The only way to reinstall OS X on a Mac already running v10.9 is to use OS X Recovery.
Starrtup your Mac while holding down the Command + R keys.
From there you should be able to access the built in utilities to repair the startup disk and reinstall OS X.

The iphone warranty is not international. It is based from the original country of purchase. You will need to ship to someone you know in the Canada to bring it to Apple for evaluation. Then that person will have to ship the phone back to you. Shipping and insurance will be at your expense. In the terms of the iphone warranty:

The screen repair was botched. Take iPhone back to place of screen repair, and have them get the home button working again.

I have not seen a solution for error (1)

I understand that all of your iPhone sounds are working as expected except for the Sent Mail sound. I understand that you have already changed the Sent Mail sound as well as reset your iPhone and the issue persists. In this situation, to isolate the issue, I would first recommend backing up your iPhone to either iTunes or iCloud.
Back up and restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch using iCloud or iTunes - Apple Support
After you have backed up, I would recommend restoring your iPhone and setting it up as new to test the Sent Mail sound. If the sound works as expected, try restoring from your backup and test the sound again. Please let me know if the issue returns or if the sound still does not work when you set up your iPhone as a new device.

Try to force quit the app. Press Alt, Command and Esc keys to open Force Quit, choose Safari and force quit it. Then, turn off the MacBook

Installing OSX after installing new internal harddrive in MacBook

I am installing new 250GB harddrive in my MacBook. After installation, do I have to reinstall OSX from the Leopard disc, or is there a way to do it from my backups on an external drive created with Time Machine?

First you need to prep your new drive:
Extended Hard Drive Preparation
1. Open Disk Utility in your Utilities folder. If you need to reformat your startup volume, then you must boot from your OS X Installer Disc. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Installer menu (Utilities menu for Tiger or Leopard.)
2. After DU loads select your hard drive (this is the entry with the mfgr.'s ID and size) from the left side list. Note the SMART status of the drive in DU's status area. If it does not say "Verified" then the drive is failing or has failed and will need replacing. SMART info will not be reported on external drives. Otherwise, click on the Partition tab in the DU main window.
3. Set the number of partitions from the dropdown menu (use 1 partition unless you wish to make more.) Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Options button, set the partition scheme to GUID (only required for Intel Macs) then click on the OK button. Click on the Partition button and wait until the volume(s) mount on the Desktop.
4. Select the volume you just created (this is the sub-entry under the drive entry) from the left side list. Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
5. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Options button, check the button for Zero Data and click on OK to return to the Erase window.
6. Click on the Erase button. The format process can take up to several hours depending upon the drive size.
To restore from a TM backup see Restoring files from a Time Capsule backup. Note that the procedures are basically the same for restoring from a TM backup on a non-Time Capsule backup drive.

So a week after i updated iOS 8 my wifi won't connect other devices will, i am unable to get to a apple store since where i live doesn't have them. this is the second time iPod has done something like this. I've tried restarting it and everything

so i tried to restart the iPod, 'forget' the wifi name and re join nothing happened. i also did the reset network connection. as i said please give me something i can do via macbook or home since i live no where near a apple store. Does the iOS device connect to other networks? If yes that tend to indicate a problem with your network.
Does the iOS device see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iOS device connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router
.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem and it does not connect to any networks make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Got a used G4 off Ebay but for some reason the letters and numbers wont type. It changes volume and brightness with other keys including the caps lock...but cant type text.
Is it stuck in a shift or command key??

Check the ribbon cable, if that cable is not properly placed these kinds of problems happen

My MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013) trackpad stops working intermittently on Safari. It works after closing then reopening but stops again. Curious?

While using Safari or Firefox my trackpad 2-finger scroll stops functioning after working normally. Trackpad works fine with all other applications.

If I understand correctly you are unable to successfully boot past this gray sreen when using the built in monitor on your Mac unless you boot to your Boot Camp partition even after resetting your SMC and performing a Safe Boot. I would next use the troubleshooting in the following article to help resolve or isolate the issue here, named:
Mac OS X: Gray screen appears during startup
It's a pretty big article so it can be a bit daunting, but just take it step by step from the top and you should do just fine.

When I clicked on the Newest version of itunes something happened and now when I try to access the itunes store I get an error (-32-12) and it says to check my conectivity. I have three ipods and the problem is with the on line connection with itunes.

So the question is am I doing something wrong? Should I just try and install windows 8 through my windows 7 partition and see if I can use the bootcamp 5.05033. Or do I solely have to use the bootcamp to install Windows 8? I'm not too familiar with bootcamp and how it runs.

if you're using parallels and full bootcamp then you're making it 100% more troublesome for youself then it needs to be
bootcamp is running windows directly on the hardware this give full memory and cpu and 3d video game power
running windows in parallels is running a virtual machine where one can't run powerful games and the like but one can have it in a window and change fast between osx and windows
parallels as the only virutal machine (as far as I know) support not have the operating system as a file on the osx harddisk but can access a bootcamp parition as virtual machine but without the benefits bootcamps provides
it's a service parallels provide for those who want both to play games in normal bootcamp and sometimes use windows in a virutal machine
just install it like a normal virtual machine and you need not worry about bootcamp drivers and the likes
plus it would mean that the windows part would be a part of the timemachine bacup of osx
which it is not when it's in bootcamp
