When you buy a film with iTunes Extras, you’ll receive the featured movie and chapter selection along with special features* such as movie stills, deleted scenes, exclusive interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage. This extras doesn't affect the movie itself as it is just a special features, and the movie should still play to your computer or Apple TV.

So if you purchase a movie without extras and they add them you lose the movie in the cloud. That is really dumb!!!!!!!!!!

BlueTooth [BT] failed during use. Various links say "BT Not Available" - "No BT Hardware Found" etc. Have 3 yr. MacBook Pro Notebook with OSX 10.6.8 with built-in Bluetooth. HELP !

Yeah the Bluetooth hardware has failed and needs to be replaced. there is nothing you can do except replace the BT chip. Take it to Apple.

File Link Framemaker option not available, plz assist...

On my new Robhelp 8 HTML installation, I can't see the File>Link>Framemaker option, just File>Link>Word Document. Is there something I have to do to enable the Framemaker option?
Interestingly, on another computer with a trial copy of Robohelp 8, I DO see the Framemaker option. Not sure why I shouldn't with the new install.
Please assist.

Hi there
I think one of the issues at play here deals with security and Adobe protecting their assets. There are mechnasims in place that prevent a user from repeatedly installing a trial over and over and over, therefore having a never ending "free trial" period. And it would appear that this may be somewhat at play in an odd way when the trial has been installed and perhaps now you are installing the trial of TCS.
Just sort of thinking out loud.

Package Linked Smart Objects not available

I have Photoshop CC on my pc and Windows 8.
File > Package is not available...
Can anybody help me!

It is missing from the menu. I tried to save the file as tiff or psd, but no Package...
I've attached a printscreen from the menu, the language is Dutch, I put an elipse on the smart object options.

I have no "Rescue email" contact in order to reset my security questions and I don't believe I ever answered any security questions when I created my Apple ID for Itunes. Someone kindly sent me Apple support link but to no avail! Please Help me!

I have no "Rescue email" contact in order to reset my security questions!! I've been trying now for 4 days to contact Apple/Itunes but I only get sent answers from a support team that say they cannot help me with my problem!!
The thing is that I can't ever remember answering any security questions and without a rescue email, I'm unable to reset them or even set them for the first time!!
I can't believe that no-one from Apple/Itunes can help me with this simple problem but unfortunately that is the case - Incredible, isn't it!!!
Would anyone know how I could solve this problem online??? Because each time I sign into Itunes, the same security questions reappear and reappear and reappear. In fact I've got to the point where I feel like uninstalling Itunes and downloading an alternative.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

Dynamic link media server not available

I'm using Photoshop CS6 and I keep getting this error while trying to import video frames to layers
I've looked around and tried the recommended steps offered on other threads. When I reboot my laptop it works again for maybe five minutes but the moment I try to import another video it doesn't work. If I close the program, wait 30 seconds, and try again I get the error message again. When I try opening Bridge the whole program freezes.
Help would be greatly appreciated.

Broadband link is not available

My friends laptop shows at the bottom right corner that she is connected to the internet but when she actually clicks on internet explorer it says " The Broadband Link is currently not available" then I ran a "check connectivity" thing and it said DSL failed to connect the system's internal DSL modem does not currently detect a DSL signal or is having problems connecting.
it is a toshiba and I also have a toshiba and mine connects just fine and the internet works fine for me, and her room mate's computer works great too. but her room mate's mom had trouble with her computer.

I thought that it was strange that IE would post that too... because it usually just says this page can't be displayed (in the simple white with gray letter or w/e it is) but her laptop worked just fine at my house.
we have been going through some problems with her computer though, on Facebook it sent out this virus that was filtering any type of protection tool from coming up but my brother finally found one and got everything off. if it is malware do you think that it could be hiding even though my brother got everything else off? and if it's so hidden after other things have been removed how would you even find it?
Should I have my brother look at it one more time even though the internet worked just fin in my house, just not at her own home?

