Multi level trigger system

 Hey everyone,i would like to know if it is possible to program a multi level trigger for the M serie or R serie PXI devices. Thanks for the reply

Hi tecla,
what do you mean by multi level trigger?
You can configure one trigger (retriggerable possible) per PXI-card, also you can synchronize your PXI systems. You can get some information here:

  • Diff between two-level infrastructure and multi-level system landscape

    Hi Experts,
    Can Anyone explain me what exactly is meant by two-level infrastructure (SAP and customer solutions) and multi-level system landscape (SAP, country-specific versions, industry solutions, partner, customer, and so on) in the below statement
    In contrast to customer exits, Business Add-Ins no longer assume a two-level infrastructure (SAP and customer solutions), but instead allow for a multi-level system landscape (SAP, country-specific versions, industry solutions, partner, customer, and so on). You can create definitions and implementations of Business Add-Ins at any level of the system landscape

    Hi
    The user-exit can be implemented once, i.e. it can be used once: so it can be used to solve a particular customer situation.
    The BADI can have several implemantations, so the same BADI can be used several times, and so it can be used to solve problem of customer, for business (so different implemantion for every SAP vertical, for example one for AFS, one for OIL,......), for a specific for a country (it's the case for the FI BADIs used to solve different legal specific of every country where SAP is implemented), .......

  • How to Make a Multi-Level Game in Flash 5

    I'm wanting to know, "How to Make a Multi-Level game with
    Flash 5"? EX: If I were to make a space game, where after reaching
    a score of 2000 points, the game pauses and displays the text
    "Stage 2", then continues or provides a button to make the game
    continue starting on stage 2. Any help with this question is

    First off.. Flash 5 is like.. Ancient. Dude. Seriously, thats
    more than
    3 versions ago, and there have been major major changes
    since.
    However, I'll give it a try..
    First off, there has to be some kind of an event that kicks
    it off. I
    would build something into the score system that would
    trigger this.
    For example.
    function updateScore():Void {
    _root.stage.scoreboard.text = myNewScore;
    if (myNewScore > 2000) {
    jumpToNextLevel();
    So, somewhere in your game a variable keeps the score.. if
    your game
    runs the updateScore function once in a while, if it hits
    more than
    2000, it triggers a new function called jumpToNextLevel.
    In the jumpToNextLevel, you would have to do more functions
    like
    pauseTheGame(), and such..
    In general.. break it down to small pieces of what you want
    to do. Each
    function would do a series of things.. Then when your going
    though your
    game, you call each function as needed.
    Hope this helps

  • How to create multi level reports?

    The report I have created contains 25 columns and is to wide. I would like to create a multi level report in the fashion of below:
    Col 1 Col 2 Col 3
    Row1 Row1 Row1
    Row2 Row2 Row2
    Col 5 Col 6 Col 7
    Row1 Row1 Row1
    Row2 Row2 Row2
    I am assuming this needs to be done by modifying html in a template.
    I have cut up a normal report to try and illistrate what I am thinking.
    http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i124/breinhar/multirow.jpg
    I greatly appreciate the help. Thanks.

    Hi,
    OK - I've put together a horizontal scrolling report template for a Theme 12/Standard report: [http://apex.oracle.com/pls/otn/f?p=33642:198]
    To create this, you need to:
    1 - Through Shared Components, Templates - create a new Report Template based on a copy of the existing Standard report template.
    2 - When you have your new template, edit it.
    3 - In the template's "Before Rows" setting, replace what's there with the following:
    <style type="text/css">
    #table1 th {white-space: nowrap}
    #table1 td {white-space: nowrap}
    #table2 th {white-space: nowrap}
    #table2 td {white-space: nowrap}
    </style>
    <table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" summary="" style="padding:0px; border-collapse:collapse;">#TOP_PAGINATION#
    <tr><td>
      <tr>
        <td style="vertical-align:top; background-color:#EFEFEF; padding:0px; border:1px solid darkgray;">
          <div id="d1" style="background-color:white; margin:0px; border:0px; padding:0px;">
          </div>
        </td>
        <td style="vertical-align:top; padding:0px; border:1px solid darkgray;">
          <div id="d2" style="overflow-X:scroll; margin:0px; border:0px; padding:0px; border-right:1px solid darkgray;">
    <table cellpadding="0" border="0" cellspacing="0" summary="" class="t12Standard" id="table2">4 - In the template's "After Rows" setting, replace what's there with the following:
          </div>
        </td>
      </tr>
    </table><div class="t12bottom">#EXTERNAL_LINK##CSV_LINK#</div></td></tr>#PAGINATION#</table>
    <script type="text/javascript">
    var d1 = document.getElementById("d1");
    var t2 = document.getElementById("table2");
    var t1 = t2.cloneNode(false);
    t1.style.width = "100%";
    t1.id = "table1";
    d1.appendChild(t1);
    var t2Rows = t2.rows;
    var k;
    var r;
    var c;
    for (k = 0; k < t2Rows.length; k++)
    r = document.createElement("TR");
    t1.appendChild(r);
    c = t2Rows[k].cells[0].cloneNode(true);
    r.appendChild(c);
    t2Rows[k].deleteCell(0);
    d1.innerHTML += "";
    </script>5 - On your report's Report Attributes, change the template used for the report from "Standard" to your new one
    6 - Also on the report's Report Attributes, set "Enable Partial Page Refresh" to No - this is required as we need the javascript in the template to be run whenever pagination happens and Partial Page Refresh does not seem to allow us the means to trigger javascript
    7 - Finally, on the report region's Region Footer, add in:
    <style type="text/css">
    #d1 {width:75px;}
    #d2 {width:500px;}
    </style>#d1 refers to the width of the frozen column and #d2 is the width of the rest of the report - you can adjust these figures as required.
    The template contains two DIV tags - d1 and d2. Initially, d1 is empty and d2 contains the report. The javascript moves the first cell in each row from d2 to d1. The styles then add the scrolling functionality.

