Good, thank you in advance for help. My Iphone 5 agency was left red battery and asked me a software update from settings, the update could not begin, I think, because there was no connection. I turned off the device to get to recharge my house and arrest him and get me a stick in red appeared and requested connection and immediately connected it via the USB cable to the PC, Windows Vista, and no progress bar. However, the update Itunes asked me again and I put it to update. It lasted 84 minutes, but after the update, the iPhone does not recognize Itunes, and reload the pc or the USB cable or with direct current charger (connector Apple). No reboots, no catches, no sign of anything. Please help I do not know what I can do. Yesterday I went to an agency of the company and was told that if I put the phone to update and it was the battery I should take it to an authorized Apple Software I restored. I have searched and have not found tutorials how to update the software or relive the Iphone. I'm desperate and I can say that for the first time in my life, I doubt Apple continue or happen to competition. Please help me.
With iTunes open connect iPhone to the PC. In the Top Menu of iTunes at the end select Help, scroll down to near bottom, select "Run Diagnositics..." Perform all the simple tests and follow the help.

basically the title says it all...I've been using this for the longest time and now after i was syncing the ipod while downloading an update for Itunes the sad face ipod icon shows up and everything i try won't fix it. I'm wondering if anyone knows how they can help me fix it...please!
The Sad face icon is usually a very good indication of a hardware malfunction or failure usually with the iPod's Hard Drive, which would also explain the loud clicking noise you are hearing.
I assume you have seen this article yet?

It sounds like Wifi syncing may be enabled in iTunes. The article iOS: Syncing with iTunes found here http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1386 outlines how to enable Wifi syncing but rather than checking the box that enables it, you would uncheck it.
Wi-Fi syncing
Open iTunes
To set up Wi-Fi syncing, connect your iOS device to your computer with the included USB cable. Select your device under Devices on the left-hand side.
In the Summary tab, select "Sync with this [device] over Wi-Fi".
Whenever the computer and the iOS device are on the same network, the iOS device will appear in iTunes, and you can sync it. The iOS device will sync automatically when all of the following are true:
The iOS device is plugged in to power
iTunes is open on the computer
The iOS device and the computer are on the same Wi-Fi network
While the iOS device appears in the left-hand column of iTunes, you can select the content tabs and configure sync options.
Click Apply or Sync to sync the iOS device.
If the iOS device does not appear in the Devices section or you are unable to sync, please see this article for troubleshooting.

You're not making a lot of sense.
You can't "delete icloud". And you certainly can't "delete icloud" from an iPhone 3G. The iPhone 3G can't run anything higher than iOS 4.2.1, which does not support iCloud. -
I download latest updates for itunes and my iphone, when it comes to installing, it successfully downloads, but then i get a message for iphone software error=1403 file corrupted, and for itunes it downloads, then when i try to install it a message says unable to install software, file maybe corrupted!!
The iTunes update must be downloaded and installed before you try and use it to update the iPhone OS
Download iTunes 10.2.2 from here: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1103
When it completes it will auto mount the disc image and show you the package installer, don't try and do anything with the file until it gets to this stage.
Once that's installed reboot the Mac, run iTunes, connect your iPhone and let it sync, then hit the update button and let it complete that step by itself (which will require a restart of the iPhone) -

Go to www.ecamm.com and d/l PhoneView.
To prevent a sync when plugging in the iPod/iPhone - hold down the 'option' and the 'command' keys when plugging in the iPod/iPhone - key the keys down until the iPod/iPhone is listed under the Devices list in iTunes - this will prevent a sync from taking place.
With PhoneView you can take the content from the device to the iTunes library.

I have a first generation MacBook Air that has been refurbished via the Apple store. I installed Snow Leopard about a year ago and now, my computer wont update! It will download the updates restart my computer, but then I get an error message and the computer wont restart!
What is a error message and what do you see when it appears?
Haven't much problem with Airs around here, since they have a SSD they tend to be more reliable.
Perhaps it was a bad update, have you ran through this list of possible fixes?
Do as many as possible, starting with #1. Until the problem is resolved.
Use the boot 10.6 USB instead of the disk of course.
