On the very bottom right of the iTunes store page you should see a small circular icon with a flag. Click that and you should see a page which allows you to select the respective country store your looking for.

Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
- If not in USA, you can contact iTunes and they may allow a redownload if yu explain what happened. However, it is up to your to backup music.
- For other music you will have to go back to where it was obtained. -
mainly required is access to purchases rather than just reporting a problem through purchase history as that will take forever and some wont even let me report them
Update to iTunes current release (10.3.1), under the Store menu in the sidebar select 'Purchased', at the bottom right of the screen select 'Download Previous Purchases'

I recently deleted iTunes off my computer by accident, when I reinstalled it I got the new version and I can't figure out how to get my music to store on my iTunes to transfer from my iPhone to my iTunes. I goal is to get my iPod filled with the music that I have stored on my iPhone and figured the only way to do so is to use iTunes as my transfer hub. Any suggestions?

If I have no music on my iTunes at all and no music on my computer, hard drive or any other version of storage yet there is a playlist on my iPhone. While my iPhone is plugged into my PC and my iTunes is up, is there a way to swap my playlist from my iPhone to my iTunes? Directly? Without downloading some new media source or backing up my old media source from my history. The reason everything was deleted (iTunes and media source) was due to the size of everything and space it was requiring. I am simply trying to get 233 songs from A to B.

Restore it using the computer you normally sync with.

after upgrading to iOS8 my Exchange account has changed to an invalid address. I can change it but after a day or two it changes back to the invalid address. any help on this would be great. Other user on our exchange server that have iOS 7 or lower do not have this problem. All iOS 8 users in our company have this problem
have you deleted the account and re-added it? Have you done a reset or restore as outlined in the iPhone user guide? What troubleshooting have you done?

In order to sign out of your iCloud account that had a ID change, you would need to change the account back to the original. The reason for that is probably due to the Find my device feature and it needs to verify and if that iCloud account does not exist because of the name change and you cannot sign out. Changing it back is pretty easy and should not ask you to verify but once you change it and sign out, you can change it back to what you want it to be. Try restoring from the backup created at the beginning of the sync process:
Without connecting your phone, open iTunes, go to Preferences, on the Devices tab check "Prevent...from syncing automatically"
Connect your phone, right-click on the name of your phone when it appears on the left sidebar in iTunes
Select Restore from backup, choosing your most recent backup to restore from
Disconnect your phone and confirm that your photos are back
Go back to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and re-enable automatic syncing. -

Extract the hard drive from the faulty computer and recover the library from it or see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device. (At least one link in there may be useful even if you don't have such a device.)

Camera and Photos app keeps crashing!!!
