Mobile website ASPX 2.0 Page not loading and Instead of loading it tries to download the aspx page sometimes

We are facing a issue in a our Mobile Banking app built on ASP.NET 2.0. Sometimes, when we load the mobile website[https://mobile.dib.ae] from iPhone or any Android phones, log-in page will never get loaded. When the log-in page fails to load in iPhone/iPad,
it’s giving us an option to download the login.aspx as a file. In some cases it shows download failed [Safari & Chrome]. In Android phone default browser, we are getting a different behavior when the log-in page fails to load. In Android phones its showing
an error message as if the page was considered as a XML file and one special character in the xml file causing issue. [Images are shown below& attached].
We are not getting the same issue in staging. Production fails randomly.
We have three servers and load balancing is in place for production. We tried to access the site many times from different iOS and android versions and was successful with each of the servers. We have even tried connecting the mobile site by turning off all
the servers except one, alternatively. All the servers worked fine individually. But it failed in the same mobile after clearing cache and cookies sometimes.
This behavior is random and we haven’t able to figure out the root cause yet. There is no error in our log files or DB.
There was security updates on all the servers before this issue started happening. We haven't uninstalled it yet.
There were no updates on the filrewall F5.
When we checked the IIS logs after a failed page load with the IP of mobile, we found there was only one entry made and it was for the favicon. We don't have favicon from the beginning and 404 error for favicon is since we started the site. As the only entry
was for favicon and as it returns an error 404 just considering that possibility.

It appears that your issue concerns web app development/troubleshooting and not .NET Framework setup (this forum's topic).

Thanks for the question. It sounds like you are experiencing issues with your iPhone. To troubleshoot these issues, let’s go ahead and restart/reset your device if it is unresponsive:

Please help

It might have something to do with Proxies. Have a look in System Preferences>Network, click on your network - either ethernet or wifi - and click on the Proxies tab. Anything selected in there. If so deselect and then try.
Have you tried using another brrowser, maybe Chrome or Firefox?

DPS builder custom html page not loaded when you first open the application

I created app with some customs html pages.
I tick the "Auto launch" and when the first time I run the application, the page does not load.
If you go to another page and return to - it is loaded. If you close the application and open it again - all loaded. But when you first open the application page does not load.

Do you currently have the iCloud control panel installed? If so, uninstall that. Can you do the deletion now?

Why will the creative cloud not load or show up in the apps folder?

I tried to download the Creative Cloud for Desktop. It loaded up and then when I tried to go to the home or apps tab it would continue loading but never finish. After trying to connect it to the menu bar it just closed. I've tried uninstalling it multiple times and reinstalling it, but it installs differently each time with those consistent problems.

Is that not a way to relocate the files? In other words, I have 16,000 plus songs in iTunes and they are all playable. They must be on my external hard drive in the file I have named "Art's Music" (verified by the check you suggested in your first reply). Let's assume that I want to put them all on a different external hard drive (my C drive is not big enough). What steps should I use to relocate my entire library? Open up your site definition (double-click on the site name in the File panel or choose Site > Manage Sites > Edit) and go to the Remote Info category. There, click Use Firewall (if it isn't already selected) - press Test to try the default firewall settings. If that doesn't work, click Firewall Settings. You'll see two relevant settings about 2/3 down - Firewall host and Firewall port. If Firewall port is 21, there probably is something blocking the port.
On Windows XP, you may have the Windows Firewall installed and blocking. Here's how you get to it:
To open Windows Firewall

Click Start and then click Control Panel.

In the control panel, click Windows Security Center.
3.
Click Windows Firewall.
Once you have that open, you'll need to set Dreamweaver as an exception to blocking:
On the Exceptions tab, click Add Program.
In the list of programs, click the name of the program (Dreamweaver) that you want to add, and then click OK. If the name of your program is not in the list of programs, click Browse to locate the Dreamweaver.exe in the Program Files folder and then click OK.

What has happened...when starting in bootcamp, windows does not load. It goes to the restart in safe/safe with networking/normal mode. When I choose any of these windows screen comes up and the lttle blue balls start to roll. then screen goes blank as if windows is to start but goes back to the resrat in safe/etcmode. Help...

Did you burn the DVD from ISO?
Did Windows get fully installed & updated? added Apple Boot Camp after?
If you still don't have 10.6, you won't have Boot Camp 3.x drivers (and later) for Windows 7.
How large a partition did you create?
How long if at all was it working normally?
The last update, install or change made was.....?

G5, 10.3.9,Safari will not load. aol will download but not upload. ?

My g5 , 10.3.9, will not load safari, aol will download but not up load. Safari just bonces when trying. On aol I get a 513 error message when trying to upload.

Success. I discovered the issue that was preventing QTSS start up.
The IP Bind tab listed a set of new Class C IP addresses that ARIN forced us to move to last year and which had been properly configured into our network and I had checked the matching address shared in our new web server config.
However /library/quicktimestreaming/config/streamingserver.xml had not exterminated the obsolete address and I pico'ed in the Terminal to replace these lines
<LIST-PREF NAME="bindipaddr" >
<VALUE>old ip</VALUE>
<VALUE>new ip</VALUE>
</LIST-PREF>
with this line, which will now overide whatever's poking in the old ip, probably one of those pesky permanently-burned Net Info DB's that can't be purged despite the reality that servers sometimes need wholesale refreshes to be re-networked:
<PREF NAME="bindipaddr" >new ip</PREF>

You are only as young as you feel......
This is an example of how you can select the exact content that you want to sync to your device. You do not have to sync the entire iTunes library. You can pick and choose the music, apps, books and so on that you want to sync. This is using music as an example.
Connect the iPad to the PC and launch iTunes.
Click on the iPad name on the left side under devices.
Click on the Music Tab on the right.
Click on only the albums or playlists that you want to sync.
Click on the Sync Music Heading.
Click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes
You can do this with apps, books, movies .... Whatever .... You have the freedom to sync whatever you want.
