Mozilla was crashing every few seconds and I couldn't install the update. I removed the old to install the new and now I can't install - getting error messages that close themselves.
When I try to install I receive this message:
"Firefox has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will clsoe the program and notify you if a solution is available."
This happens when I select RUN to install Firefox 9.0.1
I removed the old version because it was crashing everytime I tried to use it and it wouldn't let me update with the new.
I HATE IE, and need my Firefox back --- I am dead in the water for work without it.
Do a clean (re)install and delete the Firefox program folder (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\).
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.

Uninstall your current Firefox version, if possible.
*Do NOT remove personal data when you uninstall the current version or you lose your bookmarks and other data in the profile folder.
Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
*It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.

Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere in the Firefox Profile Folder and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox.

This is the first time it's ever happened. I downloaded the new operating system for Firefox but I can't install it until the Firefox currently running on my laptop quits, which it won't. -
Trying to download iTunes on my husband' s windows vista laptop. Have tried 2 different browsers and it almost finishes the download process and we get error messages that say "error z, apple application was not found, windows error 2" Can you help? Thank you.

I previously was able to wirelessly ePrint to my HP Photosmart Plus e-All-In-One B210a using both my iPad & iPhone (both run IOS 5.1). For some unknown reason neither one can now print. I keep getting a message that the printer is no longer available. My MacBook continues to print ok. Any ideas?
Reboot everything. Router, printer and pad. If it used to work, it will again. It just lost itself somewhere.

By rebuilding your library.
Back up your iPhoto library before you do that.
If iPhoto is open, quit it.
Hold down the Option and Command keys while you open iPhoto (click the iPhoto icon in the Dock).
The Photo Library First Aid window opens.
Click "Rebuild database" and click the "rebuild" button.

I have recently noticed that I have an 11GB crash log for ARDAgent on a Panther server. When try to access the server over ARD I get a message saying that it is reconnecting every few seconds. ARD states the version as 3.1 and gives information about the server but it's status is VNC On. Which is strange because VNC access is switched off!
I'm now deleting the crash log daily and ARD access is pretty unusable. I have all ARD options enabled except VNC, and there are no firewalls switched on between client and server.
Other Macs on the network continue to work with ARD just fine.
Any ideas?

For the past few days, since the Thunderbird update, I have been unable to send any emails from my thunderbird account. I have also tried going into my juno account online, and any emails that I send out come back with the mailer demon response - tha the email did not go through. With help from Juno I have tried to reconfigure my account, turn off my Anti-Virus and Firewall (Norton 360) changed my password many times, but nothing is working.
This is the error message that I receive...An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: Access denied...4664b9656464c9c921b121b9b9c5354d11b420a93520358d357984a56d99d1cd24a07174e57559e0b1f00c7149f025b925ed4d45140c20f5.... Please check the message and try again.
In the past, I have received this message and was told by Juno to change my password. When I did that, I was again able to send out emails. But this time nothing has worked. I even tried a system restore to go back before the Thunderbird update, but that did not help either. I really need to use my email, and just can't imagine what has happened to it. I just tried to play some songs that i have in itunes and i get an error message that says file can't be located. It appears to be on about half the songs of the thousands I have in there. I do have a new computer and transferred the itunes library about a month ago. I have successfully managed ipod on new computer. I wonder if it is a licensing issue but this is just the second computer althought the third hard drive these songs have been on. It is affecting songs loaded from CD's and purchased from itunes on the old computer alike.

When tracks in iTunes display a it means the file cannot be located; it may have been moved or deleted. You'll have to locate the file manually if it is still available. For more information refer to the following article:

I down loaded latest version and get error message when I launch it. Error message is entitled XUL Runner and says - Error: Platform version 1.9.2.12 is not compatible with miniversion >= 1.9.2.10 maxversion <= 1.9.2.19 and it won't launch.
