After reading articles regarding APPLE ID DISABLED it appears common practice from your company to DISABLE anyone's account if they question unknown charges. Please reply with your intentions regarding  the unauthorised payment and the DISABLING of my account.

    Well I just ended my first month to month payment suscription and wanted to see how the money refund worked 'cause I didn't use it as much as I wanted because of personal issues, and I cancelled almost at the end of the month and as a begginner thought that the money refund were to be automatically back but then I've being searching how to contact the staff to ask for the refund but everything leads me to the page where only shows how to cancel the suscription or to ask here...     I feel the same exact way! I am absolutely livid with how much I have been charged over these past few months. How is it I was informed by my school that Adobe would only charge us $9.97. After I signed up, I dropped the course which required us to have Adobe Cloud. Now I check my bank account and I see I am continuously being charged $32.04 every month. This is abdolutely outrageous! Now I'm calling trying to cancel it and they're telling me I have to pay an extra month. This is mind blowing! Something needs to be done.

    Contact whomever you made the order with. If you ordered through the Apple store, you will have to contact them. This is a user to user technical support forum. No one here could help you with that issue.

  • Refund on Canceled Order

    Recently I ordered a $423 order from Best Buy, but there was a payment issue.  I went into my local store to figure it out and ended up canceling my online order and purchasing the item in-store.  Right now, my purchase in-store was taken out of my bank account, but my previous order cost is also still pending in my account.  Since the order was canceled, but the payment is still pending will it be put straight back into my account when it finishes pending or will it be taken out and sent to me in a check like it says in the refund policy?  The debit card I used is a Visa, but since it is from my local credit union that I am a member of I wasn't sure if the money will be put back into my account or sent as a check?  Also, do I have to wait until the date is passed on the pending payment for it to be refunded into my account/mailed?

    Placing an order online should be a quick and easy process, so it's disheartening to hear you encountered difficulties with your recent purchase. I was glad to read though that the staff at your local store was able to help you find a solution by placing another order.
    Whenever a BestBuy.com order is cancelled or returned, we automatically refund the original form of payment. Since you paid for your initial order by debit card, that same card should have been credited immediately upon order cancellation. Just keep in mind that the funds may not post back to your account for several business days -- the exact timeframe required varies by card issuer.
    If you don't see record of those funds in the next 5-7 business days, I'd encourage you to contact the customer service hotline listed on the back of your card or on your monthly statement. I have confidence that an account specialist will be able to answer any questions you may have about any pending transactions, as well as provide an overview of that company's processing times.

  • Can I get a refund using my order number instead of a Verizon phone number?

    I had Straight Talk for ages and I hated it. I finally had the funds to switch and buy a phone. Verizon had the best coverage and price, so I bought an iPhone 4S online. While I was buying it I paid for a prepaid plan. I also filled out the necessary section to have my number ported to the new phone. I checked on the port status and after about 14 hours it said it was successful. I assumed I would be able to activate my new phone with my number as soon as it arrived. When I attempted to activate it nothing worked so I was sent to a customer service rep by the automated system. He asked for my temporary number because I apparently should have received one. He also asked about whether or not I was sent a SIM card, although it's an iPhone so it shouldn't have been terribly necessary, or shipped outside the phone. I said I had neither a temp number nor a SIM so he directed me to a local store to get a card. When I arrived they said I did not need a card but that there was no sign that my number had been ported and was a Verizon number or that I had paid for the service. The only way to activate the phone I paid for was to pay for the service and port my number all over again. I am a college student and I need the $55 I paid originally back. But they have told me that I can't get it back until the second month worth of service and number port I did goes through. Even though the first one didn't to begin with. I feel like I should be able to use my order number from the original purchase to get a refund because I didn't use the service on the order. Does anyone know how I could do that or who I would call? Because the orders department apparently can't do refunds and prepaid can't help me until I have a Verizon number. And the month of service that I paid for online (the original one) isn't associated with a number any more so having a Verizon number probably won't help.

    Is it a book that you've bought or is it only a pre-order ? If pre-ordered then you can cancel the pre-order : iTunes Store: About pre-orders (you aren't charged for pre-orders until they are released, so there shouldn't be anything to refund)
    If it's an already released book that you've bought then purchases are considered final, but you can try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
