Mongrel_rails_persist - where are my balancer members?

I'm setting up a Ruby on Rails application on my new Snow Leopard Server.
I'm following an Apple tutorial on how to do it:

It's going quite well, except the end part of the deployment.
In the section titled, "Configuring the Web Server", step 3 instructs to "Add Balancer Members".
According to the instructions, the "mongrelrailspersist" command that capistrano ran should have registered the Mongrel processes using Bonjour. Here is some of the output from Capistrano starting the Mongrel processes:

Notice there were no errors. I can successfully browse to: http://127.0.0.1:3000/events
The instructions for adding Balancer Members read like this:
"Each balancer member corresponds to a Mongrel process, running on either the local host or other hosts. Click the Add button below the Balancer Members list. These are the Mongrel processes that were started when we cold deployed the application. Server Admin was able to find the processes because the mongrelrailspersist command registered them with Bonjour."
However, when I press the Add button below the Balancer Members list, none of my Mongrel processes appear. Instead, the drop-down list has just one entry: http://127.0.0.1:3000/no-proxy-servers-running
Why are the Mongrel processes not appearing as Balancer Members?

Thanks for the reply. I'm working on the local server machine. I can see the Mongrel instances running when I user a Terminal locally on the server. Ie:

tammy 57838 0.1 1.9 640488 39304 ?? Ss 4:53am 0:04.83 /usr/bin/ruby /usr/bin/mongrelrailsserver start -p 3003 -e production
Then when I use Server Admin Web locally on the same server, they don't appear in the drop-down list.
The good news is if I just enter each URL manually, it seems to work.
