Material,PONumber and SP for sales order

Hi Every one,
Please help me in explaining in details how to create(assign) material, Purchase number and sold to party and ship to party to create sales order.
You guys have been very helpful to me .

Dear,
You can create material master - MM01, change material - MM02 and display material - MM03.
You can create Customer master(Sold to parth, Ship to party) - XD01, change cusotmer - XD02, and display customer - XD03.
You can create sales order with VA01, change - Va02 and display - Va03.
Sequence is.
First create material,
than customer,
quatation,
inquiery,
sales order.

  • Fixed Date and Quantity for Sales order

    We have Requested Delivery Date in our order entry page in CRM ISA. This date is transferred fine to R/3 with the sales order.
    We want to flag the "Fixed Date and Quantity" field in schedule lines of the order in R/3 when the order is replicated to R/3.
    We also want to restrict the order specific to particular organization for which the fixed date and quantity is flagged when the
    order is replicated
    Any ideas on how to achieve this?

        Which data source could extract data created by CK51N (Order BOM Cost Estimate )? We need to get BOM Cost estimate (including input material and activity) for sales order items.
        The closest one is 0CO_PC_01, but it extracts itemizations for production order.

  • F4 for Sales Order No

    Hi All
    I am trying to put in a F4 functionality for Sales Order Document No in my BSP application. I developed the custom BSP extension and element as per Thomas's weblogs. I am able to get it working for Material No  but not for Sales Order No.
    I am trying to use the business object BUS2032 and/or a reference to the data type VBUK-VBELN but neither of them is working.
    Has anyone got the F4 to work for sales orders?
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    What exactly isn't working?  I don't have a system with that BSP exentions running directly on ERP, so I can't test the direct data reference.  I did try the BUS2032 object remotely.  At first I got a not authorized message. This is common for many BAPIs.  They need an authorization function module. This must be configured in table BAPIF4T. I created a single generic function module to do authorization checks by data type and then just assign them to the object (in this case VBELN_VA) in this config table. 
    You may also find that it is easier to create your own custom BOR object.  I created one generic BOR object where I can add my own Key Fields and Attributes to, in order to quickly link to any Search Help I want.

  • Dectivate pricing condition for sales order not service order.

    We are on ECC6.0 and CRM5.0
    I need to add new condition type to the existing pricing procedure.It should be activtaed only for service orders and not for sales order.I can achive this by adding new requirement in pricing procedure to limit this condition type based on order type.
    Example:  if KOMK-AUART eq ORDER_TYPE.
                    sy-subrc = 0.
    But I don't want to do this,because I would need to change this requirement everytime I add new service order type.
    Is there any field in Pricing structure KOMK bu using which we can achieve this. ?
    Please suggest any other idea by which I can achieve this

    Currently ,we have one pricing procedures for both the scenarios...
    We control if the perticular condition type to be active or not by writing a requirement which checks the order types.
    This has been done this way because we  built the pricing procedure in ECC and tranfer it to CRM.Also we donot have service orders in ECC.
    any further alternatives guys..

    My Requirement is to add 2 button 'Release' and 'Reject' for Sales Order CRMD_BUS2000115 aplicaiotn using PCUI.
    Also provide the functionality...as
    1.Click On Release will change the status of seleceted order as "Released" i.e. to remove the Billing/Dleivery Blocks...And SAVE it.
    2. For "Reject"  change status as Rejected and Save it using standard "SAVE'' button.
    Can anybody would explain how should i proceed and where i have to code ??
    Or Source code or sample code?
    Can I call BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT aftre changing it ??

    Hi Experts,

    But <b>I'm getting an error / explorer error " An error has occurred in this script page" ( the Error is : 'CAT Params' is undefined ) is coming as soon as query/click on "GO", carried out after the action performed like "Release/Reject"</b> on the sales order approval screen.
    Please, can anyone give an idea @ the cause of error ?? whether it is frame error ?? or else???
    And How to resolve it???

  • BOM business requirement for sales order and PGI

    Hi Experts,
    Current setting
    The BOM structure is A = A1+A2
    1) Material A created in MM master item category group = ERLA
    2) Sub component material A1 and material A2, MM master item category group = NORM for both component.
    3) Maintained in CS01 BOM header is A and items are A1 and A2.
    4) Item category in IMG was created and assign item category also created.
        4.1) OR-ERLA-TAQ-TAE
    new business requirement as listed below.
    5) The material A is alway zero quantity on hand, no goods receipt required with no physical with such material or package at all. (it is dummy material number in SAP).
    6) while SO created.
        6.1) Fro material A sales price captured at BOM header level only, NO QTY and COSTshow in the sales order.
         6.2) Material A1 and A2 are actual physical inventory item in the ware house.
         6.3) The sub component of material A1 and A2 is required to captured QTY and COST. NO SALES PRICES NEEDED.
    CONCLUSION
    HOW to setup/configure such a business scenario?
    - Is it logic to configure as OR-ERLA-TAE-TAN that's what i think of?
      My problem is how to make the material A is alway ZEROS stock on hand and allow in sales order creation with ZEROS order qty?

    As per your post,
    -  You are creating Main item which is a dummy material without any physical inventory maintained, but the pricing/billing should be done @ main item level.
    - here you are not dispatching main item, but billing should be carried at this level. in such case, I suggest you to go with the new sch.line cat w/o maintaining any mov type to it. & use Zitem category for this main item in VOV7, mark "Order qtty=1" so that min order qtty for this main item should be 1, so that you can calculate price.
    -  You want to capture Cost of sub items , summation of sub items cost is total cost of main item & Profit will be calculated accordingly.
    Sub items, sch.line category should have mov type, item cat should be not relevant for pricing & billing , but relevant for sch.lines. In Copy control from delivery - Billing @ item level, for the main item ,- item category, choose "Cumulate cost", so that cost of the sub items will be cumulated to main item.
    eg:
    MATERIAL QTY COST SALES NET VALUE
    A 0 0 1,500.00
    A1 1 100.00 0
    A2 1 50.00 0
    My problem is how to make the material A is alway ZEROS stock on hand and allow in sales order creation with ZEROS order qty?
    To avoid this, mark order qtty=1, in item category for main item, but for the same item, sch.line category should not have mov type. so that there will nt be any PGI document. But PGI should be done for sub items to capture inventory & cost.
    Test & revert, if any issues.

    I have an issue with billing. we are posting july month transactions, the material cost is maintained through MR21. When releasing billing document for accounting we are getting error message like"Error reading the material cost estimate for sales order "11"
    Message no. KE292
    Diagnosis
    In Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), the system tried to valuate item 000010 of sales order 11 by reading the corresponding product cost estimate.
    However, no product cost estimate could be found for this sales order item.
    The system accessed product costing for product AMLFP011011XX00P using costing key YB3 as defined in the
    CO-PA Customizing settings.
    System Response
    The system cannot process the document any further.
    Procedure
    Check your Customizing settings."
    We cross checked with other client as a current date and we ran cost estimate through CK40N with same material. and we posted entries. Here it is working fine. but in above process it is not working. Can you pls guide me where i missed.

    Hi,
    When the Costing Key is assigned to the material types in the COPA customizing, then system expects Cost estimation when billing is released to Accounts.
    If you dont run cost estimation but update the material master through MR21, system will not accept as in the Costing key configuration you must have selected the Current Standard price field for the valuation.
    Hence, try to run cost estimation and then do releasing.

  • Planned material price in case of production order for sales order (MTO)

    Hi,
    In case of production orders created for sales order, the planned price for a component (BOM) material gets picked as per following:-
    1. If there is no entry in EBEW for the component (that is, there is no previous GR for the component) for that sales order, then plan price is picked up on the basis of planned costing variant.
    2. In case there is an entry for the component in EBEW (there has been a previous GR for the component with reference to the sale order) then the plan price for the component is taken from the EBEW table (first GR price) and system ignores the costing variant.
    The above is as per my observation. Please validate if this is correct or not.
    The requirement is that even if there has been a previous GR for the component (there is an existing entry in EBEW) the system should take the plan price on the basis of costing variant and not from the EBEW table.
    How can this be achieved? Is there a user exit that can force the system to read the costing variant before looking into the EBEW table?

    Hi Ajay,
    Yes i had considered it but I'm not sure If it will help.
    Because the main problem here is that system is ignoring the costing variant itself and instead picking the price from EBEW table. So changing the costing variant (validation variant) may not help.
    Moreover i don't want to valuate with my own strategy. I want the plan price to be equal to standard price of material from material master. Basically MBEW instead of EBEW.
    Any clues?

    but i want to delete all blocked material form 2008 to till date.

    Actually i have created a numbers of order since 2006 to till date but delivery is still pending.
    because of this material is blocked for specific order and i can not create order for particular material because its block,
    i have around 100 orders.
    i know that we can do through CO06.but i don't want to do one by one.

    For change you can use:
    BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE         Sales order: Change Sales Order
    For create you have the following choices:
    BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT1 Sales order: Create Sales Order
    BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 Sales order: Create Sales Order
    BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDATA Create Sales Order, No More Maintenance
    BAPI_SALESDOCU_CREATEFROMDATA with business object 'BUS2032'
    The difference between the create ones is the functionality you get e.g. create_from_data2 is the 'most powerful' but you also have to provide the most data. It just depends on what you want it to do.
    In terms of IDOCS:
    message type:
    SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT201 or
    SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT202 or
    ORDERS05

    Use the material exclusion function:
    FUNCTIONALITY:
    SD> Master data > Products > Listing/Exclusion> Create
    ( Tcodes VBO1, VB02, VB03)
    Enter the list/exclusion type B001: For the required
    customer:
    Enter Maintain materials > Save > Exit
    Create the order and enter material excluded to test exclusion.
    CONFIGURATION: IMG SETTINGS
    For IMG settings; Go to IMG > SD > Basic Functions>Listing/Exclusion
    Ensure that the listing/exclusion procedure is activated for your order type. You can also create your own condition types access sequences and procedures or use the SAP provided ones.