Firefox doesn't recognize some links on a home utility website

I logged on to my gas utility provider. There is a link that asks you to choose the region where you are receiving the service. The link opens up a pop-up which offers you links to all the available regions. When I click on my link, nothing happens, except for the url showing on the bottom of the browser as if I am only hovering. Other links on this pop-up work. I would think this is a current broken link on the website, BUT, the link works fine in internet explorer!
There is a trick I can use to open the link: I can right-click on the link, and choose open link in another tab, and the link then works. This is driving me mad. One time I saw a 2 second comment about my K-9 security software, but it was too fast to actually read it. I've used this site countless times and never had a problem. There are a number of places on the site that offer this pop-up. It always refuses to acknowledge regular clicking on the link I need.
Again, I would think this has something to do with the website itself, or the K-9 protection I saw for that split second, but the reality is, it's NOT happening in Internet Explorer, only in firefox.
I tried clicking on this link from firefox safe mode, but that didn't work either. I know I can continue using my "trick", but I don't like that firefox is simply refusing to recognize and connect to a link for no apparent reason. I've emptied my cache, deleted all my cookies, history, logins, and anything else that
might be preserving some kind of glitch that may have occured once. I've closed and re-opened firefox. I've closed and restarted my whole computer. Firefox refuses to respond to this link, without my using the "right click - open in another tab trick".
Does anyone have any other ideas of what to tweak?

It looks like an overlay in the page rather than a separate pop-up window. Firefox's pop-up permissions do not apply to overlays.
Did this problem just start after August 6th? Firefox 23 has a new mixed content blocker which could affect sites that are showing an insecure (HTTP) overlay on an secure (HTTPS) page. Typically a "shield" icon would appear to the left of the URL on the address bar. HELP WITH APPLE ID!! LOST PREVIOUS ACCOUNT TO NEW ONE, AND CANNOT UPDATE APPS!! WAS ALSO CHARGED £2 TO VERIFY CARD!! iPOD TOUCH NOT LINKED TO NEW ACCOUNT

I started my first Apple ID a few years back, at which point Google hadn't changed their email addresses from '@googlemail.com' to 'gmail.com'. So when this option became available, I decided to change my email to '[email protected]', instead of the older and more tedious to write '@googlemail.com'. There were no problems, everything worked as expected.
I've recently changed my password everywhere, and one of the places was my Apple ID. I was taken to the site: "https://appleid.apple.com" where I found the 'Manage my account' link. I successfully changed my password.
The 'Apple ID and Primary Email Address' caught my eye. It had always frustrated me that my Apple ID was the "old" email address from Google... and previous attempts to change this proved unsuccessful. It always stated that the (newer) '[email protected]' was already in use, which I put down to it being the same Google account. But this time it seemed to work. I received an email saying "Welcome to the iTunes Store", and since then I've had non-stop problems.
At first I though that the only problem was going to be that I couldn't download/update apps on my iPod touch, or download anything on the iPod's 'iTunes' store. I've managed to link my new account with the iPod so that I can download new apps on it, but every time I go to update an app, it automatically assumes that the Apple ID is my old account: '[email protected]'. I thought that this would be fine, just a minor inconvenience, that I could go to my computer, update the apps there, then sync the iPod and everything would be dandy.
I looked around and found myself at the IFORGOT site of Apple's. I've tried having an email sent to the 'older' Apple ID '[email protected]', but no email has come through, and I also tried the other option of answering security questions... the first thing it asks is your date of birth, and as far as I know, I only have one of those. However, it told me my DOB was incorrect. My old account no longer seems to exist!!
I tried updating the apps on my computer for the first time today, went to the 'Apps' tab on the left of iTunes and clicked the link saying '131 Updates Available'. This took me to the iTunes store as always, but when it had finished loading, it read: "No updates are currently available. To check for updates for another Apple ID, sign in with that Apple ID."
Because all of the apps I downloaded were on my old Apple account, none of them exist as far as my new account is concerned. My old account no longer exists, so I have no option to sign in to that and update them. My collection of apps is far too large for me to even consider just downloading them all again! As well as apps not existing, my iPod touch is not linked to my new Account. I understand I could restore my it so that it would then be linked to it, but actually, I don't want to have to arrange the homescreen again, and re-connect to all the WiFi connections I've already made. Those are all saved in the backup that is updated when it is synchronised.
Someone please help!! I don't know what to do, and I don't know how to get hold of Apple!!

Why did you start a new account?
You apps and other purchases will always be tied to the accoutn from which they were purchased. You will have to update them using the user id and password on the accoutn from which they were purchased.
The charge was very likley a authorization hold and will be removed.

