LOV is not populating when pressing tab in OAF with common value

Hi,
How to make the LOV gets populated after entering any value and press the tab button.
For ex: If i enter item number "100012" and press tab then the LOV is displaying the values and item description is auto-populated.
In my case there are two values with '100012'..once i enter this value and press tab it says Loading, but no options comes up. “Loading” just goes away. But when i clicked on lov icon am seeing the values...
I checked disable validation is not set to true, it has been set to false.
Pls give me any suggestions.

yes, In my case there are two item numbers '100012', with different vales(in lov region teble).

The LOV works when clicking on the Torch and then click GO.
How to make the LOV gets populated after entering a text and press the tab button.
For ex: If i enter +"Sup"+ and press tab then the LOV must list all the values starting with the name Sup.

Hi Jegan,
If i am clearly getting your requirement then this is the default property of LOV. when you enter some value and TAB out it will execute your LOV Query.

HTTP-404 Not Found when pressing tab

Hi All,
I have three tabs namely Search,Create,Report
1. When i press the "Create" tab it goes to the corresponding page, but after that
when i press the other two tabs it is displaying an error
HTTP-404 Not Found.
in FF the error is
The requested URL /pls/htmldb/wwv_flow.accept was not found on this server.
Oracle-HTTP-Server/1.3.28 Server at APEX3 Port 80
2. This error is displayed,
after pressing "Create" tab, when i try to press other tags.
3. but,First if i press any of the other two tabs, it is working fine
Does any one exp. this kind of problem? All solutions appreciated.

I found out the error.
I have a text field P7_TANKAGE and in the Post Element Text
I entered.

<option value="kg"> kg </option>

This was working fine for that page but when i tried to move the tab or click the create button it was giving the error.
When i removed that code from Post Element Text
It works fine.
one question: Is it not possible to write the code like that in apex?

IF it is a manufacturing defect and you bought the device from Apple or an authorized Apple retailer, then take it into Apple.

Tabular form LOV's not populating correctly on edit from report

My form has four LOV's and several text fields. Two of the LOV's will not populate (contains null value) from the report when i try to edit the row, however the other two Lov's populate correctly. Any ideas why i can't get the lov's to populate with the correct value from the report?
each LOV is set to display null value as -- choose value -- with no return value. when i click edit from the report the form (page 2) comes up with the corresponding values from the report, but as i stated two of the LOV's contain -- choose value -- instead of the correct value from the corresponding reports row. All four LOV's items are set exactly the same 2 being static and 2 dynamic; one of each not populating right.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've not used popup lovs in tabular forms for a few years now, but if your using the apex_item's to generate your tab form then I think you need to allow an idx number for the pass back value. e.g. (I have left idx value 2 for the pass back value)

Linking a ChooseFromList to the matrix column should give you what you want. Samples of using the ChooseFromList can be found in the SDK HelpCenter and here in the SDN forum. For example:

AcroPDF.dll crash systematicaly when pressing TAB in any PDF

I am using the Acrobat ActiveX (AcoPDF.dll) for viewing PDF documents.
When a PDF is displayed, pressing TAB key several times makes the document to scroll to the end of document.
If I press TAB again, then the application crash.
This happens with all PDF.
My application is written in C++, but I did a try with the sample (AcrobatActiveXVB) provided in the SDK (9.1), witthout any modification.
The result is the same.
Does any body has experienced the same ? Is there a way to prevent AcroPDF to crash.
Considering that it happens systematicly, the Reader 9 activex can not be used to display PDF.
By the way, I did a try with the Reader 8 activeX and it worked fine without crash.

Can't assign Datasouce to Infosouce; DS in not populated in assignment tab.

I am trying to assign Bid Invitation datasource to Bid Invitation Infosource. I see the particular Bid invitation datasource in Datasource tab. But when i try to create transfer rules the particular datasource is not populated in the assignment selection tab. Also I see the particular datasource in SRM Box in RSA6 and RSA5. I tired to activate it in RSA5 it say activated successfully but when i replicate the SRM node in BI still the same issue.
Please help. I will assign points.

Hello Les,
Logout and logback in. If the datasource has already been assigned to another infosource, you won't find the datasource name when you try to assign it to a second infosource.

Sale Order Item Quantity Not Populating When Create A Sale Order Using BAPI

Selection screen field is not populated without pressing "Enter"

I am calling a report from module pool using SUBMIT statement. I have defined a selection screen as subscreen on module pool screen. On this selection screen i have a select option S_BUKRS. When I input company code 1000 and just press execute button on module pool, it is taking me to the report output. But S_BUKRS is not filled before the submit statement and hence report is executing as if S_BUKRS is initial.
I put a breakpoint and saw that the field S_BUKRS is not filled before calling the repot.
I re-ran the transaction (module pool) and this time after inputting 1000 in S_BUKRS I pressed enter and then pressed execute button. Now the value is transferred to report since S_BUKRS[] is filled.
Do I need to press enter key after inputting the values on the selection screen everytime; before pressing the execute button?
What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?

I believe, you should be able to caputre the value of S_BUKRS in AT SELECTION-SCREEN event even if the user executes the program with out hitting Enter key. Make sure that you are including the CALL SUBSCREEN <area> statement in the PAI as the first statement.

- sets the row currency to the next row
- PPRs the table so it shows the selection change

Invoice amount/quantity not populating when parking invoice before GR

Hi gurus,
When I am going to park an invoice without GR (the import cases where invoice comes first) the system is not populating the amount/quantity in the invoice (MIR7).
If I will check the GR based invoice option in the purchase order than it picks the amount/quantity.
My users requirement is the population of amount/quantity in case when GR not performed.
Can anyone help me out from this scenario.

Thanks for your reply but in the cases of import the GR won't be possible. The invoice will be received before GR and if the amount/quantity does not populated automatically then there is a 100% chances of error (manual entry).
There should be some way through which these fields will be populated.
