10G Form is going wrong. Appreciate your help, please send me an email on [email protected]

I have two albums (RCA Sweeny Todd 2 discs set and RCA Into the Woods 1 disc) where the songs are listed as being on the same album on the list view, but do not group together on the iPod, so the songs can't play consecutively, or in the proper order. The "Apply Sort Field" and "Same album does not work, but ti is only these two RCA albums that do this. All other albums remain intact. Need help with this minor problem. Thanks.
UPDATE: This behavior (to an extent) still happens when "Repeat Album" is off. Instead of an infinite loop, it goes through all the tracks on the album (unsuccessfully) and kicks me out to the Album overview screen. Going back to list of Albums and tapping the Album again brings up "No Content: You can download music from the iTunes Store" but that screen immediately kicks me back to list of Albums.
So I am just even more confused now. -
For a couple of days now, my wish list has not worked properly.
I have a lot of items on my wish list, mostly albums, so they do not all fit on one page.
Now when I access my wish list, the first page works fine. It displays everything correctly and I can use the buy buttons to purchase the items.
But when I try to access the second page, it won't work. The album covers are not displayed at all and the buttons aren't working. I can also not remove any items from my wish list when they are on the second page. It is also not just a problem with the albums. It is the same with single songs.
Also, when I choose to sort the items on my wish list in a different way (e.g. name) instead of the date I added them to my wish list, it causes the same problem as going to page 2. I have no idea what is going on.
I had recently installed a new driver for my video card, so I tried the old one, but the problem was still there. Since that was the only major change to my system I have no idea what else to try.
I hope somebody her can help me.I think folks are looking for a solution.
And I have given one. The Palatino font supplied with Mavericks is no good. The only fix is to replace it with an older version. If you don't have one, you can't fix it.

No. That option only attempts to remove fonts from the System and root Library folders that are included with OS X. It doesn't give you an option to restore OS X supplied fonts that are missing.
I have to presume you installed Mavericks over Mountain Lion. In Mavericks, Palatino is installed to the /System/Library/Fonts/ folder. In ML, that same (correctly working) font is installed to the /Library/Fonts/ folder.
Presuming this scenario is correct, the working version of Palatino in the /Library/Fonts/ folder was already active. When resolving conflicts in Font Book, the active font is always the one left active. Which would mean it removed the broken, Mavericks installed version.
As noted above, I fully tested and have proven the Mavericks version of Palatino is bad. I have multiple versions of this font. They are from:
OS 9
MS Office 2011
Lion
Mountain Lion
Mavericks
Adobe Type 1 PostScript
Adobe OpenType PostScript
I used Suitcase Fusion to activate one version at a time. Testing in Word, InDesign and other apps, they all behaved as expected until using the Mavericks supplied version. -
Receiver determination doesn't work for same IDoc type but in differentSWCV
hi guys,
we have an emergency now. Receiver determination doesn't work for same IDoc type but in different SWCV.Please check below for detail.
1. The process flow is : R/3 IDoc -> XI -> Third party system
2. In previous release R13, IDoc ORDERS05 was imported and used in XI and software component version is R13. And receiver determination was created.
3. Now, in new release R17, IDoc ORDERS05 was imported from R/3 to XI again and software component version is R17. And in R17, the receiver determination created in R13 was used for both old interface(R13) and new interface in R17.
Then we encountered the problem, both interfaces doesn't work now, even we deleted the receiver condition(In R13, IDoc ORDERS05 was sent to system A, and in R17 IDoc ORDERS05 was sent to system B, RCVPRN was used as an condition).
Does anyone encounter this problem? really need and appreciate your help.

But now there's only one setp -
"Inbound Message ( CENTRAL )" existed, no any another setp..., and payload in inbound message looks good.
And in SMQ2, I checked the queue information, found there's an error - "An exception occurred that was not caught." No any other detail information for this error. -
Create a project from list item not working if EPT has Project Plan Template

i am trying to leverage the new feature in 2013 to create a project from an idea list.
This works fine if the EPT does not have Project Plan template assigned to it. Even through workflow action "Create Project from current list item".
However if i assign a project plan template and the user creating the project is not Administrators Group member, i get an error. While doing this trough a workflow the worfklow gets suspended and i have the below message:

I have experienced the same problem as you are, except "Create project" option, my managers could do it.
So, for me a solution was to set definite permissions for Workflow Initiators (I have created new group, but you can edit, including
Global permissions
New project
Open project template
Server configuration management
For category “My organization”
Open Project
Publish Project
Save Project on Project Server
Excuse me my translation, some names can be written not properly, cause I have localized SP.
In you case, I think, you should check, if you PM group has all these permissions.
And Workflow Initiator should be in group which has.
In LOGS error notifications starts with “Permission denied”, then goes account
name and then the name of permission which is left. -
Team - Employee Information, Employee Working Times etc.
Hi Experts,
On MSS, I am not able to see Employee Information, Working Times, Performance Management, Competency Management, and Personnel Change Request services under main service of Team. It doesn't display any of above services under Team.
I can only see Team Calendar, Headcount and Recruiting Position which are available right hand side on portal.
Is their any specific setting required to view the same? Do we need to do any specific settings on portal?

Site list update not working with TED and Zenworks for Servers
Product: Zenworks for Desktops 7Sp1 and Zenworks For Server/TED 7Sp1HP5
Subject: Site list update not working with TED and Zenworks for Servers ,
all on Linux
Description: We have an exiting environment with 6 ZfS Servers and now we
brought up a new Server for another location. I configured all same as on
the other Server and the new one created all NAL-Apps at the new location.
But in the Application Site list on the golden App is this Application
missing. So I clicked on the Link up site list on the Distribution Screen
in C1. On ApplicationSite list the App from the new location is missing.
So I removed all and added the new from the new location and now i see all
in the application site list.When I install an app on the client on the
new location NAL is connecting alway th the same (wrong location-server
and i get an msi error 1612 or id=53272 with path=\Wrong serverpath to
file.
I looked on the other tab on C1 at the golden app an I see the backlinks
are going to all other servers without the new one. Software installation
on other locations are ok

I forgot to mention that you can also set the loging level on the Distributor and the Subscriber to 6. to do this at the Zenworks Server Management prompt type "setconsolelevel 6" if you want to capture this to the log file ted.log then use "setfilelevel 6"
Next delete the Distribution from the Subscriber and then re-push the channel.
What we are looking for here in the log is the creation of the object and the linking information about the gold object. it should look like this (not the failure part ;-))) )
In this excerpt you will see the entry

You can check this both ways in the Golden App and in the Distributed Application.

In effect this is a DNS block.
You can do it.
You need to be in an Admin Mac User Account that has non blank password.
Go to the Applications/Utilities folder and open Terminal.
You should see your shortname (the one under the Little House icon) followed by the $ symbol
Copy and paste the bold text below into Terminal after the $ symbol.
sudo pico /etc/hosts
This will load the file "hosts" into and editor that works in Terminal.
Use the arrow keys to get to the line with Verisign in it.
Now type the # symbol and it will be added in front of the character that is highlighted.
The # symbol is either Shift +3 or ALT+ 3 depending on your keyboard layout
Now use CTRL and O keys together.
This Saves the changes.
Quit Terminal.

Where used list is not working for IMG nodes/Document in solar01

In template project , we are using same IMG objects in different business processes and subsequent configuration document is attached to each IMG node in configuration tab. ( like same IMG node - define order types used in different business process configuration tab )
when i use " where used list " from the configuration tab , its not showing the IMG objects used in different business processes in the same project. whereas its showing the IMG nodes used in the different project.
I need to find out the same IMG objects/ document used in the same project using the " Where used list " button.
Please provide your answers
Note : we have linked one configuration document to same IMG nodes used in different business. " where used list " also not working for documents as well

I just tried some tests and couldn't face any problem with locating other usages for the objects in configuration tab.
You mentioned a configuration document, so have in mind that the document usage will only be considered if it is a link to the same document and not just a copy.
e.g:
Here I created a document in this node:
Then I added it as a link here:
and as a copy here:
When I go back to the original node and use the where-used, it'll only show the original and the link:
This happens because after copying a document, it is considered as a new one instead of another usage of the original one.
