Middleware Objects

Dear All,
I need your help, i have the following queries, which has to be rectified immediately.
1) how can i delete the objects which is been replicated, i have gone through the library but i couldn't understand. my issue is, i have replicated MATERIAL / DNL_CUST_PROD0 / DNL_CUST_PROD1 /DNL_CUST_PROD3 as well the other objects in my development server, there is absolutely no issue with the material replication, however due to certain scenarios, we wanted stop replicating the materials from ECC to CRM and to create Products in CRM 5.0 and Replicate to ECC 6.0, is it possible. and how to accomplish.
2) I'm trying to Create Inquiry in CRM 5.0 and wanted to replicate to ECC 6.0, i have done the necessary setting and mapped like Document ID to Transaction ID , Item categories to Item Categories and Number Range, i have also set the Initial Quotation data to Initial Inquiry and Reset the status as well i have set Quotation Upload Data as active in, i have also set the status as released in the transaction,
it is showing sysfail in the outbound queue, i dont want any ECC transactions to be replicated in CRM, i'm creating inquiry and replicating back to ECC Inquiry.
Kindly let me know whether i'm in the right track or what are the other process i need to follow.
Plz help, points will be rewarded, awaiting your replies.
regards
Jude Felix

hi manohar,
thanx for the reply, however, i wanted to delete the objects which is been replicated already, i understand using tcode r3ac4, it will completely block the material master data getting replicated from r/3 to crm. however i shall do the workaround.
do me a favour, how can i send inquiry/quotation created in crm to r/3, what are the procedures i need to follow, by initial loading the object SALESDOCUMENT, i understand the transactions which exists in r/3 will be replicated automatically to the crm system, i dont want that to happen, in this case how do i control, i wanted to send only inquiry/quotation data created in crm to get replicated in the r/3 system only.
points will be rewarded
regards
jude

  • New middleware object

    Hello
We have created a new table oin the CRM and the R/3 system. We would like to replicate the table entries from crm to R/3 via the middleware.
    We have done the following
Created the table in the two systems
    Created a new Bdoc
    Generated the flow
We can see out Bdoc in the smw01 but it is in error
What do we have to do in the R/3 system to get the data into our table?
    Thanks
    Claus

    Hi,
Since you wanted only to download the Z table contents from R/3 to CRM. You can create an objects as customizing object. We no need to have the BDOC for customzing object. You can refer any customizjng object in R3AC3.
Con: It will not have delta. So you can scudle the adpater objectr in background as a job.

  • Whats the Middleware object for customer group code?

    Hi Gurus,
Whats the name of middle ware object to transfer customer group codes from ECC to CRM?
    Vinay

To Know what all the object does you can see it in R3AC3. Go to Tcode R3AC3, and  slect the object DNL_CUST_PRICE. If you go into the details,You will have a tab called Tables/Structures. In that you can see what all the tables are selected. By this you can determine what all data comes to CRM from R/3. Those tables are R3 tables. Same applies other obects.

    Hi,
Although its lengthy to discuss the importance of each of the objects you mentioned,Material master data is transferred from the ERP system to the CRM system using middleware. The relevant middleware object is MATERIAL. A single initial download is necessary in which the materials required are created in the CRM system as products. Subsequent changes (and also new materials) in the ERP system can be transferred by delta downloads. Therefore
DNL_CUST_PROD1 (is an adapter object to create hierarchies and categories in CRM to hold the product master), DNL_CUST_PROD3, DNL_CUST_PROD0,
Before you do an initial load from R/3.Before the initial download can take place, you must have:
    ●     Transferred Customizing for Basis Components (in particular, transferred the units of measure, languages, and countries)
    ●     Transferred Customizing for Organizational Management (for example, transferred the sales offices)
    ●     Transferred Customizing for Sales and Distribution (for example, transferred the product groups)
The others will take time to elaborate,
Hope this helps you to a certain extent.

