Lldb equivalent of gdb "directory" command for specifying source search path?

Looking for the lldb equivalent of the gdb "directory" command to add search paths for finding missing source code files (due to moved directories). Or possibly similar functionality within xcode...
Thanks in advance!

Great, thanks for the pointer although according to the lldb console the "add" command needs a "substitution pair" argument and the "Insert" command needs a new "image search path" and the "target modules list" command only gives a list of dylib modules. I played around a bit and the construction resembles more of a dylib module search path .i.e it looks like you only can revert the module search path but not separate it from the source path.
It would be nice to find out more details about different search-path capabilities within lldb. You don't happen to know where to find more thorough LLDB manuals or other useful documentation besides the "LLDB to GDB Command Map" (http://lldb.llvm.org/lldb-gdb.html) and the "LLDB Tutorial" (lldb.llvm.org/tutorial.html), do you? Also, any idea where to find the official doc pages for lldb. Unfortunately "http://lldb.llvm.org/docs.html" is still empty and I didn't find anything useful in the llvm github.

    This would be a good question for one of the forums on opensolaris.org, you might

  • NI4882 equivalent command for the IVI formatted488IO ReadList command.

    I need an NI4882 equivalent command for the IVI formatted488IO ReadList command.
    This is what I have:
    using Ivi.Visa.Interop;
    using Ivi.Driver.Interop;
    formatted488Class = new FormattedIO488();
    formatted488Class.WriteString("LDATA");
    object response = formatted488Class.ReadList();
    What I need is an equivalent when instead of the IVI DLLs (Ivi.Visa.Interop and Ivi.Driver.Interop), I want to use NationalInstruments.Common, NationalInstruments.NI4882 and NationalInstruments.VisaNS.
    I.e.:
    NI4882.Device.Write("LDATA");
    and then call:
    NI4882.Device.ReadString() or NI4882.Device.ReadByteArray()
    Problem is I don't know how many bytes or strings are to be read, and even if i knew it would not help because it would still not behave the same way as IVI's Readlist.
    Can anyone point me in the right direction?
    Thanks,
    Cris

    Yes, I was using ReadString. Unfortunately, it only returns 128 values of 1000, which is what I need. If you do not specify the number of values to read, i.e,. ReadString(int numberOfBytes), it assumes a default number of 128. However, I found a solution which is more of a workaround. I read the first 128 values, and it so happens that the instrument returns as a first value the number of values to be read (1000). So I read the rest of the values in a loop. Not elegant, but it seems to work for me.

    Please do not jump to conclusions and make assumptions here like 'when will people finally get it??'.  I never said it was a benchmark.  I have also seen many examples of where it's results do not go with conventional performance.  I have a Radeon 9000 that goes faster on glxgears than a Geforce FX 5600 running Nouveau.  Which is the faster card?  The FX by miles.  It is not a benchmark as it can not be compared between configurations.  What I know is that on this individual system, from prior experience over many years when 3D acceleration is working glxgears gets between 300 and 400 fps.  When it is not working it gets less than 10.  That is a fact but does not mean it is benchmarkable.  Yes, a Quake 3 timedemo (I have these numbers too and they very much correlate to glxgears performance for this system given just how slow it is) would be a benchmark but when it runs less than 0.1fps and even the 2D rendering means that navigating the menu is impossible, there just isn't the time to find out.  Hence if playing around with drivers on this system I would use glxgears to check that 3D acceleration is working but not to benchmark.  Glxinfo does not give you all this evidence.
    But to clarify, I wouldn't use glxgears as a benchmark, benchmarking is different and I do a lot of that too.

    Hi All,
    We have installed PI 7.4  dual stack on windows platform. All Post Installation activities were completed succesfully. I am able to succesfully execute transactions: SLDCHECK, SXMB_ADM (check) etc.
    All RFC connections are also configured properly. SXI_CACHE working fine.
    But when I tried to create a communication channel it gives me following warning message:
    " Unable to find associated SLD element for specified class (source element: SAP_XIIntegrationDirectory "., CreationClassName,SAP_XIIntegrationDirectory,string, Name, directory.sxi.ict-vxi-65,string)target element class: SAP_XIIntegrationServer).
    Please suggest what needs to be done to solve this issue.

    Hi Pawan,
    SAP note #764176  should be applied. Before you do that, apply note #1117249 Incomplete Registration of PI components in SLD.
    Hopefully this will resolve the error.

  • How to specify source directory in File sender adpate using (NFS)?

    Hello experts,
    I am doing File-PI-Proxy scenario.
    Input file is available on machine which is within the Network area and FTP is not available on that machine.
    For this reason I am using the NFS Transport Protocol.
    In ID File sender I have specified Source Directory:-
    IP Address\Directory
    I am geeting the Error in RWB as 'Configured source directory '
    IP Address\Directory' does not exist'.
    Please suggest how to specify the Source Directory path.
    Regards,
    Jagesh

    Hi,
    If you want to use NFS protocol, then the file needs to be within the a folder in the XI server and not outside it, In your case if you need to use the file in a different machine which is on a network then try to use the FTP protocol.
    Refer this blog:

    i am trying to import a xml file from my C:\JDeveloper903\jdevhome\jdev\myprojects\oracle\apps\ar\irec\webui to the server. i have a confusion like from where(location) i should run the command ?? is that is from $JAVA_TOP or $APPL_TOP/mds??? or local drive?
    and also i have moved my XML files from local Jdeveloper to server using FileZilla to the location /oraweb/u09/appldev2/oadev2comn/java/oracle/apps/ar/irec/webui in ASCII mode. and then i was using following command to import , from $JAVA_TOP,it says import completed , but when i check from TOAD by jdr_utils.printDocument('/oracle/apps/ar/irec/webui/DownloadPG'); it throws an error - Could not find document /oracle/apps/ar/irec/webui/DownloadPG.

