If this is in the iTunes/App store and there is no option for none then it may be due to an unpaid balance on your iPhone
IF you don't have a CC then buy an iTunes gift card,
IF you are trying to set up an iTunes account; do it on a cmputer and you should have the option for "None"

If you are within 14 days of purchase you can still return the iPhone and get the phone that suits your needs, however, I think you will find that no matter which phone you get the content provider will want to know how you are going to pay for future purchases. For Android phones it is Google, and they will certainly want to know.

If None is not available - On your computer launch iTunes and click "iTunes Store" in the left navigation pane. Click the "down arrow" next to your name at the top right side of the page and click "Account." Enter your username and password and click "View Account" to log into your account information. Next to your Payment Type, click "Edit." Select the "None" button and click "Done." Confirm that your card has been removed by returning to the Apple account information screen. Under Payment Type, it should say that there is no credit card on file.

The serial number that you might have is an upgrade version & it will be asking for a previous qualifying version serial number.

Received a email from Apple stating that my Apple ID was used for a purchase not on my device. It had a link to cancel purchase but asked for my email and password which I gave then it wanted my credit card info! I didn't give that,what should I do? Do you think this is just a way to get my credit card information?
It sounds like a phishing email. You can't "cancel" purchases. You've now given them your AppleID and password, so you should immediately change your password to something new and very secure.
Also watch out for suspicicious activity on your account. -
It always ask me to fill my credit card number when I want to purchase just with my apple store gift card. I chose 'none' for my billing address, and it always ask for my credit card Number, and ive actually redeemed $110 itunes gift card.
Apple verifies your payment method with nearly every purchase now for your security.
On an iOS device make sure to tap Done after selecting None.
Same thing on a computer. Make sure to click Done if you select None for Payment Method. -

There probably is, but it requires that you be able to use punctuation and write in sentences so that we can understand exactly what you want.
You can block others from using your Apple ID by changing your password. There is no way to erase what was already downloaded on to someone else's device, for obvious reasons, -

Is this a 4 or 4s? What is the model number on the back? If its A1431 or A1387, it is a 4s, and does indeed have a sim tray. A1349 or A1332 will indicate an iphone 4.

I am trying to set up a family sharing with a new iMac and other Mac pro computer and other apple products. When I click to manage account and the add a member, I am told to verify the user by entering the security code from the credit card. The card listed is an old one and has since been changed. I updated the info on my apple account, but it is not getting to the iCloud for the family sharing. The number shown is the old card. When I enter a code it says invalid. How long does it take for the info to udate to all systems?

Happy Holidays! The resource below explains how to edit the credit card information for the Apple ID account that you want to use for Family Sharing. Once you've made the changes, I would suggest you sign out of your iTunes Store on all of your devices, and then restart them. The changes should take place quickly. I'm on my iPod and I made a new Apple ID cause I reset my iPod. I go to download an app, but when it says use exsiting apple ID or Creat a new Apple ID, I say exsisting. it says that my Apple ID was not review by iTunes store I put all the info in so it can read it then it says "iTunes Gift Cards and iTunes Gifts code, I don't have one... what do I do?????
The gift card field is optional, you don't have to fill it in - and as cards are not available in all countries (and they are country-specific, they can only be used in their country of issue) you might not be able to fill it in anyway.
If it's a new account, and you didn't use the instructions on this page when creating it :http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534, then you will need to enter payment details on the account before you will be able to download any item from the store with it. -
