i needed some native methods, so i build a dll
but sometimes i have problems to load the dll
the last one was the windows desktop with the free spaces in the folder name
so my questions are, is it possible to load a dll which is inside of a jar archive ?
and what can i do against the problem with spaces in folder names ?
i tried replaceAll ("%20", " ");, but it doesn t work
No, it is not possible to load native libraries from Lightroom plugins with the SDK.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1)
Follow the procedure here: http://www.oracle.com/technology/tech/php/htdocs/inst_php_apache_windows.html
using PHP5.2.1-dev, apache2.2.3, and oracle 10g express (the latest versions as of 11-08-06).
2)
Rename the PHP directory to C:\PHP5 and rename any references to in in php.ini and httpd.conf accordingly
3)
Restart Apache
4)
Use the test code for phpinfo.php to see if OCI is loaded (it won't be)
5)
Check Apache's error log and it will confirm that it could not load php_oci8.dll

I am using VS 2005 and trying to connect to an oracle database. My Oracle Client version is 10.2.0.1.0.
I am getting the error Unable to load OraOps10w.dll. I checked in the Bin directory of the Oracle client and i could find only OraOps10.dll.
So what is OraOps10w.dll? Where could i get it? Do i need to install any other version of Oracle Client. Please advise.

Karthick.OraOps10w.dll is the unmanaged dll for 2.x ODP.NET, which was introduced in 10.2.0.2.20. To resolve this, you should be able to just add [10.2.0.2.20 ODAC|http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/tech/windows/odpnet/index.html] into your existing 10201 client home.

Essbase Error : Unable to load the dll essapinu.dll.
Hi Guys,
I have imported a essbase cube in the OBIEE. The import went fine, then i made the logical model and presentation layer. Now when i am selecting column from that cube in BI answers, i am getting this error:
*State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. The specified module could not be found. [nQSError: 36001] Unable to load the dll essapinu.dll. (HY000)*
Any idea how to solve this. BTW the installation of essbase server went fine and also this dll is present in the hyperion server directory.

I'm trying to use the provider Oracle.DataAccess.Rdb.dll with the following statement in c#

But the fact is after launching the .msi to install the provide the system create an ORDP folder on the C:\Program Files\Oracle path and in this folder I can see the Oracle.DataAccess.Rdb.dll and rdbnet.dll. So I am suprised by this message.Hi,
Did manually uninstall the crystal reports if not please do it.
1) Uninstall the CR by add remove programme
2) Start->Run->Regedit->Hkey_local_machince->softwares->Crystal report folder
3) Delete the CR folde
4) Install the CR again
Try this and let me know the result

Unable to load the dll essapinu.dll (Integration Of essbase and OBI)

I am facing an issue in generating the Hyperion-Essbase report in OBI presentation service.
I have integrated essbase DB in OBI RPD and after that I dragged the catalogs of Essbase to BMM-->PL.Then made the consistency check and till this point its perfect.
After that I restarted the service.Then opened the Essbase Subject area through Answers and pulled a column from Essbase table in Answers->Criteria window.But when I click the get Result button, automatically my OBI Server is getting stopped and in Server Log I am getting the following error report :

I'm having trouble syncing my iPhone 4. I get an error message that says: Resource Not Found, Unable to load SyncUICoreLocalized.dll. This is preventing me from transferring my information from my old phone to my new iPhone 5c. Can anyone help me??? A simple restart of the computer did not solve the problem.

When trying to upload a document or attach a document in an email Firefox gives me an error "Failed to load CTDFMRES.dll" and stops responding, I have no issues in any other browsers. And I am using Firefox 4, Fixes???
You don't have to disable any addons or extentions!!!You guys are not going to believe this I figured out the problem it's really dumb...ok here goes the attachment uploader loads seperate so I got to thinking it's a popup so I went to options content and under block pop ups there is an option exceptions click on that and in the box type firefox.com and hit allow pow its fixed!!!!! :-)

I had labview 2012 32bit installed on my PC(win-7) with all required (daq, scope & all other) drivers, and it was working fine. Suddenly labview was not able to load "niScope_32.dll" while loading my VI. I tried to repair it with same version of scope drivers(3.9.4) but problem didn't solved. I tried to locate niScope_32.dll i found it in C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\RT Images\NI-Scope, when i browse & gave this location while loding VI labview gave error saying nipalp.dll was not found.
So I removed full labview and tried with clean installation (from NI CD) but same problem.
Then again I removed entire labview with all ni device drivers and installed labview 2013(downloaded from NI website) and scope 4.0.5 drivers still problem persists. Even in NI-Max explorer it is showing NI-scope but I am not able to launch scope soft front panel, error "scope front panel could not launch because an error occured while trying to open application reference". Now I don't see any NI-Scope folder (or sub-folder) inside "C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments" even after installing scope 4.0.5 !!!
I upgraded scope driver to scope 4.1, now a loading screen appers as attached pic & soft panel fails to load...
any solution???Can you think of anything that changed on your system between when it worked and stopped? System update, NI Driver update, installation, etc.
No there was no system update, or ni update... But all I can think of is I had installed "prolific USB to serial" & "WinAVR" software , I uninstalled "prolific" one after error in labview ..
After error, when I connected to net ni labview & scope patch got resumed- downloading & updated in my system

When you uninstalled NI-SCOPE, did you also uninstall DAQmx and NI-SCOPE runtime? In what order did you make changes? Normally, LabVIEW must be installed first, and then the NI-SCOPE driver.
for 1st time i just repaired scope from windows control panel uninstall & change option, then I uninstalled scope & SCOPE runtime Reinstalled.
After that I uninstalled all NI products from the National Instruments Software Add/Remove entry in "Add/Remove Program" from the winows control panel . Reinstalled Labview 2012 followed by all device drivers & scope from CD. Still same problem.
Again I uninstalled all NI products (same way) then cleared all registary with help of ccleaner registary cleaner. Then I installed labview 2013(downloaded from ni-web but i am sure about it coz we had used same for other PC's & its working fine) followed by daq 9.4, scope 4.0.5 driver.

Just to support the previous person who also replied to this question. We
had the same problem and it was the path. Someone pushed an app that
replaced the path instead of appending to it and it killed the zen remote
agent. Replacing the path to "c:\program files\novell\zenworks" path worked.

I have a problem with acrobat reader on my laptop.
My OS is Vista Home Premium.
I had Master collection CS4 installed.
When starting up acrobat reader; i got following error:

I simultaneously had a problem with Dreamweaver.
I think all this is caused by an Side By Side configuration issue.
I've tried to do following steps:
-redistibrutable 2008 c++ package geinstall
-system recoverage tool
-reinstall cs4 master collection
-uninstall master collection, clean up, install reeware acrobat reader
-uninstall acrobat reader, ccleaner register issues resolver , also older than 24 uur , reboot, install acrobat reader freeware
-revo uninstall tool to remove acrobat
none of the above actions were successful.
What could u suggest or give as a solution.
Atm i'm using an altarnative pdf-reader.
But as i bought the master collection,
i'd rather have my adobe acrobat reader pro and dreamweaver working.

I am sorry, I do not have an answer just a similar problem.
I am no expert, but all these manifest files are to ensure that different developers can ensure that the appropriate versions of common libraries are used by particular versions of their software.
Deatils are below. The original problem was a corrupted manifest file, probably due to a disk error. This resulted in several programs failing to run. In particular I was unable to access backup on my Windows Home Server. From the logs I was able to identify the manifest file in error and located a copy of a file with the same name on another of my computers. Using notepad I then changed the file causing the problem to match the file on the other computer.
This appeared to resolve all my problems.
When the Acrobat Reader updated itself, however, the"failed to load core DLL" message appeared. Simply uninstalling all adobe programs and re-installing makes no difference.
If you have the solution please post.
If not, I will continue to research this problem.

How to load external DLLs with C++ interface in TestStand?
Hi,
Can you please let me know how would I load external DLLs with C++ interface in TestStand?
Regards.TestStand 3.x can only call static class C++ methods. TestStand cannot call methods on a C++ object because TestStand does not know how to enstantiate the C++ object. In TestStand 3.x, there is a online help topic called "Exporting Class Methods and Functions in Visual Studio .NET".

I'm new to java, but I've been programming for a long time, and I'm looking for a way to load a DLL into java. I see a lot of places online that talk about using JNI, but I'm terrible with C++, so that's not really an option for me.
I also see various places that say you can just use System.load("C:/...x.dll") but none of them have code for actually executing one of the methods in x.dll...

bmad6You may want to check out something called Jacob - this is a Java to COM bridge (hence the name I guess) and you should be able to get it either at Sourcforge, download.com or by searching the 'net.

ACS refuse to start, possibly after windows 2000 upgrade. The error message in the csauth log is :

I have try to suppress windows update, but the problem is always here, this services refuses to start :
* csradius
* cstacas
* csadmin
* csauth
Any ideas ??Hmm, the exception definately shouldnt happen - no matter what else may have occurred on your machine.
Have you ever used the RSA authenticator? The aceclnt.dll is supplied by RSA and installed into system32 when you install the RSA client tools CD.
If yes, its possible the OS upgrade managed to nuke the DLL accidentally. ALthough the error message "Failed to load aceclnt.dll" is actually quite normal. I get this and dont have RSA support installed.
I think this will require a call to the TAC as you probably need a developer to track the crash... the sort thing I used to do!
