What do I do to eliminate a frozen screen that shows a usb connecting to I tunes, I have tried to reset to no avail.
It sounds like your iPod is in recovery mode. Have you connected it to your computer? Usually when this happens it indicates that the iPod needs to be restored.
If you have tried restoring the iPod and that hasn't worked you might also try putting the iPod into DFU mode and try to restore it. This would replace both the software and firmware on your iPod instead of a regular restore just replacing the software and modifying the firmware as needed.
To put the iPod into DFU mode:
1. Make sure the iPod is connected to the computer
2. Hold down the sleep/wake button and home button at the same time for 8 seconds
3. Let go of the sleep/wake button and keep holding down the home button
4. If you are successful, a dialog box will pop up in iTunes stating that iTunes has detected an iPod/iPhone in recovery mode.
5. Click OK, then click the restore button in iTunes.
Hopefully after that, the iPod will be up and running so you can sync your content back.

I've bought a student plan but every time I open currently downloaded programms I see an automatically opened window that says I'm using trial version and still have several days to use it. Question: My 5th Gen Clssic I Pod, has just stopped playing and shows a tick, and Ok to disconnect. I have tried to reset by toggle hold and press centre, but no joy. I have not got the CD. Please help. Think its 2005 Graham
To reset the iPod, you need to press and hold both the Select (Center) and Menu buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear. It can take up to 30 seconds or more while holding those buttons to get a response sometimes.

The video tutorial window that shows when photoshop is launched is TOO SMALL. Can it be maximized??
The "Welcome" window that opens when PS CC 2014 is launched show the option to playa specific vidieo tutorials. However, that window in not adjustable and is frequently too small to see exactly what the person is actually doing. Can the video be enlarged?
There are other secondary videos that can be watched in that same window. These other videos are really quite tiny, actually. I can't see at all what the person is doing. I think it would be nice to be able to enlarge the videos presented within the Welcome window that opens with PS CC 2014. Is anyone else having this problem??

I think having these videos discussing the most recent updates immediately available in Photoshop is more timely and convenient. but again, I wonder why the video window is so small. Why was that considered good form and even helpful?

There are dozens of ways to accomplish this. What sort of experience with Flash do you have? A very simple method is to just place each image on the timeline. Set a frame rate for the movie, and then extend each image's extent on the timeline to allow it to be shown for the duration that you want. For instance, with the frame rate set to 15 fps, to show each image for 1 second, you would have each image occupy 15 frames. Add or subtract frames to suit your needs. You can add transitions between each image if you like.

My PC is running windows 8.1 with USB 3 port. Kinect is connected 24/7 and if I did not use the Kinect for 1day, it appears pc has lost the connection to Kinect. Unplugging and plugging the usb connection does not do bring the connection back but if I power
off and on the Kinect , then it can be seen by the PC.
How can I fix this problem?