I am talking about the Ver 3 download link that came with the purchase email.
That link is no longer available. Use "Migration Assistant" to copy your Applications from your old mac to the new Mac, then immediately run software update. Aperture Version 3.2 will not run on your new mac with Mavericks, you will have to Upgrade to version 3.4.5 at least - you can download this update from the Support page: Aperture 3.4.5
Then launch Aperture and enter your registration key and try now too update from version 3.4.5 to 3.5 from the AppStore. The AppStore will change your Aperture registration to an AppStore version, so you will able to reinstall by downloading from the AppSTore in future.
If you want transfer only Aperture and no other applications, do it manually: You will have to copy not only the application but folders from the libraries as well:
/Applications/Aperture.app
/Library/Application Support/Aperture/
~/Library/Application Support/Aperture/

HP Laserjet 3055 printer "waiting for printer to be available" after HP Printer Software Update 3.0

I have an HP Laserjet 3055 All-in-One Printer. It has been printing just fine from my iMac running OS 10.9.5 (Mavericks) until after the HP Printer Software Update, Version 3.0, that I installed on 1 Oct 2014. Although the 3055 is shown as connected/idle to my iMac via USB, after clicking "PRINT" for a document, the print queue status soon changes from "printing" to "waiting for printer to become available", and the printer never becomes available. I have tried rebooting everything (printer, computer, text software), checking USB cable connections and changing USB ports, deleting and re-adding the 3055 printer (numerous times!) even after resetting the print system, but could there be something inherently wrong with the latest HP driver (version 19.9 for HP Laserjet 3052)? Or is it possible something else is going on? In other words, I have exhausted all the solutions I've found in these and other forums to no avail.
I have tested this printer by connecting it to my MacBook Pro (also running OX 10.9.5) but without having installed the HP Printer Software Update, Version 3.0. (Hadn't gotten around to this update...) The printer works fine, even though the driver has the same version number--19.9 for HP Laserjet 3052. So could the version 19.9 driver in the latest HP Printer Software Update be corrupted? Is there any way to reinstall that driver? Or copy the 19.9 driver from my MacBook Pro and install it on the iMac? HP only refers to the Apple Software Update process for Mavericks compatible drivers for this printer. Can I manually uninstall the HP driver for the Laserjet 3055 from my iMac and then have the iMac download the driver again in the process of re-setting up the 3055? Any suggestions appreciated.

After creating a bootable back-up, I tried the first suggestion--downloading and re-installing the HP printer driver update kit for which you kindly provided the link--but to no avail. Before downloading the driver update kit, I "reset the printing system", clearing all the installed printers, queues, etc. After re-installing the HP printer drivers, I went to System Preferences>Printers & Scanners to once again add the HP LaserJet 3055 only to discover it was already listed as installed! This I find baffling, to say then least. I tried printing and again got the "waiting for printer to be available" message. I subsequently tried deleting and re-adding the printer, going through the printing system reset again, but still no-go.
I also tried another approach to adding the printer which perhaps will shed some light on the problem. After clicking on the "+" button to add the printer, I select the "HP LaserJet 3055" which shows up as available via USB. Then, instead of using the "HP LaserJet 3052" driver that automatically appears in the "Use" [choose a driver] field, I chose "Auto Select" to see what happens. As the computer processes this request, the status message changes from "Gathering printer information..." to "Waiting for printer to become available..." And, of course, it never becomes available. This strikes me as odd, that the printer set-up system "sees" the printer accurately enough to list it as available to add but can't find it with the "Auto Select" approach to getting the appropriate driver. Of course, when I simply go with the "Use HP LaserJet 3052" driver option that, naturally enough, is the one automatically suggested by the printer set-up system, the printer is "successfully" added. I say "successfully" in quotes because it never becomes "available" to print something.
Before I try your second suggestion--downloading and re-installing the 10.9.5 combo update--I wonder if it's possible that the printing system reset process is "broken". It's as though the reset fails to clear the printer queue, making it appear that there is a pending printing job that the system is waiting to be finished. Also, as noted above, I reset the printing system prior to re-installing the HP printer driver update kit and then, after installation, the HP LaserJet 3055 magically had already been added. This makes me wonder if the printer wasn't properly "cleared" from whatever makes up the printer System Preference process during the reset.
Any other thoughts?

Link Documents to Purchase Order. How?

I need help in linking documents which are available in DRAW , DRAD tables to Purchase order while creating a PO in ME21N.
By passing material number to object key in drad table I can get the document number , version etc...
How should I pass the material number during PO creation .

Also I would like to add that, In me23n for a PO, account assignment category we are entering 'F' for internal order settlement.

Index for BW Web reports created as link in Portal?

We are running EP 6.0 SP7, we created some BW reports as links in the KM of the Portal.
Now we want to set up an index over the content of this Report which resides on the BW 3.5 System.
Can we do that? Is that possible and how?

Hello Murat,
The external links to BW reports are handled by KM as any other external links.
Basically, you need to store these BW report links in a repository whith at least the property repository service. Then, you create a new index (or use an existing one) and add the path to the reports to the data sources. Depending on your queue parameter settings (default 30min) the resources/links are indexed and available through search.
