My iphone 3gs has been disabled i've been onto itunes and restored the device but there is no change any ideas on what i could have done wrong?
about 6 months ago i was trying to unlock my phone. my passcode for everything has always been the same 4 digits. i unlocked the phone twice in the space of 10 minutes to reply to text messages by the time id checked my phone again my passcode no longer worked. frustrated i tried the passcode over again unfortunately my younger sister got a hold of my phone and further locked me out. i purchased another phone and now have come across the old phone, i need to get the pictures off the disabled iphone3gs of mine. these photos are a must! i dont want anything else off the phone just the photos. unsure of what to do now as restoring the phone hasnt worked either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you have an iTunes backup that includes the photos you may be able to extract them from the backup using a 3rd party utility such as http://www.wideanglesoftware.com/ibackupextractor/

If you are receiving a messages that says the maximum number of free iCloud accounts has already been created I'm afraid you won't be able to create a new account on your phone.
Each device can only create a certain number of iCloud accounts. Once they have been created you cannot create a new one. You also can't delete one of the accounts to allow you to create a new one. All you can do is either re-use one of the accounts previously created or create a new account to use on another iOS device (running iOS 5 or higher) or Mac (running OS X Lion or higher), if you have one. -
I am trying to access my pictures off of my old iphone, it says disabled and i don't remember my password. If I restore the device will i lose my pictures because that is what i am trying to avoid? I originally had my phone set up with itunes through the at&t store here locally so the odds of them having that same computer are probably pretty slim.... Any other options?

AlishaIt's too late. If you had been syncing your phone with that computer prior to the screen failing, it wouldn't be asking you for a passcode...

I had the same problem with my phone, its a 3gs, out of no where my laptop stop recognizing it and wouldnt charge either, i got worried because i had all my pix and videos on my phone and didn't have a copy, so i started searching on the internet for an answer to my issue, bought extra usb cables, used different laptops and nothing worked .. Untill i took my cell phone apart and thought about replacing the (charge port assembly for apple Iphone 3gs) so ordered the part online and 3 days later got it and i just replaced it right now... and guess what/??? IT WORKED!!! YEAP.. NOW MY CELL IS CHARGING AND I JUST SYNC MY STUFF.. I HOPE THIS CAN SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM... AND ONLY COST ME 8 DLLS

trying to active my old iPhone 3gs. it showing that activation server is temporary unavailable and on the iTunes showing that there is no sim card installed in the iPhone you are attempting to activate. I unlocked my phone then i upgrade it, after that this happen. i tried with other sim same message come again and again.if any body know solution let me know. thanks
Was the SIM card activated on another phone? I assume this is an ATT style trying to use on T-Mobile? Was the SIM installed correctly? Is the carrier (like T-Mobile) operating IOS 6 devices yet?
If the SIM is a valid SIM from say T-Mobile, you may want to contact them for assistance activating the SIM card.
Activation and SIM issues typically point to the carrier. And if this was a CDMA phone say working with verizon, it will NOT work for ATT or T-Mobile as they use different electronics on the 3GS. The SIM slot is for international use only. -
my ipod will not update. I have plugged it into itunes and authorizing the computer but, it still says that all of the purchased product has not been transfered. It keeps telling me to authorize the computer which I have done. The purchased items were purchased using an $10 gift card, would that have anything to do with it?

Has your phone been jailbroken? If so, you will likely never get it to work again.
You can try placing your phone in DFU mode (search google) and restoring. -
My iPhone 4a keep telling to plug it in to iTunes and restore it I do that and then the next day it ask me to do the same thing what is the problem? I need and trouble shoot or some type of solution for this problem.
If you have restored as new and the device continues to go into restore mode, then it appears you need to make an appointment at the Genius bar as there could be a hardware issue with your device.
One last question, the phone has not been hacked/jailbroken, has it? -

for sure iphoto did not "revert" to a previous version - if the version has changed it is due to something you did and you need to share that
What exactly is your problem? To upgrade to Mavericks backup yoru system and download and install OS X 10.9.x Mavericks - then purchase iphtoo '11 Version 9.5.x from the app store and install it - tehn download and run the library upgrader (it is downloaded to the utilities folder in your aplicatiosn folder) and then launch iPhoto '11 version 9.5.x to finish the upgrade

My movies on Apple TV have started taking around an hour to download and I've not changed anything for this to happen. I've been told to go to Settings on iTunes, to reduce the resolution but there isn't a settings tab. Can anyone help?
On the main menu, isn't there a settings icon next to the green one that says "Computer" ?

Went to look at my phone when i was on holiday and it was randomly off then turned it back on and it was stuck on the connect to itunes logo. I plugged it into itunes and it wants to do i restore. During the restore it says my server or something like that has timed out and it wont do it? any ideas???
