M/08 maintain pricing condition not updating

Hi experts ,
I have written some code in one of the form in M/08 transaction for accomodating changes in the Pricing schema of PO .I have checkde the Statistics checkbox for that form .
I have used the form for VAT calculation using Excise Duty , E.cess and Sec.E.Cess and the i m getting the required values in the code part .
But the problem is that , its not updating the VAT value in the ME23N transaction in the Condition Item Tab .

if you are trying to update the pricing condition using the BDC recording then it may happen sometime that some your recording screens wont work proplerly in the production server so it wont take the appropriate data from the flat file.
Please debug the code in producation to point out the field which is not working properly than you do the recording again .

Use BAPI: BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE to update the data.
BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 is used to create new Sales orders.

Retail: Maintain pricing conditions at general article level in PO

Hi,
I create a seasonal purchase order. In this purchase order I enter a general article with several variants. Is there a possibility to maintain pricing conditions at the header item level which will be copied to the variants.
NB: these surcharges and discounts, so they are not in the info record.

Your issue can be solved with header condition.
Header Conditions are referring to entire document. You may not able to use automatic price determination for header condition.
A header condition can be a percentage or a fixed amount. If you define a header condition as a percentage markup or markdown, the defined percentage applies automatically for all document items. If the header condition is a fixed amount
and if this condition is not additionally flagged as a group condition, the condition amount of the header condition is assigned for each item.
Header conditions are created manually at header level in a purchasing document.

i have maintained excise data for material, after that i have created scheduled agreement with lp and with 0 value private and dummy tax code and delivery schedule is released. Now when i do the goods receipt i am getting error " Maintain pricing conditions for the material for the excise invoice date
Message no. 8I629" can some body can help me.

goto tcode fv11 u have to maintained the condition.
first enter the condition type like jmop -
then enter, next screen u have the select the below comination.
select the plant/vendor/material base u have to maintain the conditions.

When I am doing MIGO (Release GR Blocked Stock-movement type) t)he system is giving an error "Maintain pricing conditions for the material for the excise invoice date"I am attaching screen shot for reference.
I request if any one can provide me the solution

Check did you have entry of that movement type in the following path where you specify which movement type relating to goods receipts involve excise invoices
SPRO -
> Logistics general -> tax on Goods Movements-> India -> Business Transactions--> Specify Which Movement Types Involve Excise Invoices

Pricing condition not appearing in the COMMPR01 for service products

Dear All,
i have created the a condition type ZPR in R3 . This condition type is successfully replicated to CRM along with the access sequence and the relevant tables .
Now the problem is when i am trying to maintain the price in COMMPR01 for the service product , i am not able to find the condition type ZPR .Also this condition type is maintained in the condition maintainance grp.
Pls help me in this regard

Custom Pricing Conditions not working for a PO in SRM

Hi Experts,
We are on SRM 5.0, ECC 6.0 , Extended Classic Scenario.
We configured the pricing conditions in SRM . We defined the our custom pricing condition types as below
Condition type      --- Condition Class       --- Calculation Type
Frieght(%)            ---       Prices                ---      Percentage
Frieght Value       ---        Prices                --- Fixed Amount
We also defined the Calculation Schema.
But when we try to define the pricing conditions in SRM during PO creation\change , the standard pricing condition types work but when we input the above defined custom pricing condition type, the value entered gets cleared. Pricing Overview is not calculating the values of the custom Pricing condition types.
Please assist as where i have gone wrong. Do I need to run any standard report for pricing or do i have to implement any BADI.

You must have done all the pricing related settings like access sequence, determination, condition type. Please cross check them once again. Also see if the condition record is picked up properly , is it bypassing ?
If every thing is fine, check the item category of that material and see if in business data of that item category Pricing is activated !!

Pricing Condition not picking from Info record

We have made all the Changes for Higher Education Cess. Now while creating PO some conditions are not picking from info record(only for some materials). In Dev. server Everything working fine.
What could be the problem?

Hi Sukumaran,
You need to go to PO -> item conditions -> press analysis button.
double click on the pricing condition on left hand side screen. You will get proper analysis. Like "PBXX 111 Condition ignored (requirement 005 not fulfilled)"
These descriptions will give clear hint on the reason of price not being picked up.

How maintain pricing conditions in CCM 2.0

We are using CCM 2.0, and SRM 5.0.
Please let us know how should we maintain the pricing conditions in
CCM, say when we enter item price in the individual item attributes, we
want to maintain different prices, say if 10 items are purchased they
cost Rs 100 and if 20 items are purchased they cost Rs 75, and so on
and so forth, and also tax conditions such excise duty, sales tax etc.
Please let us know how can we achieve the same through CCM.

Maintaining pricing condition with field group

Hi
I want to check the linkage between condition maintenance table for pricing with the Contract.
Can any body tell me how to maintain the pricing condition with the field group of Contract.(provide me the detail path)
I am getting one error"Internal error in condition maintenance" when i click on product tab for any of contracts.
So I guess it may be due to any linkage failure between condition table and field group or tabstrip. please tell me how could I proceed forward to check this error.

Custom pricing condition not getting triggered automatically in CRM 4.0

The custom discount pricing condition created in R/3 is active in R/3 and is getting triggered for Sales Orders created in R/3.
I have downloaded the same pricing conditon from R/3 to CRM 4.0 i am able to trigger it manually in CRM service transaction. But i need the condition to be triggered automatically for the pricing group.

Hi Padma,
did you enable the condition download from ERP to CRM already? Did you run the initial condition customizing download and the initial condition master data download successfully (check also the application log in SLG1)?
In addition, you should be aware, that for any condition customizing change in ERP you need to rerun the initial customizing download (there is no delta download) and that you need to refresh the IPC customizing buffer, which is automatically done once a day by default.

Here i create i new condition type for price ZMRP copy from PR00 in IDES , codition table & Access sequence also maintained in pricing procedure.
price is also update in ZMRP through vk11. but when we craete sales order my price ZMRP not coming automaticly. plz suggest where is error?

Kindly check below mentioned settings.
create condtion table (e.g 510). Attach this table in the access sequence (say z001). Create condition type (ZMRP) & attach this access sequence to conditon type. Attach this condition type to your Pricing Procedure (say zz001). Attach this pricing procesure to sales areadocument pricing procedurecustomer pricing procedure. Maintain condition record for conditon type ZMRP in VK11. Now try to create sales order. ZMRP will automatically appear in the conditons.
Note: sales order which is already created, to make ZMRP appear in it, double click on item, go to condition tab. Press "update" button. Press "carry out new pricing" and you can see ZMRP appearing in the conditons.

Condition Pre step in pricing- condition not determined

Iam having an issue in my system. There is a condition type ZTFR (output tax condition) which is not determined in sales order. The access seq with this condition is MWST. There are two accesses in this mwst seq as follows
access seq=mwst
first access 06--departure country/dest country/material group--
standard requirement 8 is assigned to this access
2nd access 10-- departure country/dest country----
standard requirement 8 is assigned to this access
I have seen the standard req 8. The code for include LV61A008( req 8) consists of two parts--one pre step and the other normal exprt/import check...... the pre-step part checks that departure/destinaton country is not nil and both are not equal. the 2nd part checks the same for dept/dest country but also checks whether vat of customer is maintained or not and european tax indicator is set.
In my case only vat no is not maintained and all other conditions like dept ctry/dest ctry amd EU indicators are mainatined both for dept/dest country.
the issue is the condition ZTFR is not determined in sales order. Pls note that there is no VAt no maaintained in customer masterv since our customer does not have the same.
system says the follwowing on doing pricing analysis.
1) access 6 not made since req 8 not met. may be because vat no not maintained as wriiten in requirment 8
2) access 10 not made since condition record not found----
the system also gives message that "No condition record was found in the condition preliminary step for this condition using the document data"........... in this Iam not able to understand why the system has not given a message during pricing analysis that requirement not met. Rather the system said that no condition record found for preliminary step ??
what is meant by condition pre step ? and what is happening ? in the first access, system says req 8 not met whereas in 2nd access record not found but issue is same requiement 8 is assigned to acess 6 and access 10.
