Logging In to ePrintCenter

Hi, Well I haven't got far! I'm all installed and registered however, when I try to Log In to my ePrint account the Log In page does not recognise my details. When I press 'Forgot Password" and it asks for my email address every time I input the address a window opens to ask me to "Input my email address". And so it goes round and round.
Anyone any ideas. I am getting very frustrated.

Hi dgreem129871,
It sounds like you have not created an account with eprintcenter.com
You can do so by the following steps:
1. go to eprintcetner.com
2. click the 'sign in' link at the top right of the page, it will open a small window for an email address and password.
3. Click on the 'Sign Up' link at the top of that window.
4. Enter the requested information and click the 'Sign Up' button at the bottom.
This will create an account for you and allow you to attach your printer to your account activating ePrint services with eprintcenter.com. Registering the printer does not automatically create an eprintcenter.com account.

  • Can't log into HP ePrintCenter

I just bought a C310 printer and am LOVING it.  The web apps are amazing.  So much my wife and I can use it for our daughter.  Anywho, I am trying to log into my account I just set up when I registered the printer on the ePrintCenter website so I can activate our printer's e-mail address.  I tried sending a photo to the printer's e-mail address I got from the settings, but nothing happened.  I saw from a couple other posts that the service may be down.  Will that also stop me from logging into the website?
I thought maybe the ePrintCenter was seperate from the log I just used for these forums and to register my printer so when I tried to register on the ePrintCenter webpage, it says my e-mail address is not usable.  I assume it means it sees this account, but it won't let me log in.  I can wait and try again tomorrow and see if it works, but I want to make sure I can use ePrint on this.  Its a feature that I will use a ton as well as my wife with our phones.

  • Cannot log back into ePrintCenter using Google login after changing email address

I used Google login to create the account. Afterwards, I changed my email address from gmail.com to my other personal email address without thinking about the consequence. Now I can't login using my gmail.com address nor my other personal email address. What can I do?

    Hello,
    Thanks for writing!
I should be able to help!  What was the email address you used to sign up originally?  What was the second email address?  Which is the address you want to use for the ePrintCenter?
Once I have all of the information I can remove the WRONG accounts so the RIGHT one will be usable.

  • Re: Logging In to ePrintCenter

I am trying to reset the password ofr the ePrint Center, or get it via "forgot password".  I have registered for the ePrint Center, but when I enter the email address associated with the account, I am told that the address does not exist.  When I try to create a new account, it tells me that the email addresses I try to register are already linked to an account...  I cannot get anywhere...
This is a horrible user experience...

Just to be sure you are doing the right thing here, when you are on the ePrintCenter login page, you have to click the little Snapfish icon located under "or Sign in with another account". Then, use the login information you have for Snapfish.

  • Can't log in with new user and password i set up on new eprinter from HP

I am unable to get into the ecenter on eprinter. Even when I try to rest password it does not recognize the email address. When I try to create a new one, it says it already exists. I m using my personal email account. Please help.

    Hello rgabriel24,
If you are having issues logging into your ePrintCenter account try logging in using the Snapfish icon on the "Sign In" page. It is the small blue icon with a black fish on it located on the far right of the icons below the login and password fields.
If you are still unable to login with this icon use the "Forgot Password" link with the Snapfish icon and try to have your password reset. If this works, you should receive an email with a temporary password you can use to login to ePrintCenter.
Let me know if this works for you or if you need additional assistance.

  • Log-in question (hp connected)

The other threads on this are old, and supposedly "solved"...
I log in to ePrintCenter, get re-directed to hp connected, then to the /ca/en sub-page...and a page error!
Evidently I have to become American to log in; /us/en works ok.
This is an old problem, so why are we still being directed to /ca/en (or, why isn't it working yet?)
In one solution the advice was to not use IE. Well I don't use IE; my PC browser is Firefox but the same thing happens on the iPad (Safari). With these browsers in place I don't feel a need to add Chrome.
Please get it together hp. Some folks would find this too frustrating and give up.

Thank you for your response. I will be sure to relay it to the appropriate team.
If you look at the HP Connected website, it is currently only showing support for the United States and the United Kingdom. All other countries should be using www.eprintcenter.com
If you are in Canada and logging into www.eprintcenter.com, please make sure that you have sent Canada as your country for the website. To do this, go to the bottom of the website and look in the lower left corner > set to Canada. (I tested this this morning and set it to Canada and did not get the re-direct. Also was able to register a printer)
If you have this set to United States, you will get the re-direct to www.hpconnected.com
Again, thank you and I will replay this compliant to the appropriate team.
    Thank you.

  • Failing to login or reset password for ePrintCenter

I am trying to log in to ePrintCenter, but it fails with a password error.
I have clicked on the link to do a password reset, and received the mail sent by HP. When I click on teh link to do the password reset, I just get a message saying SERVER ERROR Oops! Something just went wrong with our server. Try refreshing the page.
Refreshing the page makes no difference. I have tried it several times over the weekend with the same result.
    Any ideas?

  • Can't sign in to ePrintCenter after Snapfish service ended in Japan

I can't sign in to ePrintCenter though I could before.
The error icon "X" and the error message "Invalid email" were shown above the form "Email" after I had tried to sign in.
So I tried to "Create an account" and the error message "Please sign in at ePrintCenter.com or create an HP Connected account using a different email address." was shown; I failed even to create a new account.
My e-mail address is likely invalid but they say that it exists in the system.
I guess this happens after Snapfish service ended in Japan. ePrintCenter and Snapfish service were connected, weren't they?
They said to have deleted my account data of Snapfish with e-mail announce. I think it causes this broblem.
How can I manage this problem?

    Hi draco306,
Thank you for joining the HP Support forums.  I understand that Snapfish service has ended in Japan and you are unable to log into your ePrintCenter account.
I just wanted to let you know that that I have brought this to HP's attention and it is being looked into.  I have been requested to find out the email address that you are using to try and log into the ePrintCenter. Please do not post this information on the forums, please send me a private message. I have included a link to another post on the forums that explains how to send the private message.

  • EPrintCenter login failed

    Hello,
some days ago I canceled my snapfish account because I don't need it. It seems that from this time also my ePrintCenter login doesn't work. When I try to login, then it replies "Unknown Email address". When I try to reset the password, then the message is "Server error  - send an email to [email protected]". When I try this, the reply message is "Mail delivery failed - the recipients mailbox is full". When I try to register a new account with my old email address (which is named "unknown" by the eprint center), then it replies that the email address is already in use.
The only way to get an account is to register using another email address. This works but now I have to make all setups for my web printing again. Is there another way to refresh my old account?
    Best regards
    Frank.

  • Can't create eprintcenter account. "Create account" does nothing. Tried 2 different emails...

Can't create eprintcenter account. "Create account" does nothing. Tried 2 different emails...

    Hello Jww1972,
If you're having problems creating an ePrintCenter account and you already have a Snapfish account, try the following steps:
-On the ePrintCenter login page, there is the blue Snapfish icon. This brings up a Snapfish login form.
-If you do not remember your Snapfish password, go to Snapfish.com and use the snapfish “forgot your password?” tool.
-Once you login in to ePrintCenter using your Snapfish login, you will now have an “HP Web Services” type account, you can use the normal login form without hitting the Snapfish button
Are you using your Facebook account to log in to ePrintCenter?
On February 1st, 2012 ePrintCenter stopped supporting account sign in through Facebook. If you previously signed into ePrintCenter with a Facebook account, you will no longer be able to do so, and you will need to create a new account to access ePrintCenter.  The steps for account creation vary depending on if you have a printer added to your account.
If you do not have a printer added to your account:
Visit  https://h30495.www3.hp.com/user_create and create a new HP ePrintCenter account.
You will now use this new account to login to HP ePrintCenter.
If you do have a printer added to your account:
Disable Web Services on your printer. For most printers this will be done on the front panel of your printer. For some printers this will be done through your printer’s embedded web server. This removes your printer from your HP ePrintCenter account. For more details, visit https://h30495.www3.hp.com/help#printer_management.pm-remove-settings.
Enable Web Services from the same place you disabled Web Services in step one. A page will automatically print out with your new printer claim code.
Visit https://h30495.www3.hp.com/user_create and create a new HP ePrintCenter account.
Create a new HP ePrintCenter account.
Add your printer to your new account using the claim code on the page that printed out in step two.
You can now create a friendly ePrint email address, download apps, and control ePrint settings from your new account.1 You will not be able to re-use the same friendly email address you had before you re-registered your printer.

  • Unable to reach printers liste on HP ePrintCenter

    Hi,
I'm trying ot change some parameters of my configurated printers, but I can't reach them, on the help it says that I have to find ePrint Panel, but I don't find it.
    Where is it?
    Thanks by advance.

Hi BlueTree, log into your ePrintCenter account and in the Printers tab you'll see those printers associated with your account. There should be an ePrint Settings button on the left side opposite the job history for each printer (see below). This will allow you change who the allowed senders to the printer are, some basic print job settings and turn Google Cloud Print on or off.
Hope that answers your question, best of luck.

  • Unable to login to HP ePrintCenter

I'm having trouble logging into HP ePrintCenter. I enter the email address I used during new user setup at the login screen. Login screen does not accept my password. I then click on "Forgot Password" and re-enter email address I used during initial setup but then receive a message asking me to enter email address I used during initial setup. I know I'm using the same address and spelling when I first signed up. If I try to create a new ePrintCenter account using the same email address as I used when I first signed up, I receive a message saying that that email address is already being used. Please help.

  • How do I add multiple family members to eprint capability on my 8600 pro?

I dont know how to add my wife and son to the eprint capability on my 8600 pro, i tried adding them as seperate users under hp connected but it wont let you use the claim code more than once.  Anyone have any ideas?  I'm sure someone has done this before, any help would be greatly appreciated...Thanks in advance

    Hi AV55,
I think you misunderstood banhien's earlier post.  Your wife would need to log into her ePrintCenter/HP Connected account and then add each family member as an authorized sender following the steps banhien posted.

  • HP ePrint from Desktop PC

    Hi Support,
I'm just setting up a HP Laserjet Pro 400 M401DN with ePrint and can successfully email a print job to [email protected] What I want to do is have a remote Windows PC print to this printer via ePrint as well. I have installed the driver, registered the email address used to setup the account (this is a private email address not the @hpeprint.com one). This printer shows ready in the Devices and Printers window, but when I print to it from say Word the ePrint management window comes up but no HP LJ 400 is shown in the connected window???
Log into the eprintcenter.com site and there it is showing ready, but !
    Why is this so ?
    David

Situation:  [email protected] is registered to device HP Laserjet Pro 400 M401DN.  Host PC1 can email print jobs successfully.
Issue reported:  PC2 cannot email print jobs to [email protected]
    Steps to take:
    1) From either PC1 or PC2, login to https://www.hpconnected.com, select tab DEVICES.  You should see your M401DN listed as an HP web connected printer.  Select Manage Access.  Add PC2's user personal email address to the ALLOWED SENDERS list ([email protected]).  Or, enable OPEN TO ANYONE.
Dependent upon desired workflow for PC2...
    2) EMAIL CLIENT:  Open an email client on PC2 (gmail, outlook, etc) login as [email protected]  Send email print job to [email protected]
    3) APPLICATION:  ePrint Software print driver.  Open a document, FILE-PRINT, select the ePrint Printer .  Register the printer on PC2 using [email protected]  HPConnected.com will return a PIN via email sent to [email protected] email inbox.  Input the 4 digit PIN into ePrint Printer.  If successful, you should see your M401DN printer discovered as a web connected printer.  Select it, send a print job.

    OlGrayMare,
Follow these steps in the order presented to cancel and remove a Scheduled Delivery Print App.
Important : You must cancel the Scheduled Delivery Print App in ePrintCenter before removing the App. If you do not cancel the App first, scheduled jobs continue to print, even if the App is removed.
Step one: Cancel the Scheduled Delivery Print App
Log into your ePrintCenter account at HP ePrintCenter .
Click the Apps tab, and then click the tab for your HP product.
Click the App that you want to remove, and then click Setup .
Click Update Settings , and then click Cancel scheduled delivery .
    Click Cancel Subscription .
The Scheduled Delivery Print App’s icon is still listed on your HP product's control panel display, but the scheduled deliveries are actually canceled. This allows you to access the Scheduled Delivery Print App at any time. To remove the Scheduled Delivery Print App completely, continue to the next step.
Step two: Remove the Scheduled Delivery Print App completely
Follow these steps to completely remove the Scheduled Delivery Print App. Removing the Scheduled Delivery Print App makes sure that it does not display in ePrintCenter or on the HP product control panel.
Log into your ePrintCenter account at HP ePrintCenter .
Click the Apps tab, and then click the tab for your HP product.
Click the App that you want to remove, and then click Remove .
