Multiple Issues for Fiori Track Sales Order App

Hello,
We're experiencing quite a few issues with the Fiori Track Sales Order App and were wondering if anyone else out there had experienced anything similar and if they were able to resolve these issues.  Unfortunately, there are hardly any notes out there for the Track Orders app, so we aren't able to implement any existing fixes
1.) As mentioned in a previous post (link below), contact information is not showing in the app, even though the service is returning these contacts and they're displayed in the console.  We've had an incident open with SAP for quite some time but have yet to hear back.

2.) If the user is in the app while a delivery is created, choosing the refresh option just refreshes the overall status of the order.  The item statuses are not updated.  User has to exit the app and re-enter for changes to take effect for the items.
3.) Searching by PO Number is not working.
4.) Searching for orders in the search period only works if there is an order in the parameter maintained for the order period.  If a customer does not have any orders in the order period but does have orders in the search period maintained, orders are not found when executing a search on the server. 
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. We're on the following service packs:

Just FYI. This does not solve your issue but,
I see you use old UI components which were released in May 2013.
Important Note: Please use new UI with new SAP Fiori Launchpad
New UI components have UI extension points and work with new SAP Fiori Launchpad.
Please find correct components based on your Backend version.

    Even after recreating the material & salesorder app still getting the same blank page.
    For accessing destination (ES1) i used some other credential as i am not able to reset the password of my account since i am getting below for a longtime.
    System Down:
    The system is not accessible please have a look at the Operations Document for the system status or check back later.

  • SAP Fiori Error - Create Sales Order app doesn't run after Google Chrome updates

    I have a problem with the create sales order app (ui5_sd_so_cr).
    Everything works fine until Google Chrome browser updates to version 34.0.1847.116 m .
    The create sales order application has an error when i try to checkout the cart.
    This error is in the SalesOrderCreatePriceAndAvailabilityCheck.controller.js and SalesOrderCartDetails.js in this function:

    The error is in the line 07. Cannot read property 'body' of undefined
    Variable g is undefined.
    I tested the application with other browsers (IE, Firefox, Safari) and everything works perfectly. Only Chrome has this kind of problem.

    Few things you can try,
    Upgrade your UI5 library version. Latest is 1.18
    Implement release notes :
    1948368 - Fiori Create Sales Order Wave 1 Common Library Fixes
    1947789 - Fiori Create Sales Order Wave 1 Fixes
    Check if these can be applied or go with UI library update.
    1939288 - Hotfix 1.16.5 for UI AddOn SP06 SC: UI2_SRVC

  • Issues in Web service created for updating the Sales Order

    Hi All,
    We created a Web service using the Web service tool in CRM 7.0 ( Using the Component WS_DESIGN_TOOLS )
    Web service was created for three modes such as READ, CREATE and CHANGE Modes.
    READ Web Service we tested and its working fine as we were able to see the data for an existing Sales Order in the Web Service.
    We expect that the Change Web Service will update the data of an existing Sales Order.
    Through our Web service we are passing the Order GUID ,Order ID and some Header Fields as well as Item Fields but  the in the Web Service we are getting a message that Web service executed successfully but the CRMD_ORDERADM_H Table isnot getting updated.
    What could be problem.
    Any suugestions will be highly appreciated.

    I checked in SICF for the Webservice name created.
    this is the service path
    /default_host/sap/bc/srt/rfc/sap/ for the corresponding Web Service created in DEV 200 Client.
    I checked in SOAMANAGER and saw  that the  endpoitnts were zero.
    the Search Operation for Webservice have got three query fields mainly
    Object Id, Posting Date,Procees Type
    If we give Process Type
    sign - blank
    option - blank
    low - YPO ( Custom )
    High - blank we are getting 126 entries.
    and if we check for the Process Type YPO (Custom ) in CRMD_ORDERADM_H Tbale also we are getting the same no of entries.
    but only for option BT , for Posting Date issue is thr..
    Any inputs to move forward will be highly appreciated.

  • SAP Fiori Track Purchase Order Error

    Hi,
    We are implementing SAP Fiori Track Purchase order standard Application. Have configured and activated services. Able to run app and view PO's. Error occurs after tap on PO's. as "HTTP Request Failed" I am here with attaching Error Snapshots.

    Issues:1
    I am getting the following error in Track purchase order fiori Application.
    This problem happen when I am searching a Purchase order(PO) number in the left panel and it's not able to find that PO number. It is  giving error as mentioned below.
    Issue:2
    we have created some PR(purchase requisition) and from that we create some PO. So ideally that should appear in Track purchase order Apps. But it was not showing directly in the screen. If i use the filter option in the left panel to 7 days then also its is not coming.
    But when I search particular PO number which i created today in the left panel search box its give that PO details and works fine then.
    Issue:3
    we have created a Purchase order through purchase requisition and get delivered in ECC. The status of delivered is not changing.
    Can you please help me on this.All the issues are mentioned for Track Purchase order Fiori App.

  • BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE to update reason for rejection of sales order item

    Hi,
    The FM BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE is not working properly as I am getting below error when try to update the reason for rejection at sales order item level.
    The delivery is done for this salesorder. Is it because the reason for rejection field is not as an input field when delivery done?
    error in return table is " Field 'ABGRU' cannot be changed, VBAPKOM 000010  ready for input"
    Request your suggestions to avoid this error.

    Yes, Most likely.. You can confirm this by trying to change a order without delivery and see if it goes thru (to ensure that you have passed correct parameters)...
    you may have to delete the delivery (and if billing document exist, cancel it), before you can reject the line item... it would be safer to raise an error message and let the users manually delete delivery document as long as you don't have large volumes of this scenario..

  • Restriction of number of POs for a single Sales Order

    Hi,
    Currently, For a Single Sales Order multiple Purchase Orders are being created. Now, the Client wants to restrict number of Purchase Orders for a Single Sales Order that means, he wants only 1 Purchase Order for 1 Sales Order. Could you guys suggest how can I do this..? Is there any configuration for this ? Please suggest.

    In VA01 once you enter into the document and give the sold to party name below that you can see PO No there give only one PO no and and PO date based on the requested quantity the sale order will be created subsequent delivery and billing will happen.

  • Idoc not created for a particular sales order

    Hi,
        For a particular sales order , idoc is not created .
    The idoc has to be generated when we create a sales order ,
    but for a particular sales order , the idoc is not generated when the sales order is created. The program is assigned in
    nace for output type zd00.  
    RSNASTED is the program which triggers the idoc and FM: IDOC_OUTPUT_ORDRSP.
    How to debug and see why the idoc is not generated,
    i had kept break point in idoc_output_ordrsp function module
    and program rsnasted, but my control does not
    reaches this point.
    can anyone help me in this issue.

    Could you please check if the output is processed or not, whether in the output type what all conditions you have maintained e.g send immediately.

    Hi,
    In customer master in shipping screen of sales area data we have a field for partial deliveries. SAP allows 9 maximum deliveries for a single sales order. The partial deliveries should be allowed otherwise the system will not allow you to create multiple deliveries for the same order.
    Create a sales order in VA01, save it. Go to VL01N and as per your requirement change the delivery qty. For example the order qty is 50. For the first time when i go to VL01N, in the delivery qty field i will change it from 50 to say 10, accordingly i will pick 10 pc only and I will do PGI. The next time i go to VL01N the system will show me 40 in delivery qty field. I will change it from 40 to 10 and do the picking & PGI. Similarly i do the same thing 3 more times. Now my sales order qty is 50 and i have 5 deliveries for this sales order.
    <b>Creating single invoice:</b>
    Go to VF01 and enter all the 5 different delivery numbers there and press  enter. Click on execute or press "F8" the system will take you to a screen where it will show you 5 line items of the same material with 10 quantities each. Save the invoice. Thus you created a single invoice for multiple deliveries of a single sales order.
    <b>Invoice split:</b>
    Suppose when the delivery of the items is being done for different shipping addresses then the SH is different. Now the invoice will split - means after you enter the 5 delivery numbers and press "F8" the system will show you a button for "Split Analysis" If you click on this the system will show you the criteria because of which the split is taking place. The followig are important for invoice split:
    1. Ship to party,
    2. Incoterms,
    3. Billing date,
    4. Reference number

    The best way is to make the order qty is equal to the quantity delivered. This way, when some one looks at this order in future - they think that the order was for X and the delivery was for X qty is completed. They will not know the background of the issue unless they go through change log. Even in change log, they see that the Ord qty was adjusted, but may not understand why?
    The good practice is to make order qty equal to already delivered qty.
    Create a new line for the remaining qty and reject the same with appropriate reason for rejection. This way, any one can understand the background , the reason for rejection easily. Hope it helps !

  • How can I reserve stock for a specific sales order?

    We would like to reserve stock for a specific sales order X which must be delivered next month. I have created a reservation (trx. MB21) for sales order X (movement type 231). MD04 list shows the reservation and decreases ATP stock. Stock is blocked for allocation to other sales orders. So far, it works as required. But: I cannot deliver sales order X either! It is possible to post GI for the reservation but there is no link to sales order X. It is still not possible to deliver sales order X. I thought entering the sales order number in the reservation would link the reservation to the sales order but appearently it is not.
    Does anyone know if it is possible to use reservations for reserving stock for sales orders? If yes, how does it work?
    If not, is there a way to reserve stock for future issue of a specific sales order or for a specific customer?

    PS We confirm all sales orders. Stock allocation / ATP-check only takes place at delivery creation.

