Muse/BC Bug: Secure page web form in BC gets deleted everytime I publish

I have a secure page signup form that I have placed using a content holder in BC and inserted in Muse. Every time I make correction in Muse and republish, the webform is deleted from the list webform at the BC side. This is the error I got when I tested the signup form:
ERROR: You have deleted your web form. Please login to the Admin panel of your website and remove the previously submitted form from the web page you last visited. You will need to recreate this web form by going to Modules -> Webforms. After recreating simply insert this new web form into the web page and your web form should work properly.

I have followed these steps and still continue to get the following error message:

When I published the BC form on a page and submitted it, I got the following message:
Credit Card Payment Failed
There was an error processing your credit card. Please correct this and try again.
ERROR: An error occurred while processing credit card
Non-seamless gateway with no shopping cart not supported. Error
Please go back and correct this.
Any suggestions?

Hi there,
Your phone number field name doesn't match any of the BC's phone number fields. You have name="PhoneNumber" there, but BC names are name="HomePhone" and name="CellPhone".
Try reinserting that form onto a page and submitting it.

If Firefox home page is a secure page why does it always get hijacked by yahoo.co.uk?????

Need to know where and how to find the icon (or any other method) which allows me to delete the yahoo.co.uk hijack. I don't even live in the UK!

If you are shown the Firefox main page but the search bar is set to Yahoo, try changing your Search settings:
* On the Search Bar (bar to the right of the address bar), click the icon or downward triangle
* Select the search provider you want as the main search engine
You can delete search providers you do not want by repeating the steps above but selecting "Manage Search Engines" and performing the necessary actions there. Please see [[Search bar - add, change and manage search engines on Firefox]] for more information.
If when you start Firefox you are sent to a different home page, first check your home page settings to make sure nothing was appended (if there is a | followed by another link, that tells Firefox to open another tab with that link):
* Tools (or [[Image: New Fx Menu]]) > Options > General
Also check your add-ons for any suspicious extensions:
* Tools (or [[Image: New Fx Menu]]) > Add-ons > Extensions
Check your list of install programs in Windows - Control Panel > Programs and Features. If you installed a yahoo toolbar, try uninstalling it to see if that fixes the problem.
You can also check to see if your shortcut has been tampered with. Right click on your Firefox shortcut and select Properties. Check the target line under the Shortcut tab for any web pages after the "firefox.exe".
You can also use the [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/searchreset/ Search Reset Tool]. This will reset your search and home page preferences to the default value then uninstall itself. Note that if your preferences are not saved and revert back when you restart Firefox, you may have third party software, such as an antivirus, preventing your preferences from being changed. When i publish from muse ecommerce form in BC gets deleted

I made part of the site in muse and part in BC, now when I publish from muse it deletes the e-commerce form making checkout unavailable.
How can i avoid this?

Sorry fellas, but I have the same problem. Forms that have been used scores of times are still deleted when I update the site from Muse. This fix does not work.
BC is of very little use to me, if I have to rebuild my forms every time I change a bit of text. I'd rather not go through the hassle of moving to a different provider at this stage. Any other ideas?

Cookies option has disappeared on my security page. How do I get the option to appear again?

I have totally lost the option under my "Safari" , "Preferences", "Security" to select "cookies" to be on or off. The option is simply not there on the page! How could it have disappeared? Any ideas how I can get the option back?

What version of Safari?
Is there a Privacy tab in the preferences? If so have a look in there.

Something keeps deleting my web form when I publish from Muse

I'm developing a site in Muse.
I create a web form in BC and generate HTML which I copy and paste into an HTML block in Muse. Everything seems fine. I publish the page and when I submit the form I get redirected to a page that says, in red letters, "You have deleted your web form, you must re-create the form in BC," or something to that effect. Sure enough, I go into BC and the web form has disappeared.
Why would this be? I've recreated it several times, and same result every time. I also tried publishing it as a Module link, and the same thing happened.

Hi All.
I have two questions.
1. How do I customise the page that appears after a web form has been filled in. The page the sumarises the details filled and thanks the user for filling in the form?
2. We have created a web app to display info on a page, which it does, but it isn't pulling the CSS styling from the main template. To make it work we have been putting inline CSS in the web app code, but this isn't ideal. Is there a way to make it look for the main CSS?

1. You can find it under Site Manager > System Pages > Web Forms Confirmation Page
2. Does the detail page/web app item use a template? Did you make sure the referencing looks something like this: <link rel="stylesheet" href="/css/styles.css" />?

