1) you can release ultimate bios mods (3H) with all unlock? i write you because i have tried a msi gt783r bios and go error when boot windows...
2) is possible to mod bios with the latest mei engine firmware (8.1.30.1350) ?
3) is possible to see ssd compatibility and wi-fi mssd support?
4) i would to modifify ram settings why when i install 2x8gb 1866 by corsair strange recognize 1600 and strange timings. the ram are perfect
5) in 3h bios is possible to know model mxm supportted? i have plan to upgrade vga
6) what is the EC embedd ? i can upgrade? is a firmware? explain me

MSI GT780 DXR and Windows 8

I updated my GT780 DXR to Windows 8 and now the S-Bar will no longer work. This also means that many MSI features also don't work...like the soft button to open the DVD drive. Is there any fix for this issue?

There is no S-bar version for Win8 released yet for GT780 DX(R) (http://www.msi.com/product/nb/GT780DX-GT780DXR-.html#/?div=Utility&os=All) so no wonder it doesn't work. You have to wait for a Win8 release.

MSI GT780 DXR keyboard problem

hello,
i've got a problem with my keyboard its like i cant press W,E and space in the same time...so genarly in games such as world of warcraft i cant move forward and starf right and jump in the same time...while i can if im starfing left side...no matter what i do i cant press those 3 buttons at the same time in all games...altho when i connect a USB keyboard to the laptop i can do that without any problem...is there an driver update to fix this problem or any way i can get it fix please help me guys and thanks.

im sorry to said that a bullshit, now im useing an USB keyboard for gaming insted of useing the one in the laptop...

MSI GT780 freezing

i have a msi GT780 DXR it was working fine before but then i decided to upgrade to a cruiser ssd so took one hdd out. i made a complete backup of the operating system using acronis and restored it onto my ssd. my laptop has gone faster but at times the laptop freezes for a minute and sometimes freezes altogether then i have to reboot laptop. im wondering whether the problem is in the ssd or that i restored the operating system onto it. thanks

First thing I'd do is make sure that the firmware on the SSD is up to date.....
Actually, it could very well be the restore causing the problem....
I hate saying this, but I'd do a complete reinstall, just for sanity's sake. You went from a mechanical HDD to a SSD and there are quite a few things different in how they work and are laid out, and I wouldn't doubt that by doing the restore, it probably wouldn't work well.

Msi gt780 illuminated keyboard software and RAM problem

hi i just bought a new msi gt780 i5 version how come there was no software included to alllow me to change the colors of the l.e.d lights and i did not receive the msi afterburner
and is it true the i5 version cant go over 8 gig of ram?

MSI never answers questions

Our company have bought a lot of MSI boards over the years, but now we are going to start buying boards elsewhere.
MSI boards are usually good boards, but whenever there is a problem with a board, MSI never answer questions that we may have.
I understand that thousands of people are writing them emails everyday, but Asus, Gigatech, Epox etc. always answers our questions, even if it take a week or two or three.
As of this date we have never recieved 1 (not 1) reply from MSI ever, and that is not acceptable.
For instance - the last month we have tried to get an answer to why Adaptec RAID and MSI k7D Master do not work - but as always MSI do not answer.
My advice - do not go for MSI, but buy from Asus, Epox or someone else.

Yes, I understand your frustration. Personally, I've had an ok experience with MSI so far. As it stands, I've had one board go bad on me and I had it replaced from the supplier no problem. It took about a week.
However, I can see why you're fed up with MSI. They have been nothing but distant in relation to the many suggestions that have been repeated ad nauseum on this message board, for instance, such as was the case with the PCI speeds. It took many months for MSI to even try to fix that problem. With BIOS 2.6, I hear the problem has been slightly corrected but still needs a lot more in order to join the ranks of other more worthy boards.
I too am disappointed in MSI. With the millions of $ they possess, you would think that they would set a decent customer help line with a bunch of English-speaking people. Instead, we are met with people who do not even understand one of the most widely spoken languages in the world and therefore cannot even fix whatever problems or conflicts arise.
Abit, Asus and other board makers have proven that the PCI bug can easily be fixed. However, MSI engineers have done absolutely nothing in good faith until now. After being a witness to their amazingly blatant indifference to the message board members' complaints, I have no choice but to agree.
What is more, Asus does publish beta BIOSes while MSI does not. So if one major bug is the process of being corrected, anybody at Asus can enjoy the fixes right away, while we have to wait an eternity ro reap the benefits.
Even though my personal experience so far has been good, I have to admit that I have not experienced the frustration you have unfortunately encountered due to the fact that I haven't used any RAID or SCSI cards. I did not see how poor the scores were or which improvements were needed. In fact, I don't have a single card plugged into my motherboard right now.
However, with my next upgrade, that will most likely change and since I cannot seem to rely on such a big company as MSI to correct the problems for which they are responsible on their own products, I can't see this as being an encouraging sign for me to spend more of my hard-earned money on faulty products that I'm beta-testing, as well as non-existent customer support and late or non-existent patches/BIOS updates.
It is never too late for a company to change its image, but in reality, MSI screwed themselves over by deciding to ignore the public, which has been paying MSI employees during all this time. It is sad that the state of certain company ethics is poor.
The differences between each nForce board were minimal at best. I will therefore see no problems with switching products. I'll definitely return to MSI if and only if they ever change their ways. For now, I'm disappointed and will be shaking my head in disgust until the situation improves to my satisfaction, if that ever occurs.

MSi GT780 TurboON "P1" problem - switching of itself.

