  • Mapping of Scenario in SAP

    Hi Masters,
I would like to know how to map the scenario in SAP.
    Client is 1000.
    There are 3 companies 2000, 3000 and 4000.
Co 2000 is involved only in manufacturing. It receives raw material from Vendors and then manufactures in its own plant 2001.
Co.3000 is involved only in logistics. It takes delivery of the Fgoods from plant 2001. Ownership of the Fgoods transferred from 2000 to 4000. The Fgoods are stored in Warehouse (3001), which is owned by Co.3000.
Co.4000 is involved only in marketing of the Fgoods. It receives Orders from Customers and deliveries are made from Warehouse 3001. Bills are made by Co 4000 and payment collected.
Co.3000 owns Warehouse alone and acts like a C & F agent. Co.3000 gets paid by Co.4000 on the basis of the FGoods value that is stored and taken care.
How to map the scenario in SAP.
    Thanks in advance.
    Vaidee

    Ok,
Then Configure CCode 2000 and make one Plant 2001 and assign it to 2000. Make one sales organization 2001 for this. And also some DC.
Then Configure 3000, and make one Plant ( for storing ) plant and assign  warehouse number 3000 to that plant.
Then configure 4000. and make one plant ( for distrbution of goods) , make one sales org 4001, and DCs and divisions.
    Now the process :
You wil create inter company STO between 2000 and 4000. And the Warehouse of 3000 ( may be ) assigned to the plant of 4000.
Make Company 3000 as C and F agent and assign as a partner.
Rest all functionality can be done as per standard.
This is my personal view, other experts comments are also welcome.
    Thanks,
    Raja

  • Mapping export scenario in sap

    Dear all,
My client is in saudi. They are doing export from their plant(saudi). They are having  company's own place in saudi port from which they are exporting goods to all other country such as india, australia, usa.
    1. First they need to send the goods from plant location(saudi) to saudi port location. Here they need to pay transport charges to forwarding agent.
    2. Second they need to send their goods from saudi port location to all over the country.
    3. If they send the goods to india, they are having one place at indian port from there only they will send the goods to all customer in india. same like usa and other country.
Can any one please help me, how to map this process in sap. how can i create that different location (saudi plant location, saudi port location and indian port location) in sap.
    Thanks in advance,
    Babu

Create Port as one plant and this should be delivering plant. Raise PO on manufacturing plant, so that via MB1B with movement type 351, materials can be stock transferred from manufacturing plant to port.
So the receiving plant (port) will have to do MIGO, PGI and invoice. Now from port plant, create a sale order on export customer, do delivery and billing.
    thanks

  • Map EDI messages to SAP iDocs

    Hi all,
Is is possible to map EDI messages to SAP iDocs using Oracle Integration?
    Thanks

Yes, OracleAS Integration has several components. One is called Integration B2B, which allow you to send and receive EDI messages. You can then pass this on either using Integration InterConnect or BPEL Process Manager to the SAP adapter which can talk to SAP systems using e.g. iDocs.

  • How do we map this scenario in SAP ECC

    Hi Gurus,
I need a help from you, to get your perspective on how the below mentioned business scenario can be mapped in SAP ECC.
Scenario: The client is engaged in a business of supplying surgical kits to hospitals. The surgical kit is actually a case with two shelve in it. Tray 1 holds the equipments for surgery and the Tray 2 holds the implants for surgery. There are various different kits depending upon different surgeries. Depending upon the need/demand from the hospital appropriate kit is sent to the sales rep, who then delivers the kit to hospital. Now when the kit is supplied to the hospital, the surgeon uses the equipments from Tray 1 to perform the surgery and consumes some of the implants (as needed) from Tray 2. Once the surgery is done, the equipments are cleaned by the hospital and the kit is sent back to the sales rep.
At this point the sales rep need to raise an invoice to the hospital for the implants that were consumed from the Tray 2 and also need to charge for the service for using the equipments. Both the equipments and implants have serial numbers and each kit has a serial number.
    Ask from the business
1.They should be able to track which kits are out in the field and should be able to see the inventory within the kit.
2.Should be able to consume the implants from inventory, which have been consumed during surgery and raise an invoice to the hospital for consumed implants.
3.Business should be able to charge for the equipments used
4.They should be able to track the inventory in the kits
5.They should be able to depreciate the equipments in the kits.

  • Mapping LDAP Groups to SAP Roles

    Hi there,
i am trying to build up a synchron usermanagement with a LDAP-Server between EP, Web AS Java and Web AS ABAP.
My thought is to administrate the users in the LDAP-Directory. The users will be assigned to groups.
In EP and Web AS Java its no problem to assign these groups to roles and then just change the Users in the LDAP-Group and reach a synchron usermanagement.
In Web AS ABAP it seems impossible to assign roles to groups.
<b>The question is, is it possible to map ldap groups with the ldap connector of the web AS ABAP to Roles in an ABAP System?</b>
Or is there another way to administrate users in different systems?
    Thanks alot for your answers,
    stefan

    Hi
in this case u have to use the concept of central user administration. use the following links
https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.docs/library/events/asug-biti-03/cua with sap webas, ldap and third party software

hope this helps u to get fair bit of idea

  • Mapping of AMR into SAP????

    Hi all..
could any one tell, how to map automatic meter reading device into SAP????? what are the specifications have to be taken into consideration???

    Hi Vipin,
Though your query is very old but I accidentally stumbled upon it & thought to share my understanding from AMI integration perspective.
The reads from a smart meter e.g. centron meters from itron are passed at regular intervals to head end ( e.g. TMS - Transaction Management System  from GE or OWCE - Open Way Collection Engine from itron). Head End pass these reads to IEE MDUS ( Itron Enterprise Edition -  meter data management system . On the meter reading due date for a particular portion/ MRU , a read request is sent to IEE MDUS who in turn sends the same to SAP through a batch job.
From a technical perspective, ESB is the middleware from HE to MDUS and from MDUS to SAP /PI. There are SAP standard webservices e.g. SmartMeterMeterReadingDocumentERPBulkCreateRequest_Out as the interfaces.
    Thanks,
    Ajay

  • Mapping HTML fields to SAP Fields in OCI

    Hi Gurus,
I am currently working on the Punchout Catalog Functionality. For mapping the HTML fields to SAP Fields, i am not getting the main node "Interface for Procurement using Catalogs".
Is there any settings to be made or any report/program needs to be run to enable this main node?. please advice regarding this.Thanks.
    With Regards,
    Saakithyan

    Hello,
You will need to maintain a field link to transfer the imported fields to SAP internal fields. This can be done in customizing as following IMG point (under Plant Maintenance and Customer Service - Maintenance Plans, Work Centers, Task Lists and PRTs - Task Lists) :
                  > Interface for Procurement Using Catalogs (OCI)
(/) Convert HTML fields to SAP fields
    Please review this again.

  • How to fetch Excel sheet through File adapter and Mapping to IDOC in SAP PI?

    Dear all
    Help me with this scenario?
    Thanks
    Regards
    karan kanotra

Dear  sir  This is a  new  scenario .
I got an requirement to activate Forward Error Handling in SRM. I have searched on SDN but didn't find appropriate answer on it.
Even I found some link: PI/XI: Forward Error Handling (FEH) for asynchronous proxy calls with the use of Error and Conflict Handler (ECH)
It explains me some points like activating FEH from SRM in SPRO. I have activated the same, plz check the screen shot:
It also follows some development for the same.
Here my concern is, should I follow this document? Does it applicable to all to all the scenarios?
Step 8: it assign object id and type what does it mean...
Does any one can explain me in detail..... Please provide me any document to configure the FEH in SRM.
I am trying to implement FEH in my SRM system. So that when even XML fails due to error, I should be able to reprocess/restart it with some editing to the XML.
My receiver interface for XML is PurchaseRequestERPSourcingRequest_In
I think this is standard one and no need to make any custom code for it. SAP has all ready given solution for it with some Configuration.
I have made some configurations like:
The view FEHV_ACTIVE must have the status active.
In transaction /SAPPO/LOGSYS , the logical system must be defined for the software component SRM-EBP-ESA .
As stated in in the link :
    http://esworkplace.sap.com/socoview%28bD1lbiZjPTAwMSZkPW1pbg==%29/render.asp?id=2BAABCB0D30111DC2B8D000F20FCB6A9&fragID=…
Also I have made some configuration according to the Note: 1973768 - No reprocess option is available in FEH for failed in XML in SRM
Resulted, the “Process” button get activated in the XML Post Processing screen.
But can I reprocess my XML with edited value from there..?
All the  configuration part of PI  is already done .
I wanted to know  about the  FEH  Part. what are the  steps   i am  missing  or where  i am  going  wrong ?
    Please let me help.
    Thanks
    Regards
    Karan

  • How to map product barcode with SAP

    HIIIIIIIIIIII
We are going to implement SD module for stores. my client requirement is once when ever customer bring products from store to cash counter the scaner will check the bard code based on that we need to be process order to cash backgroud.
This process need to be cover  SO, RETURNS, CREDIT MEMO, DEBIT MEMO ALSO
Kindly guide me for acheving this requirement.
    Thanks in advance
    srinivasa

    Hi,
A barcode is an optical machine-readable representation of data, which shows data about the object to which it attaches. In material master, in basic data 1 there is a field for EAN/UPC (Universal Product Code). In this field the bar code data are entered like 987654321098. The scanner reads this code and recognizes the code. Since UPC code is entered in Basic data of the material master, the material code given for the product in SAP is determined. This is the way bar coding is used to recognize the materials in SAP.

  • Mapping consignment process into SAp

[email protected]  if u wont mind with screen shots if it is available.
    Thanks and Regards,

    dear mahdu
    CONSIGNMENT
In consignment orders you are allowing the stock to sit in your customer location. Once he informs that he used the stock you will invoice him. If he returns the stock you will accept the stock to take it back.
It is defined in 4 steps.
    1. Consignment fill up:
    Sales document type is KB
    Item category KBN
    schedule line category E1
In this step; you are not invoicing the customer, document flow is sales order -
delivery item category. It will not be relevant for billing and pricing because you are not charging money for these goods in this step.
In schedule line category, you will set movement type 631 & set for availability check and TOR.
    2. Consignment Issue.
Once the customer informed you that he used all the goods or partial goods then you will create consignment issue for used goods.
    Sales document: KE
    Item category: KEN
shedule line category: C0 or C1
Here you are invoicing the customer(because he used the goods). you are assigning the delivery documnt and billing document to the sales document.
In item category, you are setting relevent for billing, pricing, special stock.
In schedule line category, your setting is 633 movement type, relevent for availability check & TOR.
    3. Consignment Return:
Customer found that some goods are damaged or he not able to sold the goods he want to send it back. that you are creating this document.
    Sales document type: KR
    Item category: KRN
    Shedule line category: D0
You will assign delivery document and billing to sales document. you will create return order, return delivery, return billing.
Your setting item category relevant for billing, returns, pricing, special stock.
Your setting schedule line item category: 634 movement type, NO availability NO TOR.
    4. Consignment Pick up:
Even if you create the consignment return the goods are not come to direct to your plant. For that you need to create consignment pick up. Here the owner ship is not changing so you do not need to create billing.
Assign return delivery to sales document type.
    Sales document: KA
    Item category: KAN
    schedule line category: F0 & F1
your setting item category relevant for returns, any schedule line category relevant for 632 movement type, MRP, availability check, delivery.
Now you check your plant stock. Stock will increase.
    rewards if it helps