You cannot drop components on plain HTML documents, only web form

Hi,
I have created new page, from page navigation->new page. Added output text components, buttons,text fields, dropdowns, etc. Next day, all the components just disappeared from the JSP page but the JSP source file still has the all the outputText, selectOneMenu,inputText,etc.
I tried to add new components again but it wouldn't let me to add, instead displays a message "You cannot drop components on plain HTML documents, only web form".
So I deleted the page, recreated whole page from scratch, after few hours the very same problem.
I deleted the page again and created the new page from scratch, wrote java code which was working absolutely fine. Next day its the same problem again.
I am fed up with creating the same page again and again, wasting lots of time. Can some one please tell me whats going on?
I did search the forum, few people reported the same problem but couldn't the find solution.
Can some pleaseeeee tell me whats going on.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, the link dint solve my problem.
I have already read this link and the cpu time is not my problem( I mean not highest priority for now, I will have look in to it once I solve the drag and drop problem).
I haven't used getContext() so its not the source of the problem. I din't quite understand the workarround suggested by Eric. Could you please explain in detail about the workarround? and how to do it?

Web Form - Text

Hi,
In my workforce plan type I have an account member set as data type text. In the web form you can type anything to that member and it will store as a number in essbase which is great. In the other plan type for the same application, I just created another member as data type text, but when I try to type text into that member in the web form I am getting an error - invalid value. I can enter numbers just fine, but letters give an error.
The two members have the exact same properties, but one is in workforce and the other is in plan 1, that's the only difference. Anyone know why I can't enter letters into a member with data type text? Is there another setting on the web form that needs to be set?

I am not sure where you are going wrong because I can't replicate the issue, maybe it is around the evaluation orde as you need to set it for all the plan types you use.
I created a new account member against plan1 with a data type of text
I created another account member against workforce with a data type of text.
Set the evaluation order for account against plan1
Set the evaluation order for account against workforce
Created a form against plan1 and included the plan1 text account member
Creared a form against workforce and included the workforce text account member.
Both forms I could enter text against.

Help with Business Catalyst Web forms and Adobe Muse.

I created a websform to log into a secure zone using business catalyst. I pasted the webform's html into Adobe Muse. After publishing my site. The websform I created in business catalyst is deleted, but I can see all of the forms that I created using Muse in the webform section. Is there a fix for this problem? Thanks

There is a workaround. It takes a little more work, but it is definitely worth it and will solve your problem. I subscribed and learned from tutorials on the www(.)trainsimple(.)com. They have a video series called "Muse CC Business Catalyst Integration" which was very helpful. The issue that everyone on here is referring to is covered in the 3 videos labelled, "Email Sign Up Checkbox", "Moving Muse Webforms to Business Catalyst" and "Email Marketing".
Essentially, what you want to do is create a form in Business Catalyst, turn that form into a module, assign a tag to that module, then put the tag into Muse using Object > Insert HTML. This will solve Muse deleting the web forms everytime.

you can using webelements depending on your version of enterprise and using the dhtml viewer. this works on the report level so that other reports can still have the export button available.

Security BUG in the web container!

Hello,
I have just accidently discovered a security BUG in the web container. The bug permits you to view the source of the JSP page (welcome page).
To reproduce the bug, do the following:
1. Create a web application. Create new page with name Index.jsp. Add "Index.jsp" into the web.xml as a welcome file.
2. Deploy it under, let's say, "SecurityBugWebApp".
3. Access http://host/SecurityBugWebApp/ or http://host/SecurityBugWebApp/Index.jsp - everything should be as usual - you should see a normal output of a JSP page.
4. Access http://host/SecurityBugWebApp/Index.JSP (notice the case of the ".JSP" ). You should be able to see the source code of the web page. This bug even works if it is under security constraint! This doesn't seem to work, however, with JSPs not listed in the welcome file list.

What is 'Web Form Security' in the forms module?

I'm looking thought a BC site Admin area, trying to make some mods to a form, and I noticed that there is a 'Web Form Security Module' under the E-Commerce tab, in the Web Forms builder. Anyone know what this is/does? I've searched the docs and can't find it.

"Web form security" (module_ccsecurity) module is there for CSRF protection. You can read more about it here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cross-site_request_forgery
If you place that module within the form tags on the page it will render a field such as this:
