Lync Team Call fails to route to team member simultaneous call number

Lync 2010
We are using Team Call for a user called 'Helpdesk'. When someone calls 'Helpdesk', it also rings the Team Call members, however we have discovered it will not follow the team member's call forwarding or simultaneous ring settings.
So if the team call member is forwarding or simultaneously ringing a cell phone, the call stops at the Lync client and does not roll to the cell phone.
Is this a bug or limitation?

This is a limitation in Lync 2010 to avoid mobile voicemails picking up. Lync 2013 however will allow simultaneous ring for Delegates, and has a feature called Voicemail Escape that detects if a call was answered immediately without ringing, and can pull
the call back.

  • Team Member Failed on Priamavera P6 V8.2

    I need the help can anyone please me ...
    i have installed primavera p6 v8.2 after installation on web logic i see the applications which one are running and active state.
    all applications are running only 2 following application in failed stat.
    1- P6tm (team member)
    2- P6ws (web service).
    and i remove and install a lot of time but i continue facing the error on both application deployment.

    i have installed all pre-requisites before configure P6 EPPM V8.2,
    i have another important issue i have installed all pre-requisites then install P6 v8.2 and issue is when i restart my system my all web application or enterprise application empty in deployment on domain structure.
    When login on WEBLOGIC.
    when i installed first time complete p6 with all pre-requisites and when run weblogic get it all web application and all enterprise application services and when i see deployment stats (Active) Running.
    and when i restart my system all web application and enterprise application looking empty in deployment state no url found on any services like
    P6.
    P6help
    p6tm
    p6ws etc.....
    please suggest me what should i do what is the solution. Thank You.

  • Questions in Lync missed call notifications.

    Hello Experts,
    We have the following environment:
    Environment
    Currently there are no exchange UM’s in place.
    Has PBX to route the Enterprise calls.
    Missed call Behaviour
    When Lync receives the call, based on the calling number trunk translation rules the number is normalised and is presented with the missed call notification and Callee names will not be shown.
    What we are seeing here is a mixture, that when we get a call from the PBX, RNL is successful and I get the caller's picture, Name and E.164 number in the notification window for new call. But for the actual missed call notification,
    we only get the name (no number).
    Hence wanted to understand Lync missed call notification generation logic (where does it get the name from [RNL], which number does it show [called or AD], does it show the number etc ? ) as we are seeing mixed results with and without
    phone numbers or Names.
    Please advise. Thank in advance.

    Lync Server and Exchange Unified Messaging server are responsible to initiate a missed call notification. Lync Server generates a missed call notification by sending a SIP INFO message to Exchange unified messaging server, which in turn
    performs a reverse number lookup of the caller and sends email to the callee with the missed call details.
    During this reverse number lookup, if the incoming number is associated with any user or contact object on server (Exchange UM, Active Directory) or recipients personal contacts,
    it will be mapped with the caller or object name. If no match is found, just display the caller’s phone number or name.

  • Create Project trough enterprise project type with templates does not send notification to team member(email) when published

    Hi All,
    I encountered this issue in my client site when implementing project server 2013.
    At First I thought that this issue occurred intermittently , sometimes project creation (create project from PWA- assign resources with team member -save and publish) trigger email notification to the assigned team member and sometimes not. (new task notification)
    I have checked with our infrastructure team and verify that I use the right SMTP server address and port , and cross check with them for their side configuration (exchange) , we did not find anything wrong on both settings.
    and then we found out that the failed notification email comes from project creation using defined project templates in an enterprise project type, even from a project that consist of template schedule , we added new task on that project and assign a team
    member on that task that resulted with notification sent to the team member, but not with task that comes from templates.
    can someone help us on this issue, or is there any CU on this?

    Yes we did create the template from project professional and as far as i know,
    the only way to create template is just to save it, no option to publish the template.
    When you create a new project from template for some of the task you remove the resources then assign resource to those tasks then save and publish the project.
    <--there are no resources assigned from the template, when i assign resources (new assignment) this will not trigger notification
    Or create a new task under summary task assign resource then save and publish the task you notification sent to the resource means it is working.
    <--new task (not from template ) also trigger the notification

  • SIP Lync Issues - calls unable to connect

    Hi,
    For the last couple of weeks I have been unable to make any Lync SIP calls on my home BT Infinity package using HH5.
    Calls simply will not connect. However if I swap the router out the calls connect correctly.
    This was working before so can only presume that BT have 'changed something'.
    Any ideas??

