I am using SQL server 2008 R1 SP3. And when we are doing back up operations we are facing the below error

Did you enable change tracking on the database? If so, please try to disable and re-enable the change tracking.

I understand that duplicate values have been inserted into a column that has a unique constraint.
I just can't figure out how to rectify the problem.

If the value is different it will update.Are you trying to insert or update in SQL (identified by the keyword INSERT or UPDATE respectively)?
Even in case of an UPDATE query, if you are going to update the values of some columns to violate the unique constraints, the update will not succeed and you will get the error message.

If this is the case, I am only trying to update and
not create a new item.To put it in simpler words, if you have a set of values defining the uniqueness of a record, you cannot insert another record with the same set of unique values. Similarly, you cannot update an existing record by modifying the set to conflict with another set of unique values which already exist in the database.
Suppose there are two columns A and B defining the uniqueness of the record and you have only two records at the moment like -
A B
========
1 1
2 1
If you try to insert a record with A = 1 and B = 1, it will fail because a record already exists. You cannot violate uniqueness because the database has already been told that there will be only one record for any given combination of A and B.
Similarly, if you try to update the second record from A = 2 to A = 1, the end result would be A =1 and B = 1. There is already a record with that set of values and this will result in a violation of the uniqueness. So, this update will also be disallowed. On the other hand, if you try to update B to some value, say 3, there is no problem in doing so.
For convenience, you can imagine an UPDATE operation to be equivalent to DELETE + INSERT operation, though it doesn't necessarily work the same way internally.

Contact AppleCare (or Apple ID Support), upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
I'm not exactly sure what procedures are in place for such events but Apple can assist in such cases, but it may take a while and you may need to provide proof of purchase and other corporate documents.
For future reference your best tactic might be to use Apple Configurator to set up all your companies devices. You can set the password for 'Find my Phone' to be identical for all your devices, whilst allowing the user to use their own password for the remainder of the iCloud services. -

How to verify contract has been terminated
My contract ended as of yesterday, July 20th. I have switched our cell service to another and would like to verify that everything with Verizon has been terminated. Seeing as chat isn't available and there isn't an email to customer service, are there any other suggestions?
Calling them seems the simplest answer. However if you ported your numbers to a different carrier and are able to make and receive phone calls with that service your contracts should be cancelled. Keep in mind that you will receive a bill from VZW for any services that you used and any ETFs through the date you terminated service.

Firstly, please ensure Search Service Account has access to the SearchIndex share which is usually located
in "%Program Files%\Microsoft Office Servers\15.0\Data\Office Server\Applications" directory. And make sure “WSS_WPG” group has full control permissions to "C:\Windows\Temp" directory.
Then try removing and add the existing crawl rules. You could also change the identity of the search to the farm account. Restart search related service and start full crawl.
If it still doesn’t work, please check ULS log and find more detail error message.

My firefox worked perfectly well until today when i launched firefox and encountered this problem. When i start firefox, i get an error report that firefox has been terminated because it is deemed harmful by active virus control. Please i need a way around this situation since i really enjoy surfing the web with firefox
Possibly you have a genuine malware problem that is affecting firefox, or even causing spurious reports from your ''active virus control'' (what is that BTW part of bit Defender ? ) Are you using a different computer to post these messages now ?
You first of all need to find out exactly what active virus scan is warning you about,and if it is finding any other problems, that probably involves an update of active virus scan followed by a full scan of your computer.
If you consider removing and re-installing Firefox, consider copying the full [[profiles|profile]] first of all so that you may restore it without loss of personal information, but post back again once you have more information about exactly what your warnings relate to, they may even cease if you update your AV. -

Turn those off and relaunch Safari to test .

How to start up into Safe Mode?
Shut down the computer.
Press the power button. Immediately after you hear the startup sound, press and hold the Shift key.
The Shift key should be pressed as soon as possible after startup,but not before the startup sound.
Release the Shift key when you see the Apple logo on the screen. Startup will take longer than usual.
Launch Safari. Follow the steps posted above to remove the adware.
Once done, quit Safari and restart the computer from in the menu bar.

Timecard (06-AUG-2011 to 12-AUG-2011) workflow for Rajfee encountered error ORA-20001: This approver has been terminated.
When i checked the supervisor and project manager they are active in system, not sure what will be the cause of issue.

Please check that any employee is terminated in the complete hierarchy.
The system will throw an error if any person within the approval hierarchy is terminated even if the person is not actually involved in the approval. -

I have an iPad 2 that we need to restore to factory settings. The employee for which it was issued was terminated and no longer has the username or password that the iPad and Find My iPhone was established with.
I have put it into recovery mode 2x...it still prompts for the user name and password of the person that set it up.
What do you suggest.Just had an employee terminated most acrimoniously and had an iPhone 5C that was a brick. Apple support can help remove the lock. Better hold onto your original receipt and record the Serial# ! I do not mean the MEID or IMEI but the Serial# found on the original box or Settings>General>About. In my case no receipt or Serial#. 2 hours on the phone between Apple and Verizon and got what was needed. Submitted form and got reply to allow 2-10 business days.

Billing once service has been terminated
I have received a bill and been threatened with late charges if it is not paid for the period on 1 month from mid december 2014. I was out of contract from August 2014 and contacted EE to switch to them in mid november. The change over from BT was confirmed for mid December yet I have still received the BT bill for the period to mid January! The irony is that BT terminated my service from mid December and the broadband switch over was bungled and I am without Broadband. Has this addition billing and failure to provide seamless broadband switch happened to anyone else and how did you handle the cancellation of the additional bill?

This code will not properly handle a multi-row insert. I suggest an approach like the example below instead of scalar variables. Also, I suggest you just store the normalized data in the audit table (id, action, timestamp) instead of the
formatted string. That will facilitate subsequent queries and reporting on the data.
