MM Purchasing - BW Processkeys

We have installed the Purchasing Business Content modules but wish to expand it beyond the pesent delivery service use. Presently the Purchase Order Item ODS(0PUR_O01) and Header ODS (0PUR_O02) infoproviders have start routines to to filter records by processkey = 001,011,021,002,012,022 (Item) and hdrprocess = 01 (Header).
Does anybody know what these represent or have any documentation and are there any other processkeys we may require to use the ODS stuctures to create Cubes for general Purchase Order reporting?

    This seems to be also the issue with my other Key Figure "No. of Purch. Orders" except here it the just comes up blank / 0 . This is to some the number of pos per plant for the month. So it's not storing anything but running via an interface and then with the aid of the routine loading the count into the cube:

  • URGENT : Please help: Purchasing and Inventory loads

    I am currently in BWQ. I did the inital deletion of set up tables by LBWG and then ran the set up jobs through SBIW for Purchasing and Inventory.
    I also did the industry setting and processkey .
    I ran the init load yesterday and it gave some records and then deltas brought 0 records . For some reason I felt that there should not be 0 records and I went and deleted the set up table again and ran the set up jobs. I can see records in the set up table and RSA3.
    But when I am running the load today it brings 0 records. I thought may be the delta ran this morning so it brought 0 records. therefore I ran the full repair reuqest but still there only 0 records.
    Can someone explain this and advice what needs to be done.

    Initially when you loaded init data you got some records and delta brought 0 records. This is logical if there are no new records creates in R/3 system or you have not executed delta collector job - Job control through LBWE for a particular application.
    Now carry out following steps for purchasing data loads -
    1.delete the setup tables using tcode LBWG
    2.perform set up for the purchasing in background mode
    3.check the job log for step 2 in SM27
    4. find out no of documents written to setup tables for purchasing using tcode NPRT
    5.Now load the init load to BW- this will load the data that you have covered under setup tables
    6. Now create/change some data in R/3. This data must be withing your init range used in init infopackage. If you have done init load with no selection parameters then no problem.
    7. Run job control for purachasing in LBWE
    8. Now load the delta load -> it should load the correct delta data into BW.

  • Purchasing Extractors - Overall Limit

    Hello,
    I have a requirement for our Purchasing cube where I need to bring over Overall Limit.....I have tried to bring it over by creating a new field and populated in the user exit but I'm having issues....I think that partially because the LIS extractor uses processkeys for the amount  values and also with the Deltas the signs are not set up right.  For the purchasing experts out there, have you ever had to bring over Overall Limit?  Would you please share your thoughts and experiences?

    While running the Setup Jobs in transaction OLI3BW did you specify any selection criteria?
    Did you give sufficient Termination Date/Time ?
    Did you run the job in foreground or background?

  • SAP Purchasing report : GR Quantity values

      We have a purchase variance report in which the GR Quantity value is not matching the Production server data can someone tell me how the actual GR Qty is calculated because on a posting date for a PO And for Material i see a GR Qty has +ve value and -ve values and i also find that the transactions are repeating....

    Actually in the update rules of the cube , the qunatity is being converted from PO Units to Base units , you should consider that while validating the data
    And the Actual GR quantity is derived based on the below condition

    The request is to build up a delivery reliability for goods receipts confirmed date to goods receipt date. Returns should not be considered. But as shown above, theres no chance to differentiate between movements 101 and 122.

    You can check the BW: Transaction keys/Process Keys in ECC, by using SPRO Transaction Key , see the navigation
    Search for u201CTransaction Key Maintenance for SAP BWu201D.
    Select it and double click on Transaction Key Maintenance for SAP BW
    It will display the following screen with all Transaction Keyu2019s details; see for application component MM with
    Application 02.

  • Processkey on 2LIS_02_ITM

    Hi SDN,
    We have a few PO for which in BI there are records with processkey 002 and 003 but none with processkey 001. Is it possible? If so, in what circumstances 2LIS_02_ITM may not bring records for processkey 001?

    Symptom Fields BWGEO, BWGEOO, BWGVP, BWGVO, BWNETWR, BWMNG, etc. of DataSources 2LIS_02_SCL, 2LIS_02_ITM, 2LIS_03_BF, 2LIS_03_UM, 2LIS_40_REVAL are not filled.
    This may lead to the following:
    The system does not perform any update into an InfoCube (for example: 0RT_C*, 0PUR_C01, 0CP_PURC1 and so on), even though data arrives in BW. This occurs with the following InfoSources: * 2LIS_02_SCL, 2LIS_02_ITM * 2LIS_03_BF, 2LIS_03_UM * 2LIS_40_REVAL With some restriction, this symptom also occurs with the following InfoSources if they are used in connection with retail or consumer products. (InfoCube: 0RT_* or 0CP_* ). * 2LIS_11_VAITM, 2LIS_12_VCITM, 2LIS_13_VDITM Other terms 0PROCESSKEY, PROCESSKEY, 0RT_C01, 0RT_C02, 0RT_C03, 0RT_C04, BWBRTWR, BWGEO, BWGEOO, BWGVP, BWGVO, BWNETWR, BWMNG Reason and Prerequisites The process key (0PROCESSKEY and 0BWAPPLNM) of the InfoSources has not been filled.     In each update routine, the system checks the content of the PROCESSKEY. If this field has no contents, then no data is written into the InfoCube because of the IF condition in the update rules.     This is done with the help of Transaction MCB_ which you can find in the OLTP IMG for BW (Transaction SBIW) in your attached R/3 source system. Here you can choose your industry sector.
    'Standard' and 'Consumer products' are for R/3 standard customers, whereas 'Retail' is intended for customers with R/3 Retail only. You can display the characteristics of the process key (R/3 field BWVORG, BW field 0PROCESSKEY) by using Transaction MCB0. If you have already set up historical data (for example for testing purposes) by using the setup transactions (Statistical Setup Programs) (for example: Purchasing: Tx OLI3BW, material movements: OLI1BW) into the provided setup tables (for example: MC02M_0SCLSETUP, MC03BF0SETUP),

    We had a requirement to retrieve "aging of receiveables" by customer. Basically, it goes thru each record and depending on the due date places the amounts in the following buckets (example). 0-30 day Overdue, 31-60 days Overdue, 61-90 days overdue, 30+ days overdue, 60+ days overdue) etc all the way to 6+ years overdue.
    There are also cooresponding buckets for coming due analysis. For example, what is: 0-30 days coming due, 31-60 days coming due, 30+ days coming due, etc...
    To do this, first I needed to be able be able to produce an open items statement at any given time in the past. Now, this seems impossible because of how the items go from open to cleared all the time. And an item that was open one month ago, may not be open anymore.
    What I did was first remove any selections on item status. Then compare the posting date with teh key date in the past, if the posting date is less than or equal to the key date, keep the record.
    Then compare the clearing date with the key date. First, keep all that are #. (This keeps all records still open from that posting date/key date)
    Then, add another check for all items that were cleared after the key date (GT Key Date). This gives you the open items on that date.

  • Can I purchase Creative Cloud subscriptions for longer than one year at a time?

    I work in the design department of a large business, currently using Creative Suite 6 (Design Standard edition, which includes PS and AI).
    I'd like to get the some of the new CC features, but my manager won't commit to a turnkey month-to-month or even annual rental of Creative Cloud apps (it's a pain for our department's purchaser to have to do orders more than once a year). That said, if they could take care of, say, two years at once, I might get the software. Is this an option? I'm one of only a few folks who use Adobe software (it's not a design business; we're just part of a small design department, and all software purchases need to go through this person, after which they're reimbursed). I'm not interested in any of the extra storage or central administration options that come with the higher priced business subscription.

  • Can my family members share our purchases on separate computers with separate accounts?

    We have several apple products in our home and a  new one today.  Is it possible to use these products on different computers sharing all of our purhcases or do we need to stay on one computer on one account?  I know we can do that with the home sharing, but we don't all want all the same things, just some of the purchases.

    Use Find My Friends app instead.   Much easier to manage, and you won't need each other's id/pw's to do it.   They only need to accept your invitations and vice versa.

    I have an iPod, iPad, and my 2 kids each have an iPod. My oldest now has his own apple I'd so he can iMessage and FaceTime friends. How do I link his to the rest of ours so that we can still share our apps and music purchases? I had previously set up all of the devices under my I'd , since they weren't old enough to have their own. When we try to change the setting to automatic downloads, it states that "the device is already associated with an apple I'd", it then goes on to say that is i turn on the auto downloads with this new I'd that I cannot auto download or download past purchases with a different apple I'd for 90 days.     Nothing I have purchased will sync to my ipod for some reason. I bought them ages ago, they work fine in itunes on my computer, and up until recently they worked fine on my ipod also... I think it related to the fact that due to a fault with vista i was forced to 'reactivate' windows. But it was reactivated using the same key that came with the computer? weird

    Have you tried to de-authorize your computer, then to re-authorize again?
    Make sure to use that ID that had been used for purchasing those 52 tracks.

    While processing FI - MM integration iam facing below errors,request to guide me with same
    1) While creation of purchase materials
    Valuation class 7920 not allowed for material type Raw material Message no. M3180
    Diagnosis
    The combination of values you have entered is not defined in the system.
    Procedure
    Check your entries, and choose a valid value or combination of values with F4.
    I have crossed checked in t code OMSK valuation class 7920 exists.
    2) Goods receipt against PO:
    Number range for trans./event type WE in year 2014 does not exist Message no. M7562
    Diagnosis
    The number range for document number assignment has not been maintained in the year 2014 for the transaction/event type WE.
    Procedure
    Contact your system administrator.
    in second case i have maintained number ranges in OBA7,OMBT,still iam facing with the same issue

    Thanks for your reply...yea i have done the ground work before posting this query
    but bitt confused with the post i have come across..
    Problem was occurring due to the wrong updating of raw material instead of finished goods in  MM01 (CREATION OF PURCHASE MM)
    however i have over come my 2nd issue,hopefull will over come my 1st issue also

    Just check with your LPE. Business Place on marketing is mandotary fied in your localization. Thus please follow the steps below:
    1.Uncompress the BizPacakge-B12B1.zip
    2.Update the transformation stye sheet for biu.Z.B1PO2B1SO.xsl:  Just add Business place below into the document header. You can refer to the attached.

            <BPL_IDAssignedToInvoice>
             <xsl:value-of select="BPL_IDAssignedToInvoice"/>
            </BPL_IDAssignedToInvoice>
    3.Compress it again.