I have 2 BDocs in red showing the following error:
Value B20 is not permitted for attribute Purchase Order Unit
Value B20 is not permitted for attribute Sales Unit
I have checked table T006 and customizing and I do have unit of measurement B20 created on CRM so I don´t understand where is the error.
    Could you please help me?
    Thanks in advanced,

    Lorena.

    Dear Lorena,
    Many Thanks.
ok, I need to do manually in the CRM system.  I have one question
1: If any changes in the ERP system the data is automatically replicated in to CRM system right? then Why we need to Configure again in the CRM system. for Examaple: Proudct group and Tax.
    2.  No, I did not replicate Sales Org., but this is also automatically replicated into CRM system. But it is already replicated into CRM i.e. Initial download.
my question is in r/3: If one customer have 2 Sales Area data is maitained in the R/3, that information is also available in the CRM side. if one more  sales area is assigned to same customer, that information is also availbale in the CRM system right? but I could not able to find the new sales area data. what is the reason? and how I can dowload the changes in the CRM system?
I realy thanks to you, providing most valuable information and supporting to me.
kindly provide me where should I promote points to you.
I will try and let you know, if I am getting any problem, I will ask you again.

  • Error in dowloding middlewaer object Material

Hi gurus, I´m trying to download middleware object Material but I have the same exact error in all BDcos and could not find any notes about the following error:
When running the object both in transactions SMW01(Bdocs) and R3AM1 (monitor) I get the message:
A key was used twice for multirow set type CRMM_PR_TAX
    Message no. COM_PRODUCT512
Could you please help me or provide me some guidelines to solve this problem?
    Thanks in advanced
    Lorena

    Hi,
I have looked into the issue.
For this issue kindly check the Bdoc whether there are entries existing twice in the segment CRMM_PR_TAX. If there are double entries existing, kindly check in transaction MM03 in R/3 system to find out how many entries are existing for this material.
If there are no duplicate entries further check table MLAN for the same material and confirm whether everything is fine and then take out the duplicate entry in the Bdoc and try reprocessing again. I know this is a work around, i feel this is worth trying.
    I hope this helps.

  • Middleware Synchronization Error

    Hi All,
I am working with CRM 2007 and ECC 6.0 (ISU).
I have completed all the setting mentioned in the best practices for connection and replication.
Currently I am unable to synchronize the middleware objects, instead system is going back to the easy access menu.
Is any body faced the same type of problem?
    Cheers,
    Raj

    Hi,
Thanks a lot for your quick help and reply.
Let me give you a brief overview of the settings we have done.
In middleware we are getting an error as "BP Role MKK does not exists" for BP created in ISU.
1.Defined the logical systems and logical destinations for replication and connectivity as per best practices doc.
2.BP Number ranges and groupings in CRM and ISU.
We have also done the PIDE setting in ISU.
Could you please explain me in detail that how the BP roles and also PIDE mapping should be done for replicating the BP in between the ECC and CRM systems?
    Cheers,
    Raj

  • Middleware settings after the Upgrade

    Hi Gurus
After the system upgrade is completed, do we need to set the Middleware parameters all over again. What I mean is that do I again need to check the SMOEAC settings, generate the Middleware Objects using SMOGGEN or execute SMOGTOTAL. Or do we need to check the Middleware tables yet again and make any changes to them.
I understand that we need to execute the report COM_PRODUCT_UPGRADE.
    Regards
    Raj

    Hi Raj,
    As mentioned in note 826092:
    =========
After upgrade, call transaction SE38 and execute the report. A transport
request is created which you need to transport in all subsequent
systems. After the import of the transport request, you must run report
COM_PRODUCT_UPGRADE in the respective subsequent systems.
    =========
    Hope this helps.

  • Middleware , download

    Hello Forum ,
we have CRM r3 integration .
i have finished all intial downloads of customization objects etc.
now in r3 they  have added 3 more  : - terms of payment.
the middleware object is DNL_CUST_price .
my question is ,how do i bring these terms of payment in crm .
i cannot use inital downlaod again .
so wat is the procedure .
do i need to maunally add termsof payment in crm .
    or any other method .
    thanks in anticipation .

    Hi,
Delta Load is an automatic updation process when ever the business and transaction data is changed .
Hence it will not work for the customizing objects.
Synchronization will b used for updation of Customizing data,as Customizing Data will not b updated automatically,we use synchronization for updating this type of data.
What is Synchronization Load and example :
Synchronization load is only for configuration changes. It only brings the changed data from one system to other when triggered.
E.g. if you change pricing procedure in R/3 then it doesnot automatically downloads to CRM, but you need to run synchronization load to do so, and hence only the changed pricing procedure data is downloaded.
You can go to Transaction : R3AS4 to trigger the synchronization load for the pricing customizing object.
Hope the above information would solve your query.
    Thanks and Regards,

  • Product replication from R/3 to CRM

    Hi Experts,
<u>Project:</u> I'm implementing a Sales and Marketing project and the scope involves Activity, Lead & Opportunity Management
<u>Background:</u> I've successfully done all the configurations. I've also migrated all the Business Partners and Products successfully from R/3. All the customizing objects have been migrated and are in the done state. All the queues are working fine and are empty. Even the heirarchies and categories have been migrated from R/3.
<u>Problem:</u> Though the Products have been replicated from R/3 are not visible in the transaction <b>commpr01</b>.
<u>Business Impact:</u> The project is stuck due to this issue and i have missed the GoLive.
Would request all to share their expertise and rescue me out of this problem.
    In Anticipation
    Arvind

    Hi
Pls go through following note, it might help you
"Before data can be transferred from the ERP material master to the product master, certain Customizing information must be transferred. Once this information has been transferred without errors, the material master records can be transferred. The data is transferred using middleware. The Customizing information transferred determines, for example, how the product ID is stored in the product master and which product data can be created.
Unless indicated otherwise, the information contained in this info object is relevant to the ERP material master for industries and to the ERP article master for retail. Retail users are requested to substitute:
    &#9679;      Article for material
&#9679;      Merchandise category for material group
    Prerequisites
If a product hierarchy is used in the ERP system:
&#9679;     You have created the numbering scheme R3PRODHIER in the CRM system for the product hierarchy from the ERP system, making sure that the numbering scheme precisely corresponds to the structure for the product hierarchy in the ERP system (that is, structure PRODHS). This numbering scheme is essential for the data to be created correctly.
&#9679;     The number of levels in the numbering scheme must be the same as the number of fields in structure PRODHS, and the number of digits for each level must be the same as the length of the corresponding field in structure PRODHS.
For more information, see in the Implementation Guide (IMG) Cross-Application Components ® SAP Products ®Product Category ® Define Category Numbering Schemes.
    Features
    The following information is transferred:
&#9679;     Information for converting the ERP material number to the product ID
This is whether the material number is stored lexicographically in the ERP system and the length of the product ID in the database of the ERP system.
    &#9679;     ERP material groups
This information is transferred to the hierarchy R3MATCLASS.
&#9679;     Information in the ERP material type that determines which data can be created for a product
This is transferred to the hierarchy R3PRODSTYP (product subtype). The hierarchy has two levels. The first level contains the categories MAT_ for materials and SRV_ for services. In the case of materials, the second level is a sublevel of MAT_ and contains the material types imported from ERP, each with the prefix MAT_. For example, the ERP material type HAWA (trading goods) is created as the category MAT_HAWA.
In addition, the SAP-defined CRM set types are assigned to the categories of the hierarchy R3PRODSTYP as follows:
&#9675;     The following set types are assigned to the category MAT_:
&#9632;      COMM_PR_MAT (basic data on materials)
    &#9632;      COMM_PR_SHTEXT (description)
&#9632;      COMM_PR_UNIT (conversion of units of measure)
    &#9632;      COMM_PR_LGTEXT1 (basic texts)
As a result, these set types are inherited by all material types.
&#9675;     The following set types are also assigned to the category MAT_ if the status Sales is assigned to the material type in the ERP system:
    &#9632;      CRMM_PR_SALES (sales: distribution chain)
&#9632;      CRMM_PR_SALESA (sales: control fields, units of measure, and quantities)
    &#9632;      CRMM_PR_SALESG (sales: groupings)
    &#9632;      CRMM_PR_TAX (sales: taxes)
    &#9632;      CRMM_PR_LGTEXT2 (sales: texts)
    &#9632;      CRMM_PR_LGTEXT (texts)
    &#9679;     ERP product hierarchies
This information is transferred to the CRM hierarchy R3PRODHIER.
    Activities
           1.      Using transaction R3AS, transfer the following middleware objects for the class CUSTOMIZING:
&#9675;     DNL_CUST_PROD0 (storage form of material numbers in sending system)
&#9675;     DNL_CUST_PROD1 (material types, material groups, and product hierarchy)
&#9675;     DNL_CUST_PROD3 (material statuses in sales and distribution)
           2.      Using transaction COMM_HIERARCHY, check whether the corresponding hierarchies have been created in CRM.
           3.      Check in Customizing for Cross-Application Components whether the storage form (lexicographical or not) is correct for the material number transferred, by choosing SAP Products ® Basic Settings ®Define Output Format and Storage Form of Product IDs.
    reward points if helps

