You'll want to contact iTunes to see if you can get a refund. They have an online support through expresslane.apple.com. You'll want to hit iTunes on the left, then iTunes Store in the center (not iTunes player) and Billing and Purchasing on the right. That'll take you to the section you want to go to. Sometimes they have a chat available there, but most of the time it's an email option.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of doing so include clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.

I can not get apps that cost $. I can get songs and free aps but not those that cost $. I have funded iTunes account. When I try to buy an app it refers me to this chat/community site. Can anyone help.

To get synced photos from an iPod to a computer you need a third-party program like TouchCopy or PhoneView.

I forgot the answers to my security questions so I sent the email to my rescue email to reset the questions. I got the email and pressed Verify Now and it redirected me to the apple site where I would put in my Apple ID and password. I put it in correctly as I have checked that I'm using the right ID and password. I have even reset my password just in case I had put in my old one wrong. everytime it still says I have an invalid adress (which it is obviously not) and I don't know what to do. I don't want to waste the money I just put into my account.

i cant get my Appstore to work because it has locked up because i tried to answer my security questions and failed to do it. it wanted verification because it said it was my first time on the App Store but it isn't. Two thoughts on this:
1. The iTunes Store indicates this app has not been updated since August, 2010. Such a period of stagnation is a big red flag (at least to me).
2. The iTunes Store also indicates the developer website, which is:
