Hi,
Check the number ranges for material documents. (with year) for document type WE in OMBT transaction code.
If same material document number repeats in the same calendar year,then document update will be terminated.
As, document no. will be already existing in tables, system won't allow to update the same no. again.
Thanks & Regards,
Anand.

GOITEM-SGTXT in MIGO not updated in table MSEG
Hi Experts
I have a requirement to capture the MIGO line item text into Accounting document.
Issue is - the text entered in GOITEM-SGTXT is not getting reflected in MSEG-SGTXT.
Can someone enlighten me as to where / in which table the line item text is getting stored?
Thanks
GayathriHi Gayathri,
Please check if the customer exit EXIT_SAPMM07M_001 is activated in your system. Here you can normally set any value for the field MSEG-SGTXT.
If this exit is activated, please check if the field E_SGTXT is missing since you have to add this field in the export-parameters (see standard LXMBCU02) and you may need to adjust your code to add the statements (before ENDFUNCTION):
IF E_SGTXT is initial.
E_SGTXT = I_MSEG-SGTXT.
ENDIF.
Please also see the on-line documentation for the user exit by going to transaction SMOD, entering the Enhancement MBCF0002 and selecting the option to display the Documentation.
Hope this can help

Not Updating Customized Table when System having Performance Issue
Hi,
This is actually the same topic as "Not Updating Customized Table when System having Performance Issue" which is posted last December by Leonard Tan regarding the user exit EXIT_SAPLMBMB_001.
Recently we changed the program function module z_mm_save_hide_qty to update task. However this causes more data not updated. Hence we put back the old version (without the update task). But now it is not working as it used to be (e.g. version 1 - 10 records not updated, version 2 with update task - 20 records not updated, back to version 1 - 20 records not updated).
I tried debugging the program, however whenever I debugged, there is nothing wrong and the data is updated correctly.
Please advise if anyone has any idea why is this happening. Many thanks.
Regards,
JanetHi Janet,
you are right. This is a basic rule not to do any COMMIT or RFC calls in a user exit.
Have a look at SAP note 92550. Here they say that exit EXIT_SAPLMBMB_001 is called in the update routine MB_POST_DOCUMENT. And this routine is already called in UPDATE TASK from FUNCTION 'MB_UPDATE_TASKS' IN UPDATE TASK.
SAP also tells us not to do any updates on SAP system tables like MBEW, MARD, MSEG.
Before the exit is called, now they call 'MB_DOCUMENT_BADI' with methods MB_DOCUMENT_BEFORE_UPDATE and MB_DOCUMENT_UPDATE. Possibly you have more success implementing the BADI.
I don't know your situation and goal so this is all I can tell you now.
Good luck!

Thanks for your reply. I have checked in this transaction code also. The system is showing the message as "The document is already posted".
But it is not updated any tables except the document number is updated in table J_1IPART2.
Is there any other reasons for not updating the tables.

Accounting Document not updated in BKPF for JV by J1IH
Hi
The user posted JV through transaction code J1IH.
The document number is updated in table J_1IPART2 but when the user is trying to see the same document in FB03 we are getting the error message as "the document is not exist or not archived".
And we have checked in tables BKPF and BSEG we did not find this document.
Can anyone please suggest how to find the reason why the system is not updated this document?

ADF master-detail master selection not updating detail tables properly
Hi All,
I am using JDev version : 11.1.2.0.0
I created new Fusion Web Application Module. In that module I created a master-detail data model and added them to a page fragment with a query panel. When I run it as a separate module, It works perfectly and Master selection correctly updates detail tables.
But when I integrate that module to another Fusion Application(Add application jar file to the Master Application libraries), Master-details master selection not updating detail tables properly. This problem occurred sequentially.
The problem is that.
After the page load, first selection of the Master Table works correctly and detail tables update correctly.
But second selection doesn't work, means detail table doesn't get update according to the Master table.
And again in the third selection works correctly.
This happens in a sequential manner. I monitor the behavior using Firebug. Observations are as follows,
When running correctly, Response of the Post Definition is

dkHi,
sound to be an implementation specific issue that is hard to comment on without knowing how to reproduce it. If you have a rerooducible test case based on the Oracle HR schema using JDeveloper 11.1.1.6, zip it up, rename the "zip "extension to "unzip" and sent it to the mail address you find in my OTN profile. If you don't have that test case, explain how this can be reproduced

Sasi KanthHi,
For service Tax report, there is a report called ST3 but it is not yet implemented by SAP and still it is in testing. So, we need to develop an ALV report for Service tax from this Table.
That is the reason we need to update in this table. Kindly provide me few inputs.

Materail Document not seen in the MSEG table
Hi ALL,
Can anyone help in finding a solution for the following problem.
PO has PO history tab view where we can see the GR, IR details. But when we try to open the material document the error message is "Document -
does not exist in calendar year 2006"
There are entries in the EKBE table - signifying the PO history. But in MSEG table no entries exist. How can this be possible?
Can anyoune throw light into this.
Thanks in advance,
ChanHello Chandra,
If it shows in MB03 then it must show in MIGO as well. In MIGO also, dont give the year and then try. Also make sure that you are using "Display" material document option.
Incase, it does not show in MIGO, then you have two options.
1. Search any OSS note is available, if not, write message to SAP.
or
2. Continue with MB03 until you get the solution.

Asset Line items are not updating in table ANEP
Hi friends,
I found that asset line items are not getting updated in ANEP table,.
This is my precedure for posting of depreciation.
I'll create Asset through AS01, then i'll use the T.Code: F-90.. then i'll run the depreciation program thru t.Code: AFAB.
In but i am unable to capture the values of Planned and Depreciated or Posted values in ANEP.. Is there is any other table for this...
Where is the mistake in my process..
thanks in advance..
NaveenHI Naveen
The FI-AA documents are stored in tables ANEK (document header), ANEP (document line items) and ANEA (proportional values). You can use FI-AA standard report RABEWG_ALV01 to list all transactions to an asset in one fiscal year, and report RAABGA_ALV01 to list only retirement postings.
ANEA should be the solution you are looking for.
Hope it helps!

RMCVNEUF....billing document not updating
The business recently made a change to the Item Categories that update LIS/SIS. They want us to load all historical documents with this Item Category to our SIS structures and DW. There was a change made to RMCVNEUF to allow for us to search all billing documents where Item Category = NLC, allowing us to use the statistical updating program to load only the historical documents wanted.
As a test, I found on NLC document and run it thru RMCVNEUF. I have checked the Redetermine Update Group check box. I get a message back saying: Data from billing document 9000878658 was not updated
Message no. M2210
Diagnosis
Data from documents used as a basis is required for the processing of billing documents.
System Response
The data in the billing document 9000878658 will not be updated
System Response
Ensure that all sales orders and delivery notes are processed before the billing documents.
NLC item category is now configured in SPRO to be statistically relevant. Why would this not update using RMCVNEUF? Config was changed on 4/16/10 to allow for NLC to update. It seems any document created with this item category prior to that date will not be updated using RMCVNEUF? Any ideas? Not sure of a better/easier way to get only the documents we want to load to SIS and then DW.
Thank you

If in the statistical setup of the sales information system you select option 'Redetermine update group', the following error messages may occur:M2206, M2207, M2208, M2209, M2210, M2211.
The documents specified in the messages may be displayed correctly during an update simulation.
Additional key words
OLI8, OLI9, RMCVNEUL, RMCVNEUF
Cause and prerequisites
During the redetermination of the update group in the reorganization, information from preceding documents is written to the intermediate tables MCVSRFK (document header) and MCVSRFP (document item), which are relevant for the determination of the update group of the subsequent documents.
Solution
To fill these intermediate tables, the reorganization of sales orders must be performed before the reorganization of deliveries or the reorganization of sales orders and deliveries must be performed before the reorganization of billing documents (in each case with option 'Redetermine update group'.
Note
After the successful reorganization the above-mentioned help tables should be deleted with report RMCVNEDE to avoid uneccessary data collection and the increasing loss in performance during the following reorganization runs.

MaheshHi Umesh,
How did you change the characteristic values for what object?
For example, if you are changing the material master which has class type 300 class assigned, then you have to use engineering change management to change the classification data, and you need to ensure you have activated ECM for Class Type 300 and object MARA in O1CL:
1.O1CL ->
Object Table -> MARA
Class Type -> 300
Details
ECH(times) (untick -> tick)
2.Click the save icon to save settings
3.O1CL -> Objects ->
Class Type:300,Object:MARA
Details
ECH(times) (untick -> tick)
4.Save settings.
Then after you change the material classification with change number, you will find the change document for the classification in classification view: menu Environment -> change docs.
The values and changes are also stored in table AUSP with the change number, but only when you use change number, the changes could be stored also.

Rachel