  • Creation of sales order in CRM and replicating it to Multiple ECC system.

We have a requirement for creation of sales order in CRM and replicating it to Multiple ECC system.
We have checked the following standard Adapter objects in transaction R3AC1.
    BUS_TRANS_MSG
The initial flow contexts does not support target site type as R/3(SMOF_ ERPSITE). So we are not able to replicate the sales order from CRM
    to ECC.
        2. SALESDOCUMENT
Here the initial flow contexts does not support flow from CRM -> R/3 as we don’t see the target site as CRM.
Please let us know if the standard sap middleware objects don’t support the sales order flow from CRM to multiple ECC or is there any
other adapter object we need to use for this.

    Hey Vijay Duvvada,
I hope you are already referred below sap note  and which explains scope & how to do   -

  • Free Goods Condition Tables Replication

    Dear All,
How do I replicate Free goods condition table from ERP to CRM, as I see the free goods have different condition tables than starndard pricing.
For example, there is a table 501 for free goods and another table 501 for pricing.
Therefore when I create condition object with table A501 it replicate the Pricing not the free goods.
    Regards,
    Ahmed

    Hello Ahmed,
Download Middleware objects DNL_CUST_FGD & DNL_COND_A501 ( as you have created table 501 in ECC)
You can use object DNL_COND_A***( table no of ECC)
You can find these objects in R3AC5 & for doing initial download use R3AS.For monitoring use R3AM1.
    Best Regards,

  • Replication of CUSTOMER from ECC to CRM

    Hi CRM Guru
Is that anyway to download the partner function (sold-to, ship-to, payer, bill-to, employee) in the customer sales area data from ECC to CRM (created as BP relationship in CRM) in the INITIAL LOAD?
    For example:
Customer in ECC 100000000 have the partner function in the partner function tab under the sales area data
    SP Sold-to = 100000000
    SH Ship-to = 100000001
    PY Payer = 100000002
    BP Bill-to  =100000003
And create those relationship in CRM under the Relationship area.
    Please advice.
    Thank you

    Hi.
If what you are trying is to replicate the partner functions as relationships, first be sure that you have replicate the customer (the main and the others on partner functions sales areadata) using the middleware object CUSTOMER_MAIN.
Then run the object CUSTOMER_REL for the main partner. This will result on the relationship creation at CRM side, representing the partner functions on R/3 site.
Be aware that if in R/3, the main partner represents all the partner functions, when it is replicated into CRM, the system does note create a relationship to himself, but this not means that the partner can be used in sold to party, payer, ship to and bill to partner functions on documents.
    Regards.
    SM