    Hi Nokkyear. I have been having the same exact issue using my E51 since I got the phone two weeks ago. After plenty of stress and anger, I somehow got it to work just a few minutes ago.
    In my case, I made the following change and was finally able to connect and make a test call:
    1> Under Connections/SIP Settings, I changed the PUBLIC USERNAME to the full address (i.e. [email protected]). Previously I had the xxxx portion of the address.
    I had also removed the appearances of the "sip:" prefix from the proxy address, the registrar address and the public username address. I would say that only after I did that, I was able to connect to my SIP server....HOWVEVER, upon review now as I write this post, I can see that the "sip:" prefix has returned to the entries.
    Try this and see how it works.

    Has anyone used this method for allowing NON enterprise voice users the ability to utilize the conference call back feature?

    If so, can you answer these questions?  We have deployed this successfully but with a few hiccups.
    When a non enterprise voice user uses the conference call back feature, the lync dial plans are ignored but the number is sent with a +1 in front of it.  Is there a way for the CUCM to strip off that +1 and add a 9 to it?  Whats the best way to accomplish this?
    When the conference does call them back, the caller ID displays their Lync number.  We would rather it display a different number.  Is this possible?  How could we accomplish this on the CUCM?

    You can modify the trunk configuration using Lync Server 2013 Control Panel which were created using Lync Server 2010 Control Panel.
    You can set different Pool Trunks, defining the different features for each trunk.

    I have invited a team member to our creative cloud. The invitation status shows 'pending' but no email has been received by the team member. I've canceled the invite and tried a few times. Is there another route?

    Please check with another Email ID that if the Email invite is being send.
    Check the domain of the person whom you are inviting, it might have some securities attached.
    Let us know the status.

  • Team Member 15.1 Installation

    In your 15.1 installation documentation, I would recommend emphasizing the importance of manually deleting the Team Member deployment from the domain before executing the installation. This is a departure from previous installations/upgrades where the OUI would uninstall the Team Member application or just updating the deployment in the domain would install the new application.  Otherwise, you will spend a lot of time chasing down a TMConnector error from your Team Member server log.

    Is it possible for one team member to install it for example on a portable mac and a desktop pc at the same time?

    Can i see the file storage usage for each member and what apps they have downloaded?

    Although i am totally for the collaboration features, they seem to have nothing to do with the creative cloud for teams. However, before the new updates, i could go into the manage teams area and see how much cloud space each member was using. I'm not asking to see another team member's files, i'd just like to know how much is being used for resource allocation purposes.  I'd also like to know what apps they have downloaded. No? Just to wipe out one user and assign to another user isn't really what i'm after.

    The trouble I have is that I CANNOT allow this user to have the full suite. I am implementing software inside of a cGMP manufacturing facility (nutritional supplements). Part of our "label artwork" change control is the fact that not only are critical files locked, but also no-one in the company can edit the files even if they copied them to desktop.
    I can't allow a project manager, or executive, or admin assistant the same software capacity to edit critical files as the art dept, in the event that their changes might slip through to production.
    Now granted, I could create literal policies to compensate for this situation, but does an admin person really need Premier Pro and AfterEffects? Nope, not really. I could see an argument in favor of the document production tools, but the web and video tools are complete overkill.
    I had been hoping to implement a series of Acrobat Pro suites, to enable an easy form of document signing. I didn't want to implement any form of server based signature authentication, since our process is wholly internal and not subject to serious security concerns.  I've been forced to shelve the project for now while I investigate more options, which means adobe missed out on some sales.
    Hopefully, Creative Teams will be expanded to have more flexibility as Adobe matures their product offering.

  • Creative Cloud Teams member cannot log in via Desktop app

    Weird problem I have. Our company have 9 seat teams account, and one of our users cannot log in via the desktop app and use apps. Have worked just fine for the last year until today.
    He has the old Application Manager installed as well as he had upgraded from older apps, and we are renewing our yearly subscription these days. Could any of that be the problem. Odd thing is, he is the only team member that has this problem.
    He can log in to his account on the web just fine.

    when I copy an activity in msa,
    the responisble persons are copied too, but saving is not possible:
    error: flag main team member not set
    So i have to set this flag manually.
    Why does the system not copy this flag too ?
    Where can I change this bad behaviour ?

    did you already check the following:
    1) activities created in CRM have this main flag set properly for exactly one responsible employee defined for this function
    2) customizing is synchronized properly to CDB/Mobile:
    CRM_DNL_PAR_FCT
    CRM_DNL_PAR_PDD
    CRM_DNL_PAR_PDP
    CRM_DNL_PAR_UIS
    3) activities downloaded to mobile have this main flag set properly for exactly one responsible employee defined for this function
    4) it is possible to create the same activities in mobile as in CRM using the same functions (e.g. the customizing is proper on mobile)
    For my understanding I would rather suggest to change/correct the data in CRM instead of modifying the copy functionality for mobile.