    Thanks for your reply. We are not going to work in MTO environment because we do not make/purchase to order... I will explain our process/requirement in detail:
    Normaly a customer orders our products and we deliver from stock. Sometimes a customer calls and informs us that he needs an extraordinary large amount of the product next month. Customer tells us that it is very important that the full quantity is available that date. For us it is no problem to purchase that amount of products in time but we must avoid other customers to take away the stock. Since we confirm all sales orders and do not allocate stock to sales orders, I am looking for a solution to 'reserve' that amount of stock for that specific customer to be available at that specific date (next month).
    I tried to use reservations but then I need a sales order number, so that's why I created a sales order with delivery date next month. I created a reservation (movement type 231, sales order number X + sales order item number). Unfortunately the stock can still be assigned to other customers/sales orders... (I was expecting that only sales order X could use this reserved stock...).
    Do you know if reservations can be used for this purpose? I do not need a sales order (I only created it because I need to enter a sales order + item in the reservation), if there is a way to reserve quantity for a specific customer this would be a good solution for us as well.

    "Oracle Master Scheduling/MRP and Supply Chain Planning calculates the ATP quantity of an item for each day of planned production by adding planned production during the period (planned orders and scheduled receipts) to the quantity on hand, and then subtracting all committed demand for the period (sales orders, component demand from planned orders, discrete jobs, and repetitive schedules).
    Note: Committed demand does not include forecasted demand or manually entered master demand schedule entries. Also, the amount available during each period is not cumulative. Oracle Master Scheduling/MRP and Supply Chain Planning does not consider ATP quantities from prior periods as supply in future periods. "

  • MRP area for running a sale order MRP

    Hello PP experts,
    I come across a scenario where , I need to do the  MRP run for sale order in a MRP area. I have checked , I can put PIR with respect to MRP AREA , but when I open MD50 screen for running MRP for sale order. I did not found the MRP AREA
    field in the screen.
    In short , my question is , How the sale order MRP run ,  system will do in a MRP
    area defined for the material ?
    Here , I have already defined the material is MRP AREA and also I have created
    MRP area segment in the material master.
    I have also configured the MRP area in SPRO.

    I am using plant MRP area. For FERT , I am using make to order strategy 20.
    I want to specify the real problem. It is like below.
    Suppose 'A ' is sumassembly goes to a variant configured MTO KMAT say 'V'.
    The same 'A'  subassembly is a child for a make to stock FERT say ' S'.
    Presently  using strtegy 11 for MTS fert 'S' and 10 for the subassembly ---'A'.
    Now the planner want to plan for the subassembly.
    He is putting the PIR for the subassembly as sales order is not availble and he is putting the PIR for FERT 'S'.
    When sales order is coming then additinal quantity planning is happening.
    So I suggested to use the strategy 70 for subassembly 'A' , so the sales order (of 'V') OF  quantity will be offset for the PIR of the SUBASSEMBLY 'A'.
    But the consumption of PIR of 'A' will  be apllicable to MTS  FERT that is 'S'.
    So how can we prevent the system from offsetting the dependent requiremet triggered from the PIR of 'A'.
    That means the consumption  (that is the usage of stategy 70) of the FERT requirement should only work for ' A' and sales order based KMAT 'V'.
    The same offseting should not work for subassembly 'A' and MTS FERT 'S'.
    For for Make to order KAMT 'V' , if I use MRP area and do the sales order planning in MRP area. Will I get the desired result ?

  • Problem for releasing  blocked sales order on Creditlimit

    Hi Gurus,
            I a   hve a problem for releasing blocked sales orders
             what i have done: 1)i have blocked sales order based on exceeded creditlimit
             (i have change SDType in 'OVAK' is 'C')
                      2)now i have to release for furthur processing so i have done following steps
                      3)Goto VKM3/VKM1 T.Code and then release what order that is blocked.
                      4) order will appear in the list.
                      5)Select that one.
                      6)Click on the green flag that appears on the left hand side.
                      7)Click on save.
                      8)click on back it will ask for "Leave list".
                      9)Click on yes.
                      10)It said that Sales orer has been released
    Still what my problem is:
    Problem: 1)So i'm trying to create deliver for Sales order but it shows an error
             2)"Sales order is blocked for delivery: Credit limits" Even it was released    
    Plz kindly help  me what i do....

  • Add new F4 (searchhelp) for material in sales order

    I read the following related poste:
    customisation of F4 for material in sales order
    In that post Atul wanted to change an existing search help. My problem is differnet I think.
    What I have:
    In VA01 I have many different SearchHelps for the material: 9 standards and 2 from my serviceprovider. The standards have shortcuts M, A, H, K, L, N, O, P and S. The two custom ones have 2 and Y.
    in MM03 I have even more different SearchHelps for the material: maybe 23 standards and 3 customized ones. The standards have the shortcuts M, A, B, C, E, F, H, I, J, K, L, N, O, P, R, S, T, V and W (then one without ?!?), then G, U. The custom ones are 1, 2, 3, Y.
    I now want to use the searchhelp (for example) "I" (in german its "Artikel zur Liefarentenartikelnummer", so I think its about "Material from suppliermaterialnuber" in english) that I can use in MM03 as well in VA01.
    Where do I have to customize / program things to do so?

    I had to include the Searchhelp MAT1I into the section "included searchhelps" of searchhelp SD_MAT1 within transaction SE11 and run the default parameter assignment (Button).
    I know it was MAT1I because I looked it up in Searchhelp MAT1_A... just to round this ticket for maybe the next readers.
