Loading date in outbound delivery

In my scenario, the product line they made a good receive in this month. Actually, the order have been completed in last month. In the outbound delivery document, i have to input the last month for loading date. But it caused error. How can i do that. Thanks.

How to change QCI data in Outbound Delivery Order (VL02N)

HI,
Dear ABAP Experts,
I need to over ride standard Quantity conversion interface data in Outbound Delivery Order with user specific data. Go to VL02N and select item number and click on Additional Quantities button we can see all SAP calculated QCI data for that item. I need to over write these values with User specific data in VL02N. When I do with BDC program I can update only few units what ever visible in QCI screen. When i scroll down or page down and add new values for other units, system is not capturing any function code for scroll or page down function.
Please can anyone guide me if have any BAPI or FM to solve this issue. Delivery order is related to IS-OIL/HPM.

Try this FM to create Oubound delivery with QCI IS-OILS HPM, additional quantities.
It works perfectly and saves data in LIPSO1 and LIPSO2

Bapi to be used for delivering data of outbound delivery to LDL

Hi,
I am new to ABAP development and I need to do some enhancements for standard bapi BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_SAVEREPLICA .
I have to use bapi for delivering data of outbound delivery to LDL.
I have created segments with additional fields for order header and item header in we31.
The additional fields should be implemented in created segments.After creating segments the additional fields data should be assigned to Idoc structure OBDLV.
This is the requirement I need to deliver by tomorrow.Please help me by providing step by step procedure and how to do?

for cancelling GI/GR you may use BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE with GM_Code 06
for cancelling confirmations you may use BAPI_PRODORDCONF_CANCEL

Dates on Outbound Delivery created automatically from STO PO

Situation: I am creating outbound deliveries automatically after saving a STO PO. On my STO IDoc PORDCR101 there is a structure E1BPMEPOSCHEDULE. In this structure there are 4 fields I am entering dates that I would expect to then be used on my automatically created outbound delivery (all fields are different for the purpose of analysis). These fields are MS_DATE, LOAD_DATE, TP_DATE, and GI_DATE. I would assume that these translate to Picking, Loading, Transportation Planning, and Planned Goods Issue dates on the processing tab of the Outbound delivery header. However, the date that I have entered in my Idoc for the delivery date (the date I want the material to be at the expected destination) is being used for all dates.
Question: Can anyone tell me if I am using these dates correctly or if there is a different intended use for these fields? Also if this is not the intended use, is there a separate input field that can be used to control these dates?

These 4 date fields can be seen in your purchase order in the schedule tab at item detail.
They correspond to the delivery.
But not the way as you expect. they are not there to tell the delivery what dates the delivery shall take. it is the other way around. When the delivery is created then SAP will update the stock transfer PO with the dates from the delivery.

Automatic update of HU data in Outbound delivery

Hello all,
I would like to create an ABAP program to automatically update the HU data in an outbound delivery. The purpose is to have an excel spreadsheet with the HUs per delivery and download them into the outbound delivery without the need to use manual actions.
Does anybody know of a FUNCTION, BAPI, IDOC or anything else that may assist me in this task ?

Go To transaction BAPI, look at Logistics General -> Handling Unit Management -> Handling Unit
If you want to create a delivery and know the materials and HUs just populate the delivery IDoc and process it.
If you want to pack material by uploading this spreadsheet then look at LM* transactions as that is quickest way to find what you want.

Normally the system does the PGI date is the current date.You can check in Actual Goods Movement Date.

Qty miss in outbound delivery

Dear Experts,
in some when we create outbound delivery with reference purchase order by T-Code VL10D, few article qty miss in outbound delivery why this happening has coming pls give the solution ....
and that will allow manually qty fill after extend the the date in outbound delivery

I believe system is not able to confirm quantity at order on said date , hence you will have to extend date for stock to be available ( availability check confirms quantity to sales order )
Kindly check stock requirement list MD04 and analyze whether materials is available for despatch on said date.
Try same and let me know results.

