Where did you obtain the beta version of iOS 7 that is currently on your iPhone?
If is is a pirated version you will have to disable find my iPhone or erase your iPhone in iCloud then put the iPhone in DFU mode and restore it as a NEW iPhone in iTunes.

I'm using ipad mini and the iOS is 7.0.4. I used an Apple ID (called: A), and I activated my ipad, used iCloud & Find my iphone with this A account. But now I've changed address of Apple ID from A@.... to the new one: B@.... (just changed email address of Apple ID, not create a new ID), and then I signed out iCloud, old Apple ID, etc... on my ipad and signed in with new id B@.... Everythings seem OK, I can sign in/out iCould, turn on/turn off Find my iphone as well with the new one (B@...)
But I still have a question (and still confusing with it): What will happend when I restored my ipad? I mean my iOS is 7, so which Apple ID will be asked to re-activate my ipad after I restore it, old id A@.... (this one cannot be used now) or the new one B@...., please?

If you've succesfully changed the ID for iCloud and Find my phone, it will be your new ID you use if you need to restore it.

When I am going for activation its saying that no SIM card is inserted, but I have already Ufone SIM card is inserted. I checked it with other SIM card like Zong etc but the response was same i.e; no SIM card is inserted. It not catching the signals. Well, if you did it yourself, then there is a chance that you damaged some other component inside the device that is causing your issue. The iPhone's are not user serviceable, and once you have opened the device you have voided any warranty and post-warranty support from Apple. I would try Google to see if you can find any other way to repair your device, as Apple will no longer look at it.

If you intend to keep using iCloud on your iPad, your best course of action would be to update your Apple ID/iCloud information so that you have a known password and it is associated with an active email address. You may find the following articles helpful:

I am living in uk at the moment and i have an unlocked iphone 4s. Each time i put a new sim in it a message appears saying ''Activation Required''. When i slide the unlock bar it asks to choose a wifi network or a mobile data network. So far this hasnt been a problem coz i always found a wifi network around me or the mobile data network worked fine. Now the problem is I am moving back to my country Bangladesh in couple of days. And back there wifi isnt a very available thingie. And mobile data network is very hard to connect. So if i put on a Bangladeshi mobile service sim in my phone how do i activate it without the wifi or mobile data network? Please some help asap would be much appreciated.

Sorry for the rant up there.. Thanks for your quick response. I couldn't get to an Apple store and can't order anything from the States that contains Lithium ION batteries -- no U.S. Postal Services will deliver these to us anymore. Target sold this to me as an unactivated Sprint phone. I never activated it through Sprint in the States and just took it to Germany with me. I updated to vs.6.0 via ITunes and without the Sprint SIM Card installed. The IPhone is now accessible (Apps, Settings, etc., to be able to check firmware, et al., settings. However, I can't tell if it's unlocked (since I upgraded the version without the Sprint SIM Card installed) until I go to the local cell phone shop and stuff in a BASE (provider) SIM card and test it out. Is there a way to tell whether or not the phone is unlocked without a SIM card in it? I don't think there is....

If you do not want to use passcodes, why don't you just go to Settings > General > Passcode Lock and delete the passcode and set the lock to OFF. That will eliminate the problems all together.

Careless? Possible, but unlikely. Most likely the phone was stolen from the first owner. Thank you for your response. However, I have done that plenty of times and each time I try to restore my phone, it extracts the software and then when it says restoring with the loading bar, an error message comes up saying an unknown error has occurred.
