Logged in to iTunes and App Store but cannot log in to icloud
My wife has set up a family icloud and sent me an invitation, since recently becoming an iPad mini owner. However, I cannot log in to iCloud. Whenever I enter my Apple ID in the screen I get an error message basically telling me what I have entered is incorrect but how can that be when I am in iTunes and the App Store? Can anyone help as it's doing my wife's nut in as she wants to get the family iCloud up and running and I'm the guinea pig.

First, try the new password. If you didn't sign out of iCloud prior to changing the primary email address of your Apple ID, this is what can cause this problem.

On my ipad mini my apple id is correct in the itunes and app but for icloud it is incorrect. How do I fix this? On icloud it shows correctly.
You can log out of your iCloud account via Settings > iCloud > Sign Out (or Delete Account if not on iOS 8), and you can then log back in with the correct id.

Just bought a new iPhone and am having trouble with iTunes and App Store. I can log in to Cloud, iTunes, and app store but once I try to download, it says "Youe apple id has been disabled". I've reset my password three times and have no issue on my Pad.

I changed my Apple ID to my new email address successfully for the iTunes and App store but it won't work for iCloud and it won't recognize my password. I read that this can't be done. How am I supposed to get into iCloud? I plan on getting rid of my old email address which is my old Apple ID so how is that going to work?

I changed my Apple ID to my new email and now cannot find any way to access icloud. Unfortunately I had allowed icloud to hijack my airbook files, so of course I am afraid I will lose them tomorrow when I exchange my iphone for a new one and cannot keep an icloud account i cannot access. What a poor sync system! Really atypical for apple! -

To rebuild the iPhoto library:
Quit iPhoto if it is open.
Hold down the Command and Option keys on the keyboard.
Open iPhoto.
Keep the keys held down until you are prompted to rebuild the library.
A dialog will appear with rebuild options. Select the options you want to use.
Click Rebuild to begin the rebuild process. This may take a few minutes to complete.

I can log into iTunes and App Store but NOT iMessage. What gives?
I'm currently using Wifi with my 3rd gen iPad. iOS 6.0.1. I'm not home so I don't have access to my iMac (actually currently at 30k ft somewhere over Virginia :) ).
Anyway, I can log into iTunes, access the App Store, sign out of those, log back in. No prob. I used my appleID and pass to write this message. But I cannot get into Imessage, and I can't figure it out!
I get an error saying: "could not sign in. Please check your network connection and try again." If I try to make a new appleID, imessage thinks and thinks...nothing happens.
This isn't a new issue, it's been like this for quite a while, since upgrading to iOS 6 months ago. How can I get into imessage on my ipad? For what it's worth, it works fine on my iPhone.

hi guys basically i updated to iOS7 on both iPhone and iPad and now i am unable to sign into either iTunes nor the App Store. i have changed my password three times and still nothing. I know i have the right password because i signed into my apple account via internet.

I reset all the settings, enable location services so time and date would be auto, update iOS, re-entered network key - cannot connect to app store continues
You must not be connected to the internet via wifi.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

As far as I know the language of the two stores on the iPad (iTunes and the App Store) can't be changed - they should be in the language of the country where your account is based (if they aren't correct then try logging out of your account by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in).

My iPad3 is working great but iTunes and app store are in foreign language that I can't understand. Need help changing these programs to english. Other programs are in english and settings is set up for english. thanks, Jim

My kids now each have an itouch, should we all have different apple ids even if I am paying for all itunes and app store purchases? what about icloud? I would like to share itunes and app purchases, but not necessarily photos...help please!
The recommended solution for most families is to share the same Apple ID for iTunes and App Store purchases, so you can share your purchases, but us different IDs for iMessage, FaceTime and iCloud. I have a 4S and upgraded to iOS 6 last week without any issues.