  • Multi-level error propagation during the execution of CFM2 transaction

    Hi,
    We are implementing SAP SCM 5.0 integrated to SAP R/3 Mills IS.
    During the execution of CFM2  transaction, while  trying to activate the integration model for the object u201COrdersu201D for the very first time, the following error message appears:
    *"Multi-level error propagation carried out".*
    There are also messages related to inbound queues blocked. In the case of maintenance orders, CIF_MNT_INBOUND message shows up. While working with Production orders, CIF_ORDER_INBOUND message emerges.
    The items listed below should be taken into account:
    -The production orders that are meant to be transferred to APO are regular production orders corresponding to several products.
    -We are working with configurable materials.
    -We are working with the active model (000) and for each plant we are using 2 different planning versions.
    Regards,
    Analía Nahmías

    Dear Analía,
    The corresponding error messages issued when executing //CCR indiacted the peg-ids are missing in liveCache.
    Recommendations:
    -Run transaction /SAPAPO/OM17 to check the internal consistency between database and liveCache within SCM system. Correct the inconsistencies
    -Execute report /sapapo/cif_deltareport3 to correct the inconsistencies between ECC and SCM system

  • Multi level Group Above Report

    I have a multi level Group Above report like this.
    School name : xxxx
    Course1
    Student1
    Student2
    Course2
    Student1
    School name : yyyy
    etc...
    No students are enrolled in some of the courses. I used the Outer Query in SQL to include those courses. Everything looks okay, except the header for the students are still appearing. how do I supress the student heading if no drecords are present?
    Can somebody help me.
    Thank you
    David Smith

    hello,
    you will have to create a counter, that tells you the numbers of students (summary-column, function : count, reset on : course) and create a format-trigger on the heading that hides it when the number of students is 0.

  • Multi level mapping in PI. eg:  A = B= C w/o BPM

    Hi All,
    I want to do multi level mapping withou BPM i.e Structure A to structure B mapping and Structure B to Structure C i.e
    A=>B=> C. Let me know proc in PI 7.0/7.1 without BPM. Is this possible through Interface mapping or Interface determination ?
    Thanks,
    Jogula Ramesh

    Hi Ramesh,
    Finally you want Strcuture C as the out from PI System,?? if Yes then develop two mappings(A>B,B>C)and add it in Interface mapping,we can add any number of mappings in Interface mappings.
    The source message to Interface mapping is A and receiver would be C.
    This is will work.

  • How to commit primary key in a multi level form

    Hi ,
    I am using Jdeveloper 10.1.2.3. ADF - Struts jsp application.
    I have an application that has multiple levels before it finally commits, say:
    Level 1 - enter name , address, etc details -- Master Table Employee
    Level 2 - Add Education details -- Detail Table Education
    Level 3 - Experience -- Detail Table Experience.
    Level 4 - adding a Approver -- Detail Table ApplicationApproval
    In all this from Level 1 I generate a document number which is the primary key that links all these tables.
    Now if User A starts Level 1 and moves to level 2,he gets document no = 100 and then User B starts Level 1 and also gets document no = 100 because no commit is executed.
    Now I have noticed that system crashes if User B calls a vo.validate().
    How can I handle this case as Doc no is the only primary key.