Delivery date in inbound delivery

WE have the following scenario
WE create a inter-company STO. Outbound delivery is created against STO and then we do PGI.
Suppose planned delivery dt of OBD is 10-jan-2011 and actual PGI is done on 18-jan-2011.
After PGI we create inbuound delivery in receiving plant. In inbound delivery, we are getting delivery date as planned delivery date of outbound delivery i.e. 10-jan-2011. But we want actual PGI date i.e. 18-jan-2011 in delivery date of inbound delivery.
is it possible? Please suggest how can we do this?

Hi,
I think the issue is not related to inbound delivery. Because you probably would not only have delivery date at inbound delivery equal to PGI date. Instead it should be PGI+transit time. Hence, I believe what you should focus is to get planned delivery date corrected at your outbound delivery during PGI.
I do not think standard config supports rescheduling of planned dates at delivery during PGI (even if you setup rescheduling type 'A' at your delivery type). But you can always call SD_SCHEDULING FMs to get new delivery dates and get those posted from outbound to inbound deliveries.

Outbound delivery - Loading date changed by LT03

Hi Gurus,
we have noticed that, looking to document changes for an outbound delivery, some of the dates (loading date for example) are changed by Tcode LT03.
System was not used to work this way, and we can trace back to a change that would cause the situation, so we're unsure if it could be customizing, user-exit or something else.
Any hint will by higly appreciated.

The time estimates to calculate the loading date take into account shipping point, Route and loading group. Can you please check is there any changes done recently to above data anywhere?

I'm a bit stuck. I'm trying to perform some updates against outbound delivery documents, at the header level, from within a user exit of a shipment document.
Essentially, based on some logic and data on the shipment I need to apply some changes to the header dates on LIKP for the deliveries attached to the shipment. I've looked at BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE but this does not allow me to change the fields I need to.
So, does anyone know how I can update the following fields on LIKP:-
Picking date - LIKP-KODAT
Picking time - LIKP-KOUHR
Loading date - LIKP-LDDAT
Loading time - LIKP-LDUHR
Planned GI date - LIKP-WADAT
Planned GI time - LIKP-WAUHR
Delivery date - LIKP-LFDAT
Delivery time - LIKP-LFUHR
I'm not sure I can acutally do this or whether it is advisable to do so but have been asked to make it work!

How to compare delivery date in schedule lines and PGI in outbound delivery

Hi,
I want to create a report to monitor and compare different dates in sales and delivery process.
One of my key figure is the comparison between date confirmed to the customer, that I can find in the schedule line of the sales order, and the actual goods issue date from the outbound delivery.
But I can't succeed in making the link between delivery and schedule lines, means between LIKP and VBEP.
Would you have any idea?

It seems there's no exact (table) connection / link between delivery item and schedule line item.
Those who were searching for this thing (link / connection between delivery item and schedule line) were recommended to use FM "RV_SCHEDULE_CHECK_DELIVERIES".
This FM calculates the delivered quantity for each schedule line, so it makes link between the delivery item and schedule lines - however if you check the code it's quite sophisticated...
(if you put a breakpoint in the FM and display a SO in VA03, you can check how the parameters have to be populated with data).

tax rate (july)=24%
issue is Outbound delivery date in June and customer invoice post in July,so sytem taking tax rate =24% instead of 22%.Because outbound delivery is happened in June.
Please let me know that,
1)how system picking tax rate on base like billing date or service render date or ...?
2)how to take tax rate (june)=22% in July posting.

Tax Rate is picked based on the pricing date.
You need to check with your SD collegue to configure the pricing date to be equal to outbound delivery date to pick the outbound delivery date based tax rates.

Data Source combine - Customer Invoice and Outbound Delivery Item Details

Hello,
I need create report where getting the outbound delivery item details ( like ship date, quantities, product, identified_stock)
and also need invoice number ( customer invoice number) which is available in the Customer Invoice Header or Detail source.
But try to create combined data source not able to join Customer Invoice and Outbound Delivery Item Details.
Since after adding any one of them as first datasource and try to add another data source from above then it doesn't shows up.
Anybody have idea how to get the invoice information (invoice number) and shipping data.

Hi Viral,
you only can comine data sources of the same access context. The customer invoice data sources have access context "company" and the outbound delivery sources have "site" or "sales". So unfortunately, you can`t combine these data sources.

Purchase order delivery shedule tabl , no Good issue date, loading date.?

Material has set ATP check on mrp3. what's possbile wrong? something wrong for matieral setup or others?
