My complete Adobe product/order history gone?

I upgraded my PC with new motherboard, CPU and new OS (Windows 7 64-bit). I was re-installing Acrobat Pro and logged into my account at Adobe.com to look up some previous info. None of my Acrobat purchase or ownership history was there, nor any of the other Adobe products I've purchased over the past 10 years. I tried various account sections thinking they had moved the data around. Nope.
If this is happening to other people, I haven't found it on Google. Can't find a general account entry under Support. Suggestions?

Well, they can't blame the hack. When that happened and I had to change my login, I also looked at my history. All products I've purchased were there.
Which brings me back to why I need that history now. The serial number I've been using for Acrobat Pro 9 is an upgrade license. When I try to activate full ownership on this rebuilt PC, Adobe is asking for not only the previous serial (which luckily I kept) but also which one of about 10 products that number applied to. I've tried clicking on all of them. All refused.
I tried using Web chat to have an Adobe person help me, but all I got was a vertical rectangle with my name in it. No controls, no feedback of any type. Not the level of service I expect from them.

  • Serial number creation at the completion of production order

    I am trying to create a production order and the finished goods is serialized. However, when I complete the production order it never asks me for a serial number for the finished goods. I have to go to registered products screen and manually create the serial number. I am assuming there is a way to minimize the number of step I have to use during the production process to create a serial number.
    Any Ideas?

    i believe that serial numbers are not supported in production orders.
    Serial numbers are available on delivering and receiving goods

  • A question about report completion in production order

    Hi,
    Rightnow, i am trying to develop some application about production order and play with the production order in SAP. I found a issue which I don't understand. Let's say I have a production order with some components issued for the BOM and these components are managered by serial number. Natually, when I issue components into this production order SAP asks me to select serial number. But when I report completion for some products, SAP doesn't ask me to select component's serial number. Also when I try to return left components from production order to warehouse, SAP ask me to select the component's serial but the serial # list is the complete list which doesn't make sense. Because I have already report some products completed, how comes it ask me to select serial # from all of them? So seems that SAP doesn't manager the serial number properly in production oder, something wrong either I miss some steps in SAP or SAP missing something to manager the serial # for production order.
    Any idea?

    Can you please guide how to get history of any production order?
    History here what i want to track is all changes happen to the order related to header data, operation data, components, ect.
    Any small  change happens to production ordershould be tracked.

    Hi Amit,
    You need to enable Order change management. The tables where you can trace changes to the order are CDHDR - Header changes, CDPOS - Detailed changes.
    Other production order tables are AUFK, AFPO, AFKO and RESB. Go to SE16 and check all the tables for changes to your order.

  • PP scenario to complete the production order without GR and No stock update

    Hi Experts,
    I have a very typical PP scenario here. Let me explain,
    I want to create a production order (CO01) add operations to it and do the confirmation. As set, the cost will get updated against the production order. This is perfect.
    Now the trick is, i actually DONT want to update the stock of the material. That is, the goods reciept should not happen. But at the same time, I need to have the count of how much is delivered in the production order.
    I was thinking of having new movement type created (that would statiscally do the goods reciept without updating the actual stock of the material). Would this suffice, or do you guys have any other way of getting the count in the production order without having the goods reciept done.

    If you want to avoid inventory issues as well as cost issue , i think  you can bring the Confirmation -Yeild field as Delevered quianity in a Z-report  .You can also utilise COOIS-Select Confirmation -Standrad Profile -Enter Order Type and Plant Code .Here you can select the change lay out option and bring the  confirm yeild qty  field from Hidden column  to diplay colmn for all these  orders .
    You can use following tabel  for your custom report or utlise coois for the same
    1.AFRU -Confiramtion
    2.GMNGA-Yeild Confirmed
    3.LMNGA-Yeild to confirm .

    I assume you mean have a program run at pre-defined intervals to TECO your production orders.
    Easiest is to use SM36 --> batch job creation wizard to setup your batch job.
    The ABAP program you want to execute is PPIO_ENTRY (create a variant for the program first via SE38).

    I completed a production order which calculated a $19 variance, however SAP didn't make any kind of variance entry to the gl.  Why not?

    It will make entry only when you close this production order.

    i have this problem.
    In my SAP WM implementation, i have customizing the PP-WM interface to create automatically the TO from central warehouse to Production supply aera after releasing of production order. The steps are:
    - Release production order
    - Creation of TR  - automatically
    - Ceration of TO to be confirmed (red light) from central warehouse (001) to production supply area (100) - automatically
    Now i would that after technical complete of production order, automatically the TO to be confirmed is cancelled. There is a way to do it?

    I am confused as to why you would want to CANCEL the TO. Surely if the order is complete (technically or otherwise) then the stock has been moved from its source to the order and therefore you would want to CONFIRM it and not CANCEL it.
    As I said if the TO is to take 100 of material A from bin 1111111111 to prod order 9999999999 and you cancel the TO the stock will stay in 1111111111 when in fact it has gone to 9999999999 .
    If your order is to say create 100 pieces of Z and to do this you need 100 pieces of A then you want to CONSUME 100 pieces of A  and GR 100 pieces of Z.
    If you cancel the TO the consumption will fail as the stock is not in 9999999999 but has gone back to 1111111111.
    The other problem is that you will be showing 100 pieces of A in bin 1111111111 which is NOT THERE as the order has used it.

    The Priority field is useful at the production level. In the header table of creation of production order,we can assign the priority of that particular order like 1,2,3,4.if we have two or more production orders using same workcenters based on the priority, we can use this priority field.It is only for information purpose.
    It reflects on the execution of capacity planning(CM01).This is for manual verification at the shop floor control for completing the production order.

    In milestone confirmations, planned activities are always posted on the basis of the confirmed quantity. If you have entered activities manually during a milestone operation, planned activities are also confirmed when the preceding operations are automatically confirmed. The exception to this is the setup times, which are always confirmed fully, independently of the entered quantity
    You enter a confirmation of 7 pieces for milestone operation 30, which has a planned yield of 10 pieces. Operation 20 is confirmed automatically. The planned machine time for operation 20 is 40 minutes, therefore a machine time of 28 minutes is confirmed

  • Partially confirmed production orders

    Hello,
    Could you please advice with the issue.
    I have production orders that were partially converted from the planned orders.
    While converting to production orders the planned orders were deleted.
    Could you please advise how I can complete the production orders now as it is partially confirmed and there is no planned order any more.

    Did the check box "Delete planned ord." got check accidentally or intentionally (in CO48, through MD04)? In either case it is not reversible. You have to create a new production order (or planned order, depending on your business procedure) for the extra quantity you want to produce.
    Or
    Change the header quantity in the current production order and confirm the same operations(which you already confirmed), system will normally propose the remaining quantity to be confirmed (the extra quantity you added).
    F1 Help on Delete planned ord. checkbox.
    The indicator 'Delete planned order' determines whether the planned order is deleted after the partial quantities are converted to production orders. The indicator is set automatically if the open quantity is equal to zero or is no longer a positive number. If the open quantity is made positive again by changes to partial quantities then the indicator is NOT automatically reversed.

    The SSD on my laptop computer failed, so after I got a new one and got Windows 7 loaded I logged into my Adobe account to re-download Acrobat X Pro.  I purchased the product in March 2012, and Adobe.com shows I have a registered copy of the product.  However, my order history is completely empty and I can't obtain a download link.  I attempted to initiate a live chat, but the application keeps referring me back to the support web site for answers instead.  The support site doesn't provide anything useful, other than to say that I should initiate a chat with a support person (which the site will not let me do).  Anyone have any ideas?
