Missing MSVCR110.dll
PC System - Windows 7 (64bit) - Error when trying to run Elements 13 - "this program can't start as MSVCR110.DLLis missing,," in answer to the suggested solutions i have downloaded and instyallaed Adobe - Creative Cloud, Bridge CC, Lightroom 5.7.1, Edge Code CC, Edge Inspect.CC, EdgeReflow CC, ExtensScript Toolkit CC, Extension Manager CC, Nik Collection and run vcrdist_64.exe from various locations within these files and also copied the file MSCVR110.dll to various locations within the file strusture- Still no success!
You mean you have Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679# ) installed on the PC, right? If so, you can try reinstalling all VC++ redistributable packages on the PC to fix the problem.
Good luck.

LR cc will not start missing MSVCR110.dll How can I re-install CC Applications?
After uninstalling Lightroom 5.7 from my Wni7(64) PC Lightroom CC will not start and displays the following message ... lightroom.exe - System Error "The program can't start because MSVCR110.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
That file is part of the Microsoft Visual Studio distributable package that is available from this link:
Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 from Official Microsoft Download Center -
As the title says, the installer thinks the MSVCR110.dll file is missing. I have reinstalled the latest version of Visual C++ just to be sure the file wasn't corrupt. I then checked my system32 folder and the file is there but Adobe updater doesn't seem to know where to find it. I have adobe flash player installed, its the latest update that will not install. Not an urgent issue considering i do have flash. but i'd like to figure this out. Thanks
I have solved the problem on my system and would like to share the solution. This solution applies to Windows 7 64 bit (x64) operating system.
(1) First step was installing the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2012. I installed the (x64) version which applies to my 64 bit operating system.
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679
(2) After restarting I verified that MSVCR110.dll was installed. I found it in the System32 folder where .dll files normally go.
File path: Computer >> OSDisk(C:) >> Windows >> System32
** Here's the problem! In 64 bit systems the MSVCR110.dll must also reside in the SysWOW64 folder as well. That's apparently where the Adobe Flash Installer is searching for the MSVCR110.dll file.
(3) I opened the SysWOW64 folder and verified that MSVCR110.dll was not there.
File path: Computer >> OSDisk(C:) >> Windows >> SysWOW64
(4) I opened both the System32 and SysWOW64 side by side and COPIED MSVCR110.dll from the System32 over to the SysWOW64 folder. So now BOTH folders have a copy.
(5) I retried installing Adobe Flash Installer and it worked!
Dear Adobe. I just saved you a ton of workforce hours trying to solve this problem. I would like a 1 year subscription to Photoshop/Lightroom please. -

Missing MSVRC110.dll after installation of Photoshop
I've installed Photoshop and the MSVCR110.DLL is missing. I am unable to install the app (system says another app is trying to uninstall it). I could not locate a repair or reinstall option.
MSVCR110.dll is a part of Microsoft Visual C++ and is required to run programs developed with Visual C++. So you need VS C++ 2012. Go here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679
The redistributable can easily be downloaded on the Microsoft website as x86 or x64 edition. Depending on the software you wish to install you need to install either the 32 bit or the 64 bit version.

Nevermind, I got it working last night by uninstalling the programs that Patch Tuesday broke. Premiere, Media Encoder, and I found out that Prelude wasn't working either.
All working now after an uninstall, reboot, and reinstall. The patches also reset my creative cloud folder from it's custom location to default.location, and I have to move it back to the other location. My SSD is smallish and I didn't want the data files there, just the OS and the program files.
Good to know. Thanks for reporting back!

When I tried to do the first thing it said to do, it deleted the msvcr110.dll file.
Photoshop CV won't open without it.
So of course, I don't want to do anything else it says to do.
I have gone online and tried everything I see to get it back and nothing works. I tried downloading it from Microsoft, but it won't run.
I tried reinstalling CS4 and that didn't work. So I uninstalled CS4 and tried to reinstall it, but now it won't install.
It goes through the whole process then says to call Adobe.
When I try to install Illustrator (which I didn't have before, but bought the complete special offer) it has similar errors.
Any ideas?

When updating itunes the new installation said I was missing mscrv80.dll file. I've reinstalled but still doesn't work. How can it be repaired?
Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.
Please note:
Some users may need to follow all the steps in whichever of the following support documents applies to their system. These include some additional manual file and folder deletions not mentioned above.

CS2 won't boot_error 'missing tlpsplib10e.dll'
I have CS2 and have been using it for about 5 years on and old XP windows machean. I got a new computer that runs Win7 professional (64bit) about 2 weeks ago, and installed CS2 on it. Everything worked fine until yesterday, when I went to boot up CS2 and it would not boot and gave me a message that it could not boot, because it was missing 'tlpsplib10e.dll'. I have searched everywhere on line, includeing the adobe site, and can not find any information about this missing .dll file (or a download so I can replace it).
I ran the repair using my PS disk, and also finally did a full un-install and then re-installed CS2... still getting the same message. *Pout*
