Can anyone help? When sending an email and I add a name to the "To" box or CC/BCC box which I later decided I don't want to include, Mail ignores the instruction to "remove" that name so that once the email has been sent, the name is still included and the email goes to them anyway. Pretty frustrating and I don't understand why this is happening.

You would really have to ask the app developer if there is a way to export the data.
As for adding a printer, you would need to purchase an AirPrint compatible printer and connect it to your wireless network.
By the way, your holiday letter/rant/Idon't even know what to call it... is completely inappropriate for these forums.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to un-submit a response. However, user can submit a new response and incorrect/old response can be deleted by the moderator.

Is your phone jailbroken? If not, just ignore/delete the message...it's a Flash SMS, & nothing but spam. If your phone is not jailbroken, you have nothing to worry about.

If your account is disabled then you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on your phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it
If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

I still have not received my email that my iPhone 5 has been shipped. I ordered at 6 in the morning on Friday. When I check my order all I get is this "We received your order and it is in process." So on today (9/18) I dail *611 from the phone that I applied the upgrade to then went to option 4 then said "order status". Before I could hang up they sent me the Fed Ex tracking number which said it was shipped from West Chester, PA @ 12:33a.m. on 9/18. So I'm expecting mine maybe tomorrow or Thursday. You can't simply move it directly between iPads.
In your example, you'd find that .ibook file in your iTunes account on your computer and then email or sync it to the school's iPad. Similar to how you did with yours....maybe you got it off a server and can repeat that process.
Then delete it off your iPad and either delete or flag your copy in iTunes to not be put back when you sync in the future.

Usually this points to having some kind of earlier trial version still installed on your system. However without more details you are not likely to find an answer. Try this for a start:

If all you did was rename your ID, you can go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, choose Delete from My iPhone when prompted, then sign back in with your renamed ID. Deleting the account only deletes the account and any data you are syncing with iCloud from your phone, not from iCloud. Provided you are signing back into the same account and not changing accounts, your data will be synced back to your phone when you sign back in.
If, however, you are changing to a new account with a new ID, choose Keep on My iPhone when prompted. Then choose Merge when you sign into the new account and turn your iCloud syncing back on to upload your data to the new account.
Before deleting the account, save you photo stream photos to your camera roll (tap Edit, tap all the photos, tap Share, tap Save to Camera Roll).