    Hi,
    This is what my department has been doing even before I joined and its been working for our multi user environment for these many years.
    We have a table called DOC_SRNO which will hold a row for our start docno , next number in running sequence. the final number. We have this procedure that returns next num to calling application and increments the next num by 1 in the table. and final commit on the application commits all this.
    I am not sure how this was working so far but each of those applications were for different employees. I am assuming this is how it worked.
    Now in the application that I am working on, has no distinct value. So two users could generate the same docno and proceed.
    I will try the DB sequence but here is what I tried. I call the next num from DOC_SRNO and I commit this table update and then proceed with this docno so at a time both gets different docno's.
    But my running session crashes when I go to next level to insert into the detail table of my multi level form. Here when I try to get the current row from the vo which is in context, it crashes.
    Here's the steps.
    Three tables : voMainTable1 and voDetailTable1 and voDetailTable2.
    voMainTable1 on create row1- I generate new docno - post changes
    voMainTable1 on create row2- I genrate another docno - post changes
    set voMainTable1 in context
    Now I call voDetailTable1 and to get the docno to join master detail, I try to get voMainTable1.getCurrentRow. Here it crashes.
    How can I avoid this

  • Interaction Record and Multi Level Categorization

    Hello Forum,
    I would like to know if any one has implemented Multi level categorization for Interaction record in SAP CRM Web IC 7.0.
    If so how did you acheive this.
    I have done the following
    -     Create Catalogs, Codes and Code groups
    -     Create Subject profile
    -     Create Categorization schema with default subject profile.
    I could not assign Subject Profile to Transaction Type and also in the only default Subject Profile  is displayed .
    Any help is greatly appreciated.
    Thanks
    Amar

    Glen,
    I tried to create customized catalog with Category "F" which is Activity -Reason and the system did not allow me.
    So i used A1 (SAP delivered)  which has category "F" and used it  to assign Code Group Profile and Code Groups.
    I created Subject Profile with Subject Category "F" and assigned the Code Group Profile.
    I have not usedc the Transaction for assigning subject profile and Status to Transaction Type as i do not need it.
    There is not provision to directly assign subj profile to Transaction type as like service request.
    I went through the route of assigning Subj profile to Transaction Type header and another place of assigning them in the category schema.
    This is where i do not see the Customized subject profile which i have created.
    Can you tell me where exactly i can Determine of categorization schema based on transaction type/catalog category combination.
    Thanks
    Amar

  • Assigned Object text not displayed in Multi-Level Notification Lists (QM19)

    Hello Everyone !
    Today, i would like to share an issue I am facing in regards to Assigned objects in QM notifications.
    We are using Assigned objects functionality available in Enterprise Extension PLM, Enhancement Package 4 (EA-PLM 604), to link inspection lots to notification items. Assigned object type Inspection lot is provided in standard by SAP.
    All necessary configuration has been done and inspection lots are correctly linked. When we run Multi-level notification list (QM19) to display the details of notifications in a tree view with assigned objects, all information is coming except object text. In this case inspection lot text. The field is available in the structure but comes blank despite being filled in the lot.
    I would like to know if anyone has encountered such issue and how did you solve it.
    System info:
    EHP7 for SAP ERP 6.0
    Thank you.
    Ayoub.

    Hello Everyone !,
    After checking, looks like this is a missing code in standard SAP implementation for Assigned objects.
    This will be solved by small ABAP code.
    Thank you
    Ayoub.

  • Gneration of multiple Production Order from multi level BOM

    Hi Experts,
    My customer has multi level BOM. meaning child item also has its own BOM - 4 Level.
    FG-Pack - Make
          FG - Make
               SFG - Make
                    RM - Buy
    Their process is once they create Production Order for final Finished Good, System should also create Production order for child which it self are of make type and has own BOM defined in system.
    They wish that once the create Production order for FG-Pack, system should automatic generate production order for FG and SFG as both of these has BOM defined and are of procurement type Make.
    So first they will close the chile production order and receives qty. in ware house, they will issue this child qty. against main production order, and then completes the main production order.
    So they remains informed about the child item stock.
    My question is SAP Business One supports creation of multiple Production Order?
    BR
    Samir Gandhi

    Hi Samir Gandhi,
    There is no build-in function for this task. You need add-on or SDK for the job.
    If the sub level BOM items are phantom, you can create a big production order including all sub BOM components. That is system supported.
    Thanks,
    Gordon

  • Block level trigger vs form level trigger

    Hello.
    I want to know what is better - to use block or form trigger?
    I have many blocks in my form. I need to write custom code in (for example) key-crerec trigger.
    Should i put trigger into each block or should i create one at form level like:
    if :system.current_block = 'BLOCK1' then
    create_record;
    elsif...
    end if;
    Thanks.

    Hello,
    If you have to handle this stuff in more than one block, it seems more generic to put the code in a form-level trigger if you don't want to duplicate it several times.

