Lost preferences and when requesting a batch operation the error "The command "Batches" is currently not available."

For CS6 when I started to work again I had lost screen preferences and when tried to run a batch operation I got the message "The command "Batches" is currently not available." Where are these files stored and how can I restore them?

Found IT !!! For Windows - go to users appdata folder and windows has a file restore function. restored Actions Palette.psp and Adobe Photoshop X64 CS6 Prefs.psp files to previous versions. Works great.

Other than changing the SIM card, you don't mention any troubleshooting you did with your phone.
If you haven't already, try the following steps as needed:
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Setting.
Reset phone - press both home and sleep/wake buttons until the Apple logo appears.
Restore phone in iTunes using a backup
Restore in iTunes as a new iPhone
IF the last step doesn't fix it, there is a hardware problem and you should make an appt. with an Apple Store Genius Bar. The fact that you haven't dropped the phone by no means rules out hardware issues.

I rented a movie on an iPad mini while connected to wifi. Now I'm in the car with out Internet and when I try to play the movie is says "could not load movie" what can I do? I purchased it from iTunes and let it load fully before leaving.

Now that I'm in the car I tried to watch the movie but it isn't working. When I press play an error message pops up saying "could not load movie" can I not watch it with our wifi? What's going on? I actually had the same problem here you just have to change the cable, i dont know exactly why but i think its because when you have your phone swithced of then it doesnt need more electricity so if a little pass then you can charge it for a while and then the iphone will automaticly open again,, so just go an buy a new cable nothing to scared of

I have recently acquired an iPhone 3G 16GB. It is unlocked and I have put my sim card in (Virgin Mobile) and used it without problem when calling or sending text messages. The internet all works fine when connected to a wi-fi network.
In the top left hand corner it says '3G', however if I try anything related to the internet (Safari, Twitter etc.) a message will appear reading 'Could not activate mobile data network'. This is very inconvenient for me. All internet related activities work fine when connected to a wi-fi network.
Is this a problem with all unlocked phones? Is there a solution to this? Or am I simply unable to use the internet without wi-fi on this model?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, all questions may sound silly, but this is my first iPhone and I am very inexperienced with them!

First, you don't have a 3G if you have iOS 6.1.4. The 3G cannot go higher than iOS 4.2.1. That is not related to your problem, but worth knowing.
Let's try the obvious first. Tap the Settings icon. Then tap General. Then Cellular. Is Cellular Data on? Is there an entry for APN? If there is contact your carrier and ask what the APN settings should be. If there is no entry don't worry; the APN is automatic with your carrier.

Looks like you restored your backup file to her phone. If you didn't back up your wife's phone first, then the data is gone, sorry.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

I've got the same issue and it affects all my adobe software. You are not alone as I have seen several postings looking for the answer to this help request.

When I close Photoshop CS6, the following message appears: "Could not save Preferences because the file is locked, you do not have necessary access permissions, or another program is using the file.

When I quit Photoshop CS6, the following message appears:

I have checked the Sharing and Permissions section of the "Get Info" panel accessed from the Finder and I have set Read and Write Privileges for my user account for Photoshop CS6. System and Admin are also set to Read and Write.
I have a MacBook Pro with OS X Version 10.9.5 and have all available updates for Photoshop CS6, Lightroom 5 and Bridge CS6.
I tried uninstalling the program and downloading it again and reinstalling, but nothing changed.
Can you help?
