MM Stepwise configuration for implementation

HI Guru's
       I am new in implementation for mm module ,  but i dont know how to do it  stepwise  , can you please  give me guidence how to do it  stepwise , so that i can go stepwise and remember everything  ,

Following process is to be followed for implementation:
1. Project Preparation
2. AS IS & TO BE
3. Business Blue Print
4. Realization Phase
5. Configuration
6. Unit Testing
7. Integration Testing and User acceptance
8. Cut over Process
9. User Training
10. User manual and configuration manual
11. Go Live & Post Go-Live Support
Now as far as MM Perspective, Organization Structure, Config in SPRO, transport request and some client specific Setting for E.g. Number Range, Release Class or characteristic, Tax Code Condition.
In Cut-over Process, for e.g. Upload Open PO, initial Stock Upload etc via LSMW or BDC.
For Indian tax process involves various taxation procedure,Hence you should be well versed practical excise procedures.
You should be well versed in CIN if business process involves excise & sales taxes.
Basic knowledge of all functionality of SAP MM & Understanding of overall MM practical
business process are key points.
