  • Single billing document for multiple delivery documents

    Hi,
Can someone tell me how to configure or proceed to make single billing document for multiple delivery documents.
    Document flow: Contract--> Order---> Delivery----> Billing

Being an old member of the forum, there is no need to stress the importance of adhering to forum rules where it has been clearly spelled out to avoid posting repeated queries.
If you search the forum or Google it, you will find lot of documentations available on the same topic.  Take the inputs and try on your own.  Still if you face any issue, update here.

  • Multiple PGI against a sinlge Delivery document

    Hi Gurus,
Can we have multiple PGI's against a single delivery documents?
If yes please provide me the step to do the config.
    Thanks.
    Laxmi.

    Dear Laxmikanta,
as you are saying its clients requirement, It was hard for me to imagine why would anyone need such strange requiremnt.
I think of one scenario why it would be needed lets say
User created a delivery with few items in the delivery and now only wants to partialy deliver it. then add few more matrials in the delivery and again do PGI,
for such requirement simply suggest them to delete the delivery and create the new one.

  • STO- delivery document not commiting materials from storage location.

While creating an STO PO and delivery to move a material from a storage location in Plant 0003 (plant 0003 consists of 30 storage locations and 3 Shipping Points (1 for each of the Depots)), we are facing 0 stock issue.
We can change the Shipping Point in the STO PO to the Depot the material is coming from but no place to identify the Storage Location from which we are pulling.
The STO PO commits the material and provides a commit date.
We are using VL10B to create the Delivery > the Delivery fails and the log says "440000 0010 Only 0 EA of material 772-8760-876 available".  There is material in 3 different Storage Locations in that Plant.
Does a delivery document consider shipping point only and not the storage location (sloc) inventory?
Do we need sloc-shipping point tie-up one to one?
We have inventory in both Storage Locations for MRP and for NO MRP.
Any advice, not sure if we are missing anything in config!
    Thnx!
    Points will be rewarded.

    Check the following in OPJJ
The checking rule(for delivery it is B in std SAP) and avaiability check(from material master) combination
in the storage loc check sub screen
NO storage loc inspection  check box is activated or not?
If it is not activated then system will check as per storage loc specified in delicvery, if activated, then system will check and give commitent at plant level
    One more check is
In table TVKOL, is the storage loc is determined through shipping point/plant/stog condition combination?
IS so this storage loc is taken for checking

  • Retrieve Multiple Serial Numbers for given Delivery Document and Item

    Hello Experts,
I am currently working on a 2Lis datasource to extract Delivery information. Now it is required to append the
datasource with field (say ZZSERNO) which should extract ALL Serial Numbers from OBJK table for a given Delivery Item.
I know that there is a link between table SER01 and OBJK to retrieve the same. However, my concern is- C_T_Data table is
already providing the Delivery Information and along with that I want to display ALL Serial numbers for a given Delivery Item.
A delivery Item can have more that one serial number linked to it as what I see in VL03N for a Delivery document.
So currently in RSA3, I retrieve say 1 record for a given Delivery Document and Item .Now an Item has say 10 Serial Numbers
associated with it, so i should see 10 Records for that Delivery Document and Item, after executing RSA3.
Please provide me with the CMOD logic to do so.

    Hi,
You can Link LIPS and OBJK tables with Delivery and Del Item.........refer below for the code.
    1) Declare an Internal table of type OBJK with fields DEL DOC, DEL ITEM and ZZSERNO .
    2) Declare another Internal Table ITAB_LIPS of type LIPS with required fields say in your case *DEL DOC, DEL ITEM and ZZSERNO....etc.
    3) Use below select statement to extract records from LIPS into ITAB_LIPS that you have declared for to fetch LIPS data.
Select DEL DOC, DEL ITEM ( here i have included only few fields but as per requirement please add fields here)   from
LIPS into corresponding fields of Table ITAB_LIPS.
    4) write one more select statement to fetch Serial number data.
Select DEL DOC, DEL ITEM ZZSERNO  from OBJK into corresponding fields of TABLE ITAB_OBJK for all entries in ITAB_LIPS
where DEL DOC = ITAB_LIPS-DEL DOC and
                DEL ITEM = ITAB_LIPS-DEL ITEM.
    Loop at ITAB_OBJK.
Read table ITAB_OBJK into ITAB_LIPS with keys DEL DOC    DEL ITEM.
    ITAB_LIPS-DEL DOC = ITAB_LIPS-DEL DOC
    ITAB_LIPS-DEL ITEM = ITAB_OBJK-DEL ITEM.
    IF SY-SUBRC = 0.
    ITAB_LIPS-ZZSERNO = ITAB_OBJK-ZZSERNO.
    ENDIF
    ENDLOOP.
    Hope the above code helps

  • Multiple Delivery document for Single Inbound Delivery

    Dear Experts,
    My scenario is;
    I have 2 Purchase Orders.
    PO 1 -> 100 QTY
    PO 2 -> 150 QTY
I have done partial GRN against PO 1. In confirmations tab the inbound delivery no is shown.
Latter I want to do inbound delivery for the remaining qty of PO1 and PO2 in the same inbound delivery. But while trying to pull the POs delivery, 2 delivery document are generated. I need to do the inbound delivery in single delivery document.
    Kindly guide.
    Thanks & Regards
    Ranjit Simon John

Can you clarify on that: error message "Please maintain Table T163L". I have maintained inbound delivery in confirmation tab.
I just checked on table T100 but I cannot find such message, it could be that T163L is a variable which would make it a pretty generic message, but I would be interested in the message number.
I have 2 message with T163 mention in the text which are:
    E
    VL
    664
There is no entry for confirmation category & in T163D
    E
    VL
    665
No delivery type assigned to confirmation category & (table T163D)
Further you are saying you have already maintained an inbound delivery in the confirmation tab.
Isn't this a kind of duplicate if you have already an IBD maintained and you want create another one?
Looking at this message again, it starts for me to make sense then, because the customizing is about sequence , and you do not have an entry that you expect another IBD as a second activity in your confirmation sequence.

  • Multiple billing from one delivery document

    Hi Gurus..
I have one billing scenario in that delivery document has 100 qty (PGI) but while billing document I have to select only 50 qty and remaining 50 qty will have one more billing document.
Please note that I have tried this thru u201CSelection Listu201D in billing document but when I entered in Selection list overview the field open quantity has grey. Ideally it should be in white so that I can change the open quantity and create less qty bill .
Can any body tell me why that open quantity field is Grey?
    Regards,
    RAJ

    hi Raj
    1. Check Delivery to billing copying control Seeting T code = VTFL in that Billing quantity is = B and Pos./neg. quantity = "+"
    2. Check Item Category Setting in T code VOV7 in that check field Billing Relevance, it should be "K" Delivery-related invoices for partial quantity

  • Prevent creation of a delivery document

    Hi,
We are making a delivery through project( Trx CNS0)
A reservation is created for a material in project 1 and project 2  for plant stock and a storage location is specified.
The material in question is available for 100 pc  in the storage location.
When we create delivery for project 1 ( 100 pc) , system allows the creation of delivery document.
It also allows the creation of delivery for project 2 ( 100 pc) , eventhough the total stock is only 100 pc.
However , after PGI has been done for project 1 , system issues an error message " deficit stock" for project 2 at PGI.
We have maintained 01-daily requirements in MRP3 view.
We want to prevent creating a delivery document when there is no sufficient stock and do not want to wait until PGI is done.
Please suggest how can we achieve this .
    Thanks,
    Manohar

    Thanks for your reply.
We are making delivery through project ( using Trx CNS0).
The sales order is for , say, supply of 1 no of building.
The parts are delivered to site , in knocked down condition or in various assemblies. For this , we  use Trx CNS0 and pick the project stock / plant stock items and then create outbound delivery documents.
    To answer your questions :
    1) Is the requirements check box ticked in your schedule line category (VOV6) -. Not ticked for Category LP.
    2) In availability check control whether include sales requirements check box is ticked (OVZ9).
There are many entries under 01-daily requirements. How does the system pick for deliveries through project ? is not clear to me. We have not created any new checking rules.
    3) In delivery item category availability check off is not X (0VLP). Relevant for picking is flagged.
    Expecting further replies,
    Thanks,

  • Availability check on storages in sales order and delivery documents

    Hi all,
I'm verifying if it's possible to find a standard or a custom solution for this type of problem:
I have a scenario in which there are more storages relevant for MRP (ex. 01, 02, 03, 04), and, in if I check availability in sales order or delivery (using checking rules "A" or "B") with setting which considering storages location inspection in availability check control, system check if there's stock available on all these storages.
I'm trying to verify if it's possible to consider only some on these storages (ex. 01 and 03 only) in sales order and delivery documents availablity check.
I know that in sales order storage location field is normally filled only using exit, but i don't know if it's possible to do, using a user exit, check availability considering only some storages and not all. At delivery level i have tried to use stock strategy, but this functionality don't have consequences on availability check, also if it's relevant during good issue phase.
    Any suggestion will be appreciated.
    Regards
    Gianpaolo

    Hi Gianpaolo,
We had some issues with availability check on a Customer Site.
I don't remember right now if we had to exclude storage locations from MRP to take them out from ATP, but I guess Shiva is 100% correct.
At the end, what was done was to always "force" a unique storage location in the sales order item, which will be the storage location used for shipping of the delivery of course.
If you use WM in your plant, then you will have no problem in having a unique storage location, so no problem.
Anyway you are correct in your analysis, if the Storage location is not informed in the sales order item, then all the plant stock is taken in account for ATP.

  • How to stop creating mutiple performa invoice from delivery document

    case -
i am creating stock transfer performa invoice on the basis of stock trf purchase order and delivery document. i want to stop creating multiple performa invoice.
    Mukesh Kumar

If your requirement is to generate a certain output automatically only once for a certain document, you can set it for the output type in  transaction NACE (for example - NACE --> select the application --> "Output types").
There's a "Multiple issuing" indicator (VN_T685B-MEHRF) through which you can control the desired behaviour.
Edited by: Csaba Szommer on Jul 28, 2010 1:40 PM
Sorry, I misunderstood your question...please neglect the suggestions above...
As per SAP online help there's no limitation how many proforma invoices can be created from one delivery / sales order:
    http://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_04/helpdata/EN/dd/5610c9545a11d1a7020000e829fd11/frameset.htm
If you want to restrict this, I think you should follow KC's suggestion and modify your copy control routine.
Since in standard system this function does not exists you won't find suitable copy routine. That's why - in my opinion - you should use the same copy routine which has been set till now - you just have to modify it (add an ABAP code to check whether proforma invoice is already created or not; maybe you can check the entries in table VBFA)

  • SD create Collective delivery document against scheduling agreement.

    Dear freinds,
I have created  scheduling agreements for single material , and updated forecast deliery agaisnt IDOCS,
now I want to make a single delivery agaisnt four different materials.
I use Transaction VL 10 for Delivery due list and  selected diff. materials four items, executed  backgroud run,
system is creating two delivery documents instead of one.
Please advise me how to get single delivery document against multiple delivery due items.
in customer master i marked to order combination, partial delivery allowed up to 9 deliveries
    Regards
    Dilip

    Excellent information !
I understood what you have mentioned .
Just I need your clarifications for my below queries to fix this issue .
There are 6 line items in this scheduling agreement .
For 3 line items , delivery schedule date is 02/08/2008 . for another 2 line items, delivery schedule is 05/07/2008 . due to this different delivery schedules for line items  in scheduling agreement . whenever  user creates delivery , delivery split is happening .
In order to avoid this problem , can ask user to change delivery schedule for another 2 line items to 02/08/2008 from 05/07/2008 . ?
If user change this delivery schedule  for this line items , is there any ramification in anyway ?.
    Thanks In Advance

  • Delivery Document creation using buffered data?

We're using BAPIs to create an STO with estimated volumes/dates.
But, when the Actual information comes in, we first update the STO with actual volume, then create a delivery document. The problem is that the delivery document is using the estimated volume even though we've committed the volume change and can pull up the STO to see it prior to Delivery create.
    For STO, we're using:
    BAPI_PO_CREATE1 and
    BAPI_PO_CHANGE
    For Delivery creation, we're using:
    BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CREATE_STO
It seems that the Delivery is reading buffered information rather than what's actually been committed to the DB. Is there a way to bypass the buffer when calling this BAPI?
    thanks,
    Robert
