LO delivery showing in VF04

I created a delivery w/o reference (type LO) that is now showing in my billing due list when running VF04.  Can anyone tell me how to get this out of the billing due list?  I tried to generate a billing document to see if it woud allow me to and I received an error stating Exception 7 in function module VEIO_KUAG2.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Eric,
It would be better to deal with such type of scenario, on the lines of Free of charge scenario.
In this case your sales order will have item category as FOC, hence you will be able to include and account for your costs, but item would not be relevant for billing.
We also have a cycle similar to this, and we are also doing a ZLO delivery without billing and it doesnt show us on billing. I am trying to find out what exactly stops it. If I get any more details, will pass it to you.
Hope this helps.

  • Even after billing the delivery show in VF04 & delivery shows open qty.

    Hi
I have a issue. The billing document is created from outbound delivery, still the delivery is showing in the VF04 billing due list. The delivery shows open qty. In the order the same qty is shown delivered.
    please advise.
The timely reply would be rewarded with full points.

    Hi James,
I think you are creating the sales order with reference to a quotation.Go to copy controls and select OR and QT  and uncheck the complete reference indicator in the details screen.
I think this give the delivery status "Completed" after creating the billing document.

  • Deleted Order Showing in VF04!

I have deleted one sales order, but it is still showing in VF04 transaction. Have checked tables VBAP, VBPA, VBAK and JKSDDEMANDFLOW but this order does not exist there.
Is there any other table to  check or is there any other transaction where i can get the status of deleted orders?

    Hi
You cant not see the deleted sales order in standard SAP. You can maintain the u201CReason for rejectionu201D for this order in header data of the particular sales order and save the document.
    Procedure 1:-
Then go to SE16 give VBAP table and click on that. Then there you can go to setting in tool bar and select field for selection. There you give the field name of reason for rejection like ABGRU and give the right reason what you have maintained in the order.
And execute then you can find out the orders what you have rejected or deleted.
    Procedure 2:-
After maintaining the reason for rejection in the order go to VA05 select all orders radio button and enter. Then go to environment and select document status there you can see what all the documents are have been rejected in rejection status.
I think this will help to you.

  • Weight of delivery showing zero

    Hi Gurus
The issue we are facing is that  in case of a few deliveries the Total weight of delivery is showing ZERO instead of sum of weight of all items. In fact the gross weight of first line item is also showing zero. I checked material master, but the weight is maintained correcly  there. And also it is coming correctly in SO.
This generally happens in case of materials managend in batches. I searched forum and only got to know that one possible reason could be copy control . But if that is the problem then it should happen in case of all delvieries whcih is not the case.

    Dear,
As per your talk, I think there is only one reason ans that is material master. Please recheck material master.

  • Consignment fill-up process, the delivery # displays in VF04 t.code

    Hi All,
We have one partner and when we run the VF04 t code we are getting delivery numbers (consignment fill-up  delivery) but we are not able to create the billing doc for that. my question is how we can prevent the fill-up delivery number should not come to billing due list?
    Suggest me on this.
    Thanks in advance..
    Thanks,
    Kumar

    Hello Kumar
You can do a few things.
    1) Set a Header Billing Block for the Consignment Fill-up Deliveries and check the box "No Docs with Billing Block'. Now you may set the block manually or using a program,
    2) Using Default Data tab, enter the billing types ( to be included) in the list while leaving out the Billing Type you find in the doc type 'KB' config,  save it as a variant and use that variant in the foreground or background.
    3) Use a copy of KB document type and set it up with no 'delivery related' or 'order related' billing type, Similarly create a copy of Item cat KBN and make it not relevant for billing and assign it to the new doc type.
    Hope this helps

    Hi  Sachin,
seems you are missing India Localization setups.
    check this note from MOS
ORA-20406: Mandatory India Localization Sub-inventory Setup not done for this Location from where shipment is made (Doc ID 382845.1)
India Local Inventory -> Setup -> Organization -> SubInventory Locations
The Subinventory can be either ‘Bonded’ or ‘Non-Bonded’ in Manufacturing Organization. ‘Non-
Bonded’ subinventory is where the Bonded flag is unchecked and does not result in Excise Register
    updates for any shipments made.
For Trading Organization the Trading flag would be autochecked and the same is not updatable for
    unchecking.

  • VF04 display also sales order number in case of delivery based billing

    Hi,
for delivery related billing VF04 displays the delivery number in column 'sales document'.
Does anyone know, if possible to display also the sales order number additonally?
    thanks
    MG

    Hello,
it is necessary to modify the strcuture VKDFIF used to show the billing due list.
The include VKDFIZ is reversed for custom development.
You should add the field for sales order.
Then you have to fill the added field by userexit.
The SAP note [69519|https://bosap-support.wdf.sap.corp/sap/support/notes/69519] gives an idea about it (it is for another field, you have to adapt it).
    Best regards,
    Ivano.

  • Delivery Document has been created - showing the status of Being Processed.

    Hi All.
I am facing the following typical problem.
    1. Sales order has been created - showing the status of COMPLETED.
    2. Delivery Document has been created - showing the status of Being Processed.
    3. Goods Issue document created successfully- showing status as COMPLETE
    4. Billing Document has created successfully - showing the status as COMPLETED.
    5. Customer Account got updated properly.
Query: Despite of completion of SO, DELIVERY, GOODS ISSUED, AND BILLING DOCUMENT u2013 and accounting document is cleared why the outbound Delivery document status is showing as BEING PROCESSED.
If I go T-code Vlo3n see document flow
    Delivery 5080789885 being processed.
Go to VF03 document flow also it is showing
    Delivery 5080789885 being processed.
    Aditya

    Hi ALL,
Further to my query I would like to clarify the following:
It is happening since 2004 all Bom components status (Delivery being processed) all the BOM main items header status is showing completed.
It not impacting the business, but suddenly user raise query SO, DELIVERY, GOODS ISSUED, AND BILLING DOCUMENT completed why still delivery showing as being processed.
    1. I have checked at SO level -- all the line items were delivered. ie: delivery, goods issue, billing completed.
    2. I checked the Header Level data completed and Item Level data being processed.
    3. If I look into the each item level also it is showing as being processed.
    4. Even the SALES ORDER HEADER LEVEL showing the status of Completed.
    5. Removed credit check in delivery.
The only issue is OUTBOUND DELIVERY DOCUMENT: Status alone it is showing as ' Being Processed' -- surprisingly!
    Aditya.

  • Root cause for delivery to show up on LX47 transaction

    All,
I am new to SAP and supporting an off site warehouse location.  I'm trying to research and locate the root cause for why a delivery shows up on LX47.
The situation the warehouse is experiencing is that they are having to run the LX47 transaction multiple times a day to correct delivery issues.
I know from my initial research that deliveries show up on LX47 due to the OB Delivery being blocked, and that this is caused by the OB delivery and related Transfer Orders do not match in the system.
What I'm trying to figure out is, from an Operations standpoint, what is causing the OB Delivery and the TO's not to match?
Is there only 1 reason?  Are there 100?  This is what I'm trying to understand.
The only thing I have found thus far is that 2 people/transactions are in the delivery at the time of the update.  Is this accurate?

    Hi Nicholas,
I am sure you are very much aware about the process flow however i just want to narrate again, if the plant and storage location is WM managed then you generally create a transfer order with reference to the delivery document to perform the picking process now at the time of confirmation of the transfer order you can update the Delivery immediately (Standard SAP) or you can set the indicator to delay the delivery update(Check the below mentioned screen and IMG path).if you choose to delay the delivery update those delivery will appear in the LX47 and you have the provision to manually update  the Delivery from there. (Apart from the above mentioned there are some instance where after confirmation of the transfer order and in between updating the delivery either material master / Batch master / or some other relevant parameter is in edit mode or locked which cause failure to update the delivery immediately and you will find those delivery will also appear in the LX47)
Hope this will help to get some idea about LX47 and reason for delivery whose appear in the LX47

  • Material showing in schedule for delivery when complete stock is been issue

    Hi Gurus,
A Material in stock overview report (MMBE) under
unrestricted stock showing as 480 qty in one batch and under schedule for
delivery showing 480 qty in different batch. I checked in stock
requirement list (MD04) it is showing the open delivery for 480 qty.
On checking the particular delivery document found
that the delivery quantity is issued completely for the same batch, which
is showing in stock overview report (MMBE).
I am unable to understand, when the delivery qty is
issued completely, why it is showing under schedule for delivery.
Because of this it’s not allowing to issue the
    unrestricted stock.
    Thanks in advance.
    With regards
    deepti

    Hi Deepti,
if i have understand your question correctly then its something like you have unrestricted qty and some open delivery order(no PGI) created.....in this case deepti system is working fine becoz the blocked qty by open delivery order will reflect in unrestriced and thats correct as well....and its not lying...let me explain u by e.g
say u have unrestricted qty 500kg and open Delivery order created of say 200 KG(no PGI ) done...in this case if u see MMBE then ur unsrestriced qty will be 500 kg only and when u double click on plant u will see 200 kg for scheduled...remember in this case when u try to create new sales order system will allow for max 300kg as 200 is blocked by old order....thats the way system works and it should work..
Let me know whether this help..and and reward pts and reply back if u get the solution thr this

  • Subcontracting shipments are on VF04 billing due list

    Hi All,
How we can prevent the subcontracting shipments (delivery) document in VF04 billing due list.
Please advice how we can not see them in VF04 billing due list.
    Thanks,
    Naveen

    Hi,
       You can check as follows:-
    - Check what is the item category in Delivery document - Guess its LBN / LBR
    - Goto VOV7- make this item cateogy as "Not relevant for Billing"
    - Delete the copy control if exist in VTFL- between sub contracting delivery type - Billing type, if exists
    now test with fresh cycle.
Sub,contracting delivery will not show in VF04 List.

  • How to place a block in delivery which should prevent further Billing

    Hi Experts,
One of our clients has created a delivery and done PGI on that as well, but for some reason they do not wish to go ahead with processing Invoice for this Delivery, however this delivery show up in VF04 and they would want to block this delivery for Invoice.so that by mistake it does not get processed in VF04.
Is there a way we can go to delivery can block it from Billing?

    Hi
    Welcome to SDN
Set the billing block in Order type in VOV8 in the billing tab for your sales document type
If the billing block is set in order type the sales order can be created  and delivery can be created---picking and pgi can be done but not billing
From delivery settings this option is not available (either thro delivery type or delivery item cat)
    Regards

  • Material description is not showing in VL10H

    Hi All,
I am running the report VL10H and facing a problem, step which is being followed by me, given below:-
1.Put plant and delivery date and execute.
    2.click on label Edit -> Show/hide delivery.
3.Chose the field u201CMaterial descriptionu201D from Layout for output field.
Now here I am seeing that all the materials in this report, having SD Doc i.e. delivery has been created,
Material description is showing and remaining materials which have no delivery (showing in green color),
Material description is not being shown.
Can anybody suggest me regarding this?

    Tiwari Himanshu wrote:
Yes there is no issue regarding description maintained in the material master.

    > If you run the VL10H as steps, I have given above, then you will see Material descriptions comes only those material which delivery are pending for creation, all those which delivery is posted not showing material description.
now you are just telling it the other way around:
Now here I am seeing that all the materials in this report, having SD Doc i.e. delivery has been created,
Material description is showing and remaining materials which have no delivery (showing in green color),
Material description is not being shown.
I tested it, and all my sales order and STO order items are showing a material description.
I do not have any items shown which have already deliveries created
About which description are you talking, as I can see 2, one at item level and another one at header level ?

  • Delivery credit check

    Dear friends
I have analyzed one customer, at present time During Sales order creation credit limit checking, we have created one sales order in development server with credit limit... We cannot make the delivery for that sales order. Now we have removed credit limit risk category 100 from that customer .We need this sales order delivery but during creation of delivery show Error: Oldest of Open Item Overdue. We want to check the credit limit at the time of delivery creation only.pls help me in this matter
    regards
    siddu

    Hi,
Oldest open items error is coming from config. settings,In the config. :Define automatic credit control" settings against credit control area, risk category and credit group if you see detailed screen if oldest open item check box is activated and your items are over due then you get this error.
Regarding credit check at delivery level, you need to do appropiate settings of credit mgt. to activate credit check at delivery level only then you you can see results.
Revert back if any further clarifications.
    Reward if it helpful.

  • Scheduling Agreement –delivery date in month format -  MD04

    Dear experts,
    Scheduling Agreement, forecast delivery schedule.
When I enter a delivery date in month format, the system, during processing, automatically checks the factory calendar and proposes the first valid working day as the delivery date. ( Yes. I know it is a SAP standard )
My requirement is automatically checks by the system  the last  working day as the delivery date.
Could you tell me what are the settings i need to check to resolve this issue?
    Thanks in advance
    artur

As pointed out already above you need to use a periodic lot sizing procedure.
Use Lot sizing procedure P, Lot size indicator K and Scheduling =2
As per your requirement, you need to create a calendar using MD25 with Months (Workdays) as a calculation rule with 1 as the period in the box provided.
After a MRP run the delivery date would point to the last day of the month.
But the requirement is a bit surprising as say for a requirement on the 1st of the month you will have the delivery showing up on the last day of the same month. Under what circumstances do you have this requirement as a valid one in your business case?