  • LightSwitch HTML multi-level tile navigation menu

    I am working on a multi-level tile navigation system for the LS HTML client.  The idea is to have tiles on the home screen that when tapped navigate to a lower-level screen with more tiles that eventually lead to browse screens with the actual LS data.
    Here is what I have so far (simplified of course).  Looking for suggestions on how to improve this.  TIA!
    Home navigation tiles (these tiles appear on the application Home Screen)
    -Orders - tap goes to Orders Home screen with additional tiles.
    -Customers - tap goes to Customers Home screen with additional tiles.
    -Lookups - tap goes to Lookups Home screen with additional tiles.
    Order Navigation Tiles (these tiles appear on the Order home screen)
    -Orders (search/browse Orders)
    -Returns (screen based on a modeled query of Orders)
    -other tiles for screens based on modeled queries of Orders
    Customer Navigation Tiles (these tiles appear on a Customers home screen)
    -Customers (search/browse Customers)
    -other tiles based on modeled queries of Customers
    Lookup Navigation Tiles
    - Each tile links to a browse screen for one of the lookup tables.
    >>>>
    (didn't create an image/icon for this yet)
    >>> ItemTap leads to a browse screen for "Test Records".
    To power this menu system, there is a database table MenuTiles.
    MenuTiles:
    Title
    Description
    ScreenId
    MenuGroup choicelist
    -HomeGroup
    -OrderGroup
    -CustomerGroup
    ImageFileName (contains the name of the static image file for the tile)
    I have three modelled queries to get the tiles associated with each group.  The Home Screen gets its tiles from a modelled query selecting the tiles with MenuGroup == HomeGroup.  The other screens work the same way respectively.
    The Home screen has the following js.  The other screens have similar methods.
    myapp.Home.ImageFileName_render = function (element, contentItem) {
    contentItem.dataBind("value", function (newValue) {
    var newFileName = newValue;
    if (newFileName !== null && newFileName !== undefined) {
    element.innerHTML = "<image src='Content/Images/Tiles/" + newFileName + ".png'>";
    myapp.Home.MenuTilesHomeGroup_ItemTap_execute = function (screen) {
    var entity = screen.MenuTilesHomeGroup.selectedItem;
    var modelItem = entity.details.properties["ScreenId"].value;
    if (modelItem !== null && modelItem !== undefined) {
    myapp.showScreen('Browse' + modelItem);
    This all seems to work well.  The databind on the ImageFileName keeps the images updated on the screen if they are added or changed.  The ItemTap_execute function correctly navigates to a lower level navigation screen or a browse screen for the
    appropriate entity collection.
    The problem I have with it is it seems to rely on magic strings and that sort of thing.  For example, if the ScreenId does not match the name of a screen it will error.  If the ImageFileName does not match an image in the folder, it shows the default
    placeholder.  Is there a better way to do this?

    Nice Job Hessc!  I also like Dales tile menu that Dave mentioned.
    For a look at another example, albeit not multi-level, see how
    syncfusion does tiles in this demo:
    Javascript
    myapp.Home.ScreenContent_render = function (element, contentItem) {
    TileCreation(element, contentItem);
    $(".tile-li").on("click", function (args) {
    var screen = args.currentTarget ? $(args.currentTarget).attr('data') : "";
    myapp.showScreen(screen);
    function TileCreation(element, contentItem) {
    var SampleList = [
    { imgClass: "Editor", sampleName: "Editors", screenName: "BrowseEmployeeInfo" },
    { imgClass: "DatePicker", sampleName: "DatePicker", screenName: "DatePicker" },
    { imgClass: "DateTimePicker", sampleName: "DateTimePicker", screenName: "DateTimePicker" },

    Some things to notice are CSS classes are used to assign images and since it renders straight <UL> in a custom control, it prevents rendering all the extra DOM elements that LS tile list has - might make some customizations of look & feel
    easier.

  • Basic level trigger reset

    Hi,
    Can Anyone explain to me about the "Basic Level trigger detection.vi". I tried using that and it works fine but i cant seem to reset the trigger... What does resetting the trigger do? What is hysteresis for?
    Thanks,
    Sebastian

    Hello Sebastian,
    Hyteresis is used to avoid problems due to noise during the electrical interpretation of an input signal level. The following link tells you a bit more about the Schmitt Trigger that uses hysteresis. Regarding the hysteresis input of the "Basic Level trigger detection.vi" this is the way it works:
    hysteresis specifies the amount above and below level through which signal in must pass before a trigger level crossing is detected. Trigger hysteresis is used to prevent noise from causing a false trigger. For a rising edge slope, the signal must pass below level – hysteresis before a trigger level crossing is detected. For a falling edge slope, the signal must pass above level + hysteresis before a trigger level crossing is detected
     The reset signal is used to force the reset of the input signal on the next call of the VI. If such a reset is inactive, the VI stores the last input signal value and will use it as the initial value the next time the VI is called. Please note that this input is defined as FALSE by default
    Hope this helps you.