    Hi,
    I believe all your questions are answered in [Oracle Application Framework Personalization Guide|http://download-uk.oracle.com/docs/cd/B25516_14/current/acrobat/115fwkpg.pdf], Chapter 9.
    To use the import tool, copy the XML file to the server. It is recommended you copy it to $APPL_TOP/<directory> (for example, $APPL_TOP/personalizations), and run the import command from this directory. For the path, you need to give the full path of the XML file you want to import (for example, if you have copied the file to $APPL_TOP/personalizations, then the path according to your first post should be $APPL_TOP/personalizations/oracle/apps/ar/irec/webui/DownloadPG.xml).
    BTW, you can import from your local PC using import.bat file.
    I would also suggest you review the following thread for similar topic.

  • What should be directory structure for Custom MDS files?

    Hi,
    I have personalize a page and then exported the personalization.
    Now my requirment is to migrate this personalization to other server, for which clients want steps specific to UNIX.
    My doubt is where should I copy these files on the server to import the personalization using XMLImporter command? ( Client do not have JDev on his server, so can not use impot command)
    my custom_top structure is like '/u02/int/applmgr/CUSTOM/xbol/11.5.0'
    The customization is part of product 'OTA'
    I am confused about where to put(Directory structure on custom top) customization and other MDS file to import using XMLImport.
    This customization is also using a Custom LOV for which, I have given the path xbol/oracle/apps/ota/admin/enrollment/webui/XbolGradeRN.
    For now I have transfered the file from window based JDeveloper and things are working fine. I need the UNIX directory structure for MDS files.
    Please help to clear my this doubt.
    Regards,
    Adarsh

    There is nothing specific to UNIX since the files are never picked from the file system on a production instance. You can place them under a temp directory with the proper package structure, the same way you exported personalizations for the seeded pages and the same custom package structure for your new pages and run import command. It's only how you run your import command matters, if you have placed the files in the proper package under some temp directory just give the -rootdir to point to your temp directory and no -rootPackage option.

    The -Djava.io.tmpdir=C:\temp setting must be made in the server properties of the oc4j in order for it to work.

  • New command for radius-server source-ports

    I am trying to find the new command fro radius-server source-ports 1645-1646 since it appears to be depricated.  We use tacacs so we do not have the radius server specified but we do need to put in the ports.  Can someone please tell me the new command for radius-server source-ports?
    Thanks

    Both of the links that Peter posted are interesting and helpful. I would like to take a slightly different approach in answering your question.
    In every version of IOS there are certain commands that get inserted into running-config when a particular feature is activated. It looks like in your version the radius-server source-ports is one of those commands. I do not think it is anything that you should be concerned about.
    And I do not believe that having the radius-server source-ports command would prevent TACACS from working. I believe that there is likely to be some fault in your configuration. If you would post the aaa parts of the config then maybe we could see what the problem is.
    In my experience configuring aaa some of the common problems include not correctly identifying the TACACS server, not having exactly the same key configured on the Cisco device and the TACACS server, not having connectivity to the TACACS server (can the Cisco device ping the server, and can the server ping the device), or errors in the authentication or authorization prameters specified.
    Post some information and we will see what we can do.

    Hi,
    During the PREPARE phase normally it creates a script which you can run for the creation of these Tablespaces,this script can be found in the Upgrade directory(eg:/usr/sap/put/log/DB6TBSXT.CLP - this script will have the command to create the tablespaces).Just run this script,it will create all the tablespaces based on the requirement.

    I'm getting "Error. Cannot install public key for specified user" when trying to add a public ssh key for a service processor user on a V20z. I've tried it for different users and still get the error. The same operation works fine on a V40z. Any help would be appreciated.

    That would be great if the resolution was that simple.  I am using a public key I generated using the putty key generator.  Below is the key I would use if I got that far.  However I get an error on the "ssh authentication publickey" attribute so I never get the chance to enter a public key.  What code version and hardware version are you running that this worked on?

  • Router "snmp-server contact" command for catalyst switches??

    From the router you can configure the "snmp-server contact <text>" command
    to set the system contact for SNMP. Is there any equivalent command for
    Catalyst switches? I know that there's a "set system contact" command for
    CatOS but i'm sure if it has something to do with SNMP.
    Thanks in advance.

    Yes, set system contact on switch is the same that on the router for the above command. Once you use this this command to enter the contact info, it can be polled via the SNMP MIB Object sysContact (.1.3.6.1.2.1.1.4) from RFC1213-MIB. Example, if I use 'set system contact foo', I see the following using the 'show system' output:
    System Name System Location System Contact CC
    foo
    Polling the above via the above MIB object on the switch:
    % snmpwalk .1.3.6.1.2.1.1.4
    system.sysContact.0 = foo
    Similarly, if you set the 'System Name' on the switch using the command 'set system name ', can be polled via sysName (.1.3.6.1.2.1.1.5) from RFC1213-MIB
    Lastly, 'set system location ', once set can be polled via sysLocation (.1.3.6.1.2.1.1.6) from RFC1213-MIB
