When sending from one mac email account to another email account on the mac it seems to send fine, and it moves to the sent items, but nothing appears in the mac inbox.
When sending from a mac account to the pc, it seems to send fine, and it moves to the sent items, but nothing appear in the PC inbox.
When sending a massage from the PC to my mac email, it send fine from the PC and arrives in the inbox on the mac.
mac to mac - seems to send but dosent arrive
mac to pc - seems to send but doesnt arrive
pc to mac - seems to send and arrives.
As i said it was all working fine yesterday and for four years previous to that, but now it has just stopped.

Try a reset:
- Hold the home button and sleep/wake button down at the same time. When the Apple logo appears release both buttons then try and charge again.
If issue persists try:
- Another known working cable
- Check the charging port for any damage or debris
- You could also use a dry soft bristle toothbrush and gently brush it on the port to clean it of any debris that could be in there

When I send a message to blueyonder the system says the message has been sent yet the recipient cannot find it in his emails or on the server.

I compose a message and press send. The system states that it connecting and then that the message has been sent. When the recipient looks for the message on his system and/or the server he cannot find the message. I have sent him messages direct from my server and also Outlook Express and he does get them it is only when using Thunderbird do the messages go missing. Do I have to use special settings to send messages to Blueyonder?

I'd suggest you contact your email provider. Similar problems have been reported from Virgin users.

You would really have to ask the app developer if there is a way to export the data.
As for adding a printer, you would need to purchase an AirPrint compatible printer and connect it to your wireless network.

WiFi signals get stronger the closer the machine is to the router and the less interference/blocking of the signal like via walls with metal in them or of thick concrete.
Since the signal emanates outwards in a sphere, your supposed to place the wireless router in a central location in the building so it covers all areas.
The power of the router also has a affect, if your router is old or something not that powerful like a Airport Express, it doesn't have the ability to filter out other signals or enough punch to get through walls etc. or cover a large area as effectively.
If you buy/have a powerful router of newer make and have issues where there is metal in the walls or thick concrete, then you can buy something like OpenMesh and by using Ethernet cables from the back of the router, extend the WiFi signal into other rooms and areas past the blockage.

Stop the "thank you; your message has been sent"

I have a interview handler/voicemail account setup to gather information from customers. I wanted to add my own closing statement instead of the standard "thank you; your message has been sent"; I added a call handler to play my own greeting and then configured the interview handler to transfer to the call handler and then hang up, but before it gets to the call handler, it still plays the "thank you...". How can I stop that from playing?

That prompt is actually associated with the message recording converation which is used by call handlers, subscriber and interviewers - you can't turn off the prompt for just one specific interview handler.
You can turn it off system wide by replacing the promot in question with a silent (empty) prompt, but this would then remove that prompt in all cases where a message recording was terminated.

If the old ID is yours, and if your current ID was created by editing the details of this old ID (rather than being an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. A background program of some type had changed the way FIREFOX displays most web pages making them unusable to a large degree. It took me some weeks (about 6) to figure out how to regain my full browser functionality. But at that point I still had not put 2 and 2 together. When I got the text message again the other day (03/10/2012) I didn’t remember until after falling for the same trick again that it had happened before. I do not remember exactly how far I had to go to repair FIREFOX the first time. I seem to recall starting with disabling add-ons. Then I just kept going one step further and testing until completely removing the browser and reinstalling it. I saved most user settings and favorites to reload afterwards but had to re install extensions and add-ons.
My routers NAT is always on. I always use NO-SCRIPT to screen web sites. SPYBOT and AVIRA were and are always active and updated weekly. I am fairly well versed in network security so am usually alert to frontal attacks, this one sneaked by to the back door.
It seems to remove or change the way html processes the gui removing the formatting and affects some of the button action commands.

It sounds like your computer may be infected with some sort of a virus / Malware.
I suggest the following resources:
