Hi
Call the Integration Server and call transaction SMQR in the sender and receiver Integration Engine in the corresponding system client.
Check the status of the scheduler and the status of the XBQ* and XBT* queues:
u25CF     Inbound qQueues
XBTI* (ExactlyOnce)
XBQI* (ExactlyOnceInOrder)
u25CF     Outbound queues
XBTO* (ExactlyOnce)
XBQO* (ExactlyOnceInOrder)
u25CF     Acknowledgment queues
XBTB* (ExactlyOnce)
XBQB* (ExactlyOnceInOrder)
u25CF     Large message queue
XBTL* (ExactlyOnce)
If the scheduler has the status Waiting, it is waiting for free work processes. This is why delays occur when XML messages are processed.
If not all necessary queues are registered, you can search for queues with the name prefix above using transaction SMQ2. Use transaction SXMB_ADM to register the queues in this case.
Check queue configuration
For a complete analysis, make sure that the queues of the integration server are registered. To do this start the transaction for the Integration Engine administration (SXMB_ADM) and select the function manage queues.

  • When message got struck in XI

    Hi,
Can anyone explain what and all steps we should perform when a message got
    struck in xi System ?
Also where to find the log ,which gives clear information regarding message
    struck ?
what is the difference between the logs in J2ee engine and that of in XI engine ?
    Please clarify my doubt
    Cheers
    Sanjeev.S

    Hi Sanjeev,
when a msg is stuck in XI, then in SXMB_MONI, you can select the msg and restart it...........
you can go to SXMB_ADM to register and activate your queues so that new coming msgs are not stuck in XI.........
logs of J2EE engine show the startup and current status of your xi j2ee engine.....XI has both ABAP stack and JAVA stack...........so both engines have their own logs showing their status......

    Hi SDNers,

After repetetive attempts of restarting the message, still it is in hold status.
Even if I tried to cancel the message, it is not cancelling as it is in hold status.
Can anybody please help how to process the message or can anybody explain how to cancel the message from message monitoring, which is in hold status.

    Hi,
If the message that has not yet been delivered is not in error state, the problem cause is probably that the message is blocked in the QRFC queues of the Integration Engine.
    Check queue status
Call the Integration Server and call transaction SMQR in the sender and receiver Integration Engine in the corresponding system client.
Check the status of the scheduler and the status of the XBQ* and XBT* queues:

    Dear Subramanyam,
Some message might be struck in the queue. Because of this reason furthur processing is not performed on time.
Please try to do like this:
Go to SXMB_MONI, or SXi_monitor, select QueueID in the row, which is showing green flag. In the next window belongs to queue select the queue and press unlock button on the panel.
This could possibly release the queue which is struck.
    Best Regards

  • URGENT------Two Messages Fired Simultaneously get struck in Queue

    Hi,
I am using WebLogic 8.1. In my application, I am using Message Driven Bean which listens to a Queue and when a message is found, it calls a web-service client to do further processing. There are two problems I am facing:-
1.) When there is any error from web-service, the message still keeps pending in Queue. If count gets high, the application slows down. Is there any way that if further processing fails, message gets destroyed from queue.
2.) When more than one Messages are fired simultaneously in Queue, they somehow get stuck up and no calls to web-service is made. They remain in pending state in Queue. How to do proper settings so that as many as many as 10 messages are getting handled simultaneously.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.....Can anybody tell me how to cofigure my queue / tune it for better performance.
    Thanks

Check the status of your multi-thread. Sometimes it might be because of the multi-thread implementation neither JMS nor the application server.

  • All Text Messages got deleted from my Nokia 5800 X...

My phone got struck and the touch was not responding. Tried to switch it off, but the lock key and the power button(switch on/off button on top of the phone) were also not working.
As I was not able to do anything, I removed the battery and then replaced it. After the battery is in place, I switched the phone on.
It was more of a shock for me..!!
When I opened Messaging..no messages were present in my Inbox, Sent, Drafts and My Folders.
I used to store the messages on my Memory Card. So I quickly checked other data on the memory card like the music files. All of them were fine and even the music files am able to play.
I called up Nokia Care Technical Wing, but they are of no use. They talk like any network customer care people rather than technical experts.
I was completely disappointed with this **bleep** from Nokia.
I now changed the default saving memory of messages to Phone Memory but not sure if this works or not.
I was an avid fan of Nokia and purchased the phone a month ago with v40.0.005
I guess someone has already faced the problem, but no solution. If anyone has any inputs please provide.
I have lost my messages rather memories by using this device. Please suggest the solution if I can get back those lost messages.
@NOKIA: Some one has faced this problem while he was using V21.0.025.
    Refer this thread: /t5/Messaging-Email-and-Browsing/Nokia-5800-deleted-all-messages-after-dead-battery-HELP/td-p/588279
But still donno why you people havent came up with probable cause and its solution..!!

Its difficult to look for a solution when the problem seems to be completely random and almost unrepeatable. Happened to me once on v20 and I cant find out how to repeat it. The best "solution" I could come up with was to set my phone to back itself up every day automatically, and sync my messages to Ovi Suite every morning and evening.

  • Unable to send message in Service bus queue through Webrole which are connected to Azure VPN

I have created two Azure VPN and two cloud services(deployed webrole) and one service bus queue
First Azure VPN and cloud service(deployed webrole) is created in same affinity group.
Second Azure VPN and cloud service is created in West US
Service bus queue is also created in West US.
When I send message in service bus queue from first cloud service (same affinity group) then message sends successfuly
but when I send message in same service bus queue from second service(West US- Webrole) then unable to send message and not throwing any exception.
    I don't know, whats happening?
Its very urgent..... client is waiting.
    Please help me... Thanks.

Thanks for reply. Got the cause but still looking for solution.
Actually we have created Azure VPN using Express route and
all are configured for Private Peering.
Try to access service bus queue from Web role which is attached to Express route network.
I am unable to access service bus queue and send message...because cloud services deployed in virtual networks are supported over the private peering path.
There are 3 types: public, private and default route (forced tunneling).
How  can be configured for all 3 which will force all traffic through the tunnel except for Azure public service?
Do you have any idea on this scenario?
    Thanks.

    Hi Paul,
I also had the same error on one of my servers, and it was because the user that created the database no longer worked for the company.
So when his AD account got deleted, the database had NULL as owner
Using the following query I asked for the owners of the databases:
    select name, suser_sname(sid) from master.dbo.sysdatabases
So changing the owner of the databases that had a NULL owner solved the issue for me.
    use <databasesname>
    go
    exec sp_changedbowner 'sa'
    Thanks for triggering the solution.

  • JMS Messages getting stuck in queues

    Hi,
I am facing this peculiar issue with queue messages not getting picked up.
Application Architecture: There is 1 JMS queue ( which resides in WLDomain1 with in a Unix Box) and there are 2 windows boxes having 2 weblogic domains each with 3 instances of MDB deployed on each of the domains. So total of 12 consumers (2 Box * 2 Domain * 3 Instances of MDB) listens to the JMS queue.
Issue: After bringing everything up I am able to see 12 consumer count listening to the queue. But when I run the application which writes total of 13 messages in the queue only 7 of them are getting processed and 6 messages are always getting stuck in the queues. Interestingly this 7 messages are mostly getting processed by consumers with in the same windows box. And the selection of windows box is completely random. To confirm whether both the windows boxes are configured fine I tried to test them individually and it works fine individually, the problem happens only if I bring up both the boxes together.
Another observation is, if I bring down the non working domains, the pending messages start getting processed by the working domains. It gives an impression that the non working domains seem to lock the messages for processing but doesn't actually process it. Only when I bring down the domains it releases this lock.
Below is the JMS Life cycle events I captured from log files :
    1. Start domain1 in WIN Box1

    Hi,
The problem may be conflicting names in your configuration. To ensure proper operation of WL Security, JMS, JTA, and JDBC, make sure that (A) each domain has a unique name, and (B) no two WebLogic servers have the same name (even if in two different domains).
To ensure a more even distribution of messages, either simply send more than a token amount messages (eg, a hundred or so, rather than just 12), or configure a custom connection factory on the domain that hosts the queue, reduce MessagesMaximum on the connection factory to 1, and then modify each MDB to refer to the custom connection factory. The MessagesMaximum setting controls the number of messages that can be pre-pushed (pipelined) to a single asynchronous consumer.
For more information see "Best Practices for JMS Beginners and Advanced Users" in the latest versions of the JMS admin guide, and "JMS Performance & Tuning Check List" in the WebLogic Performance and Tuning guide.

Kindly advise us on this issue.

    Hi krish,
when i send a http request it got stuck in adapter engine with status "delivering" for some time....
We found that RFC got successfully executed in R/3 system but the synchronous message is not delivered to PI.since adapter engine message is having status "delivering"
after some time we got adapter engine message status as "cancelled with error"
Error is Message expired exception which you can see audit log message I have pasted in my previous post.
Meanwhile we also got HTTP timeout error in Http client.
Could you please tell me why it got stuck in Adapter engine with status "delivering" since RFC is executed successfully.
Why we are not getting synchronous message reply back to PI?
