Moving targets, metrics, etc to a new repository

Question

I have OMS 10.2.0.3 configured to use a repository in a 10.2.0.2 database. I need to move the information in that repository to another database as there are some problems with it and it can not be upgraded to 10.2.0.4. An exp/imp will not work.
I installed a new OMS 10.2.0.4 on a 11.1.0.6 database. I now need to get my old information to the new one:
** targets, users, roles, groups, metrics, templates, beacons, jobs, credentials, notification rules, etc
I plan on pointing agents to the new OMS for each host, which would get the targets. I would then need to update the metrics and create the other objects listed above.
1. Does anyone know of a better method? - upgrade and clone are both out.
2. Are there APIs or SQLs to get the information of what the details of the current items are so I can get a list of what to manually enter in the new repository? I put together some SQLs to get some of the info, but I don't have most of them.
For example, I can get a list of:
all jobs scheduled : MGMT_JOB_SCHEDULE, MGMT_JOB, MGMT_JOB_TARGET, MGMT_TARGETS
groups : MGMT$GROUP_MEMBERS
I'd like the way to get users, roles, metrics, templates, beacons, credentials, notification rules, etc.
3. Are there APIs or SQLs to create these in the new repository?

Unfortunately, I see that my script gathers most information for jobs, but not the actual job steps itself. That is in MGMT_JOB_LARGE_PARAMS, but I haven't seen a way to join that yet.
I'd still liek some scripts.
