MMBE -- Batches

Hi guys,
In transaction MMBE (Stock Overview) you'll see a list of the batches and the stock for a certain material.
How can I get the list of batches shown in this overview (using SELECT statement)?

MMBE - Batch Classification

Dear All,
In MMBE when check the Batch Classification of individual batch (Menu selecting by right clicking on batch), System shows QA Results.
But in one plant system does not shows QA analysis.

Hi Nirav,
1. May be classification is not created for this particular batch. and due to this QM results are not transferred to Batch.
If this is happening for all batches in this plant then check Plant dependent QM settings in SPRO and make sure "Batch Valuation Possible Without Specification" is flagged if you are not using Material Specifications.
2. If classification is not created due to other reasons: Go to MSC2N and in Classification tab click on create classification.
If still prblem exists, kindly share screenshot of MSC2N >Classification Tab.

How to include Restricted Batches in MMBE list?

Dear Gurus,
My MMBE list excludes Restricted Batches from displaying. However, I need it. How to grab it back to my list? Any ABAP job required?

The screen layout of MMBE can be customized in IMG > MM > IM > reporting > stock list

Unrestricted stock difference - Batch wise and Plant wise in MMBE

Dear All,
When checked in MMBE transaction - Stock quantity difference.
For Ex.
- at Plant level it showing Qty - 1000
- When we count batch wise available unrestricted showing - 1400
What is the reason?? Did any one get this type of issue earlier. Please reply.

Solved, problem not with the UOM, But with material transfers and reversals.
Material stock transferred to Dummy cost center before batch classification and returned the same quantity with 202 - not to unrestricted, but direct to batches.

Madan,
I assume we are talking about the "Batch" check box in the "Select Display levels" section.
if this check box is activated, system displays the stock details at the Batch level also. Basically the aggregation of stock happens like this..
Batch Stock
Storage Location Stock (Cumulation of Batch Stock in that Storage Location)
Plant Stock (Cumulation of all Storage Location stock in that plant)

Batch is not captured in MMBE as Schd. for Delivery?

Particular batch stock is not captured in MMBE as scheduled for delivery after creating the Outbound delivery.

I have tried my best but nothing worked out.
Development it is working fine and even production system for the same material other batches or working fine.
Compared the batches but nothing wrong in it.
Due to this issue batch stock is showing as available stock for other deliveries to pick.
Planning to apply OSS notes.

Batches not visible in MMBE

Hi Gurus,
The system is GO LIVED in January, so when i run MMBE, the system should display all the batches ( even the batches which dont have stock ), when i select " No zero line stock" . But system is missing few batches. But when i select material movements at plant level, all the batches are displayed. Please advice what would have gone wrong.

If the system is missing some batches means, there is some isolation of some batches based on some cretiria. Hence compare the selected batch characteristics and missed batch characteristics. You may get some idea

Batch not appearing in MMBE but determined in the DELIVERY

Dear All,
While creating delivery, batch got determined, but actually batch not shown in MMBE.
When I checked in MSC3N, it shows that particular Batch, it has been created about 2 years back.
But how system is taking this Batch when there is no stock and it is not shown in MMBE.
Please explain.

FM or table to get the batches and stock of material as in MMBE or MB51

and unrestricted stock for the respective material and plant. And the reference transaction with is MMBE or MB51.
               I want the same data as in MMBE or MB51 transaction.

Hi,
I dont think there is any BAPI for this (on 46C).
Instead, you can check following tables:
EINA, EINE, A017(Plant)/A018, KONH, KONP, KONM, KONW for Purchasing Info Records / conditions associated with it.

ATP Check not workin properly for Batches in MMBE

Dear PP gurus,
I have a problem with ATP check for materials. When i see in MMBE for a material which has 3 batches it shows a problem: The batch a has a quantity 10 but it shows the reserved quantity against this batch as 12. Same is for batch B,ATP check not giving correct results. Please tell me how to correct it.
Some one told me to implement OSS note 1237093 to correct the standard program error introduced with Note 330828.
Please advise how to proceed.

Reservation is a kind of requirement. The situation that you describe, that you have in batch A 10 in stock and the reserved quantity is 12 can happen if, for example, you created a production order where this batch is a component, the batch was determined in the order, and either you didn't do an ATP check at batch level, or you issued stock from this batch at a later point in time (without poper ATP).
MMBE is just a report, it is not doing ATP.
I suggest that you review your ATP definitions and processes to find out where the problem is.

MMBE transaction fields for BATCH and ITS Quantity

           I am developing a report to get the details of material like Material code, Material type, Material Group, Material Group1, Special stock indicator, Special stock Numb, Batch and its quantity.
         Can any one suggest the table from where i cud fetch Special stock numb and its indicator , batch and relevant quantity of the material.

Batch stock table / mmbe table

Hello gurus,
I want to know where I can get the values in the MMBE table.
I want to create a query that would show me the stocks per batch of a material. Can you help me out?

yes i have already created the query using that. however, whenever i sort it by batch number, the query shows me multiple lines of the same batch number, with the same unrestricted qty.
example:
BATCH1 1000
BATCH1 1000
BATCH1   1000
BACTH2   2000
total           3000

Total Stock - Restricted our Dependencies the batch (lot) - MMBE

That is our demand:
We need to move a balance of stock (by MB1B) to a "restricted use" = limited ... Today, it is possible only if the batch (lot) activation. I need to do this without the use of lot.
Is there some special configuration to movements or note that could be applied to modify the [dependency] in view of balance of stock?

restricted use is a batch status, so it is only possible with batches.

MMBE stock overview - S Loc Level stock not getting displayed - ECC 6 0

Hello,
In ECC 6,0 Version, in the MMBE (stock overview) stock is getting displayed only at the Plant level. It is not showing at levels below for eg. S Loc level/Valuation type level. Is there any setting to be activated for this?
Can any one throw some light?

Batch Determination based on date of consig recieve

I am getting problem when i am trying to do manual batch determination in the outbound delivery.
I have created a record in VCH1 based on customer/Material/Plant. In this i have maintained a sort rule also. what characteristaics i must use to make my batch determination based on customer consignment recieving date?
If i go in MSC3n with Material, Plant and batch data then in the screen ( table MCHA, MCH1) onlt data available is for ERSDA, LAEDA and LWEDT.
In delivery when i click on batch determination button. my Sort rule is not automatically determined. So i have to maunally entered my soirt rule but at the same time my qty proposal in the same screen is 1 which is nothing but

When i am taking characteristics LOBM_VFDAT for sort rule in Cu70 then i am not getting batch determination as i required even if i maintained Shelf expiry date in MSC3n.
Please suggest where i must look into so that my batch determination would be based on date of consignment recieved.. currently if it s taking based on max qty available in MMBE.

I have already assigned sort rule in VCH1 but dont know which Characteristics i must assign for customer consignment stock on FIFO basis. Could you please tell me the characteristics for it which i must consider?