Hi,
I bought a MSi GT780 in last week. Unfortunately i have got a little problem. When i click on "P1" on touch panel the "TurboON" is switching on but after a
30sec its switching off by itself. Why is it happing like that? On this video we can see that guy is switching on
this "TurbonON" and it is not switching off byt itself. You can see that in 1:50minutes to 1:55minutes. Tell me why i have got this problem? Oh last thing ofc i have installed a Sbar.
Oh i would forgot. When i am clicking on "P1" on touch panel this button is not highlighted as the rest buttons like wifi when it is on. I guess it should be highlighted am i right?

I know the solution of this problem. Before you clikc "P1" first you have to run the "NVIDIA Overclock Tool" then you can run the "P1" so "TurboModeON" and it will not switching off itself.
Unfortunetly this "TurboModeON" is sh**. It overclocked the gpu 50hz more nothinkg more ... tell me what is it 50mhz ?

MSI GT780 - When/Will This Be available in the UK

Hi im very interested in getting the MSI GT780 Gaming Laptop, but am unable to find any UK sellers, There are some on ebay but I dont fancy buying from amercia (with import tax, power adapter, US keyboard layout etc)
I also can't find any information on when this laptop will be released in the UK, Can anyone give me any information about when I might be able to buy one.

Does MSI GT780 notebook have Sata-600?? In the website doesn't tell if it has Sata 2 or 3 (300 or 600)...
I want an answer before maybe get the notebook...

Problems with my new MSI GT780

Hello MSI-forum.
I've just recieved my new laptop GT780.
After I restarted it, I went to eat, when I came back my computer were shut down and when I opened it, it said.
Windows has encountrered a problem communicating with a device connected to your computer.
This error can be caused by unplugging a removable storage device such as an external USB drive while the device is in use, or by faulty hardware such as a hard drive or CDD-ROM drive that is failing. Make sure any removable storage is proeperly connected and then restart your computer.

PLz help! loosing internet connection reapeatedly, I have a msi GT683 DXR

Hi everyone!
Having som problems with my new computer GT683 DXR. I can surf and download things in highspeed (like 50+ Mbit) but i am repeatedly loosing connection to the internet. Doesnt matter if Im close to the router or far from it. have problems when trying to skype for example. Have never been able to make a skype call without connection problems. I get connection problems and get disconnected alot. Have 4 different computers both laptops and desktops/stationary working just fine. I have only had it for about two months, and havent installed much more than what comes with it. Drivers are updated using the MSI live update 5.
Even have the problem when connecting the network cable directly. Have a Net gear CG3100 router. Using encryption WPA2 AES. Anybody has any ideas? Or do you think its a warranty issue?

I've been reading the 94M890ML at the MSI website and had stumbled about the memory "problem". Before I take the plunge into MSI territory, I have to ask a question. Will this setup work without any headaches?

MSI Neo Platinum questions

Hi I am new here
Here is the stuff i got
MSI Neo Platinum
Athlon 64 3200 (clawhammer) CG
Zalman CNPS7000A ALCU
corsair xms 3200 1gb
maxtor sata diamondmax9
My zalman came in a retail box but, the backplate was not included, so i went ahead and installed it on the MSIs backplate. It seemed like a good fit and sits well now. When i powered the computer the CPU temp was showing about 64C. I wasnt too worried and went ahead and updated the BIOS to v 1.2. So now the temp is around 45C. Is this a good temp for A64?
Also another problem that i sometimes having is that when i power down the computer and then power it back on it just hangs in bios (that was happening in both 1.1 and 1.2 bioses) It where it says Identifying devices... or something like that. But this only happenes sometimes, and i can ctrl alt del to restart computer and it boots all fine. What I am going to do is connect those LEDs and see what they show when that happens. But for now anyone heard or had something like this happen ?
But other than these 2 things right now everything runs smothly, all benchmarks work well and system is stable.

ok man this whole thing really got me interested how come i fitted that thing on....
so i looked through zalman instructions i got, the backplate is not even part of the contents. And then it hit me, I got the Zalman CNPS7000 ALCU not Zalman CNPS7000A ALCU "A" after 7000 is the difference. now how come it fit and 7000A needs its own backplate to fit is interesting as they look identical.
to answer ur question SAB i just used the 2 nipples that came with my zalman. Stays on pretty solid.

MSI GE600 Problem/Questions

Hi first of all, my problem is when i play a game fps are fine and in a moment they drop from 60 to 30 (same example if i have 20 drops to 10) exactly to 50% all the time and then they go back to normal having the camera all the time in same place, when i went to the msi official web page i checked if there were newest drivers..

MSI b85m g43 questions

i was supposed to buy the model mentioned above a few weeks ago but had a few problems ...now im planning to buy it and have a few questions after reading customer reviews-
1.does the board support this memory-Corsair DDR3 4 GB(1 x 4GB) PC RAM (CMV4GX3M1A1600C11)?also, if i install one of these now and another(same one)later will they work together properly?
2.i saw that the msi gtx 750 2gb oc edition(i have this one) is not in the MB's vga support list...is it really not supported?
3.i have a seagate barracuda 5400 rpm attached to my current ms 7525 mobo....will the hard drive be compatible with a newer SATA 6 gbps?
4..does it have a slot for a dvd writer(which is already inside the case) connection?

Upgrading from Windows XP (probably Windows 7 Home etc.) should also be possible
Depend on what you had before, you may not need to format the whole disk but you will at least need to delete the windows directory an Programs/Programs(x86) (somehow, this cannot be done from windows).
