MC46 - Qty avail., last issue date

Dear Friends,
User want to get Available quantity, last issue date and bin location for the non moving items, Is it possible in MC46 or any other standard transaction to get these information, please.

Hi Sudhakar,
In MC.A you can get information about the current stock level if your date-settings are proper and you can put last GI date / last goods movement date into the layout.
It won't give you information on bin since you can get information on bins in WH management.
Using LX02 you can get riport from materialqtybin + etc

  • How to get material's last posting date of issuing to production order?

    Hi,
In my scenario, I need to get material's last posting date of issuing to production order (e.g. mov. typ. 261).
I tried to select the material documents whose movement type is 261, and restrict the posting date from month to month each time, until the first material document is selected.
But this method seems quite inefficient.
What kind of algorithm is more effient to do this?
    Thanks

  • Dimension Current Flag and Last Update date not updated - SLD issue!

    Hi.
ODI is running pretty well now. I have created several interfaces from flats, multi database tables, but still have to test the services and cdc, etc... later I will do this.
I am having a small issue here when dealing with Slowly Changing Dimensions. I am trying to populate a product dimension. I use a Load KM and the SLD KM. Then I update a product row in the source, and I wish to make sure that type-II runs OK for major and minor changes after running the interface.
Well minor changes run ok, deletes don't run at all, and update for major changes should generate another surrogate key and turn the old record "current flag" to zero and "close"/update the last update date as well!!!
What am I missing here? Is this related to the KM restrictions?
    "Restrictions:
    - Make sure to map ALL target table columns flagged as: "Surrogate Key", "Natural Key", "Current Record Flag", "Start Timestamp" and "End Timestamp". Notice that mappings set for the "Current Record Flag", "Start Timestamp" and "End Timestamp" columns are not used."
Do I need to implement somehow that behaviour or use another KM?
Another question regarding data warehousing: Well usually in a bespoke DW we can have N sources, N staging areas, and several data marts. Using ODI, for instance what are the best practises to create or simulate this behaviour??
I know that using a Knowledge Module I can load/extract (to temp tables in the source work schema), then integrate in the target schema.. using the same schema to temp staging tables or another schema.... what is the best aproach?
Any dw people wants to share some experiences here?
    Thank you all.
    Best regards,
    Alvaro

  • Proposed goods issue date, material availability date

    Dear All,
where to configure the goods issue date & material availability date.
    regards,
    Murugan

    Hi,
For determining the dates, you have to put the availability checking group in the Salesorg/plant view of material master.
After that you have to put the number of days(planned delivery time,GR processing time) in the MRP2 view
of material master and if the stock is not availble then the system will determine dates based on these number of days.
You can also select the default delivery date by putting the number of days in the configuration of sales document type VOV8.
    Reward points if it helps.
    Regards

  • What is the table name for getting Last Receipt  & issue date of material?

    Hi Friends,
What is the table name for getting Last Receipt  & issue date of material?

Here, I am running report in May 2008. But, if there is no goods receipt for the respective material since last 13th March 2007.
Then in this case Last goods receipt date should be 13th March 2007.

  • DB Polling Issue (last read date strategy)

I am using a DB polling adapter, using the Last read date strategy.
I have an issue when error is occured.. Here is the scenario..
    Polling table name: bpel_poll
    polling fields: table_name and last_read_date..
    insert into bpel_poll values( 'TEST_TABLE', 4/21/08 10 AM )
Now the bpel picked up 100 records at 10:30 AM (after 30 mins). all the BPEL instances are errored out because of some issue in some activity.
At the end When the 100 instances errors out, the polling table is updated with the current date ie 4/21/08 10:30 AM.
There is no way to reprocess the 100 records that are failed becoz the last read date is changed and will never pickup previous 100 records.
I don't know if this is bug or expected behavior. I would assume the BPEL will keep the last read date as 10 AM instead of 10:30 AM as all instances failed..
Is there any way to achieve this? if not How can we reprocess the failed records?
    please help..

I believe the point of the DBPolling is that once a record is successfully read then depending on the strategy that has been implements either a sequence or value in a table will be updated with a specfied value. Hence logically delete it so it is not picked up by another run of the process.
I.e if you ran the process and it took a long time before the DB was polled again then it would potentially re-process the same records twice.
Not sure if I fully understand the problem. When I have used a Polling strategy I tend to ensure I use a BPEL_STATE column to allow me to re-process records that have errored.

  • SharePoint 2007 Site Last Modified date issue

    Hello,
    Good Morning.
We are facing Last modified date update issue in MOSS 2007. From last 2 days, In All site content the site last modified date is displayed as 3 month ago but actually the site was last updated by more than 2 year ago.
Could you please help on how to resolve this issue.
    Thanks in advance.
    -Tushar

    Hi,
From your description, you think last modified date of your Moss 2007 site is wrong.
Could you offer a screenshot about your All site content page?
You can use the LastItemModifiedDate property of the Web object to get the last modified date of your site:

  • BAPI_USER_GET_DETAIL - Last Logon Date not available

From R3 I want to check the last logon Date (USR02-TRDAT) of a user in an outside system such as EBP or BW.  BAPI_USER_GET_DETAIL seemed like a good choice but TRDAT is not passed to the BAPI. Last Logon Time is (LTIME) but not Last logon date (TRDAT). How can this be easily done.
    Thanks,
    -don.

the problem with this is that it makes a call for each user. If you have 100k users it becomes a very inefficient process.
If you build something in the backend to collect the details a useble format....1) it is custom, and 2) you need to deply in each backend and 3) maintain it in each backend.
    not a good solution.
If anyone has better idea please shout. Again....this RFC call does the job.....but it is like empting a pool full of water with a  teaspoon, does the job but very inefficiently.

  • VL 150 Message - only 0 qty available of material XYZ

While creating a replenishment delivery from a STO I am getting this message saying only 0 qty available of material XYZ. Although there is enough stock both in MMBE and MD04. This delivery should be immediately confirmed but not sure whats the issue. Has this anything to do with ATP settings. This delivery number does show up in MD04 and is confirmed.
    Any help is appreciated

    Hi,
This is definitely related to ATP check. Please run T Code CO06 for the back order processing and check for the Cumulative ATP quantity column as on date. If the stock in that column is '0' then the mentioned error message will be displayed.
If there are any soft allocations done for the stock then those stock won't be considered for your Deliveries based on the settings made in OVZ9 (Scope for Availability Check Control).
You can then reallocate the stock for which the confirmation is done but is not scheduled for delivery so that the current outbound will get the necessary stock.
The MMBE screen does not reflect the stock which can be allocated but only the stock which is present in the Storage location. Always check for the column Scheduled for Delivery while checking for the available stock.
    Hope this would help.
    Regards,
    Karthik.

  • Inventory - last purchase date

This is my first post, so my apologies if all is not correct.
We were recently taken over and the new owners are trying to put a realistic value on the stock and it has fallen to me to provide the information. I need to ascertain the age of the stock and could do this 2 ways if the information was available:
    1. Use the last purchase date to determine how long we have held the stock. Acceptable but the last purchase field in OITM is not the last purchase date. For items it is, for others it is the last stock transaction date and for the rest I have no idea what the date relates to.
    2. Use a last transaction date, if only SAP had one. Our old system had this date and it made life very simple.
I can find dates for last issue, receipt and sale but not for production order transactions. If I could then I can get the information merging a few spreadsheets.
A last transaction date must be stored somewhere, maybe in the financials?
Any help would be gratefully received.
    Regards
    Stewart Clark
    We are using 2005 SP1 PL45.

    Stewart Clark,
To expand on what Petr has mentioned most of the information you are looking for is available in SAP Business One.
The Inventory posting list contains an entry for every inventory transaction that has been processed inclusing Goods Issue, Receipt, Delivery, Production, .....
The table these values are stored is OINM (warehouse journal).  If you could manage using SQL you could query this table and get the details you need.
Let me know if you need further assistance with anything to help you move forward

  • PowerShell Active Directory: Get last logon date of a deleted user

So, my first post in this noble community. I've been lurking here and I've been getting some good information. Hopefully, you guys can help me in this concern which may be simple to some but I couldn't seem to get around it.
Is it possible to get the last logon date of a DELETED user in Active Directory?
I can get the available properties of deleted users using the following:
    Get-ADObject -Filter {samaccountname -eq <account_name> -and ObjectClass -eq "user"} -IncludeDeletedObjects -Properties *
But the last logon date is not one of the properties available from Get-ADObject. Get-ADUser has the last logon property, but it does not have data on deleted users. Is there anyway this can be achieved? Perhaps convert an ADObject to an ADUser?
Any information would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Thanks everyone for your response. It looks like jrv is leading me to the right path, but I'm still having issues. I'm trying to get the lastlogon time by querying all the DCs in our domain, but every query returns a null lastlogon time for all the deleted
    users I tried:
    $DomainControllers = ((Get-ADForest).Domains | %{ Get-ADDomainController -Filter * -Server $_ }).Name
    foreach ($DC in $DomainControllers)
        $dn=(Get-ADObject -Filter {samaccountname -eq <user_account>} -includedeletedobjects -server $DC).DistinguishedName
        $user=[adsi]"LDAP://$dn"
        $user.LastLogon
It always returns null. Morever, simply executing [adsi]"LDAP://$dn" from each DC gives the following error:
format-default : The following exception occurred while retrieving member
"distinguishedName": "There is no such object on the server.
        + CategoryInfo          : NotSpecified: (:) [format-default], ExtendedType
       SystemException
        + FullyQualifiedErrorId : CatchFromBaseGetMember,Microsoft.PowerShell.Comm
       ands.FormatDefaultCommand
It's a bit surprising to me though, since $user=[adsi]"LDAP://$dn" does return a value for $user (instead of null whenever an error is encountered) of type System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryEntry but it has no members.
    Anyone know what I'm missing?

  • How to get last login date of the user

    Hi,
I have an application where i need the last login date of the user and if the differance between the last login date and the system date is greater than a certain range the user account should be locked automatically. Please suggest me how resolve the problem as early as possible.
    Thanks and Regards

    Hi,
We have faced the same issue earlier. Some attributes are available in SAP API, but they are depricated by sap due to some performance issue.
    Below solution will be helpful:
So we have implmented custom code in our application. We have developed one webdynpro application which will retrieve update & retrieve logon time from portal database(custom table). And we have integrated this application in desktop inner page. So this application will be invisible to the user and will executed first time when user logs into the portal.
