it just freezed up and then shut down and is stoke on the loading image. plus the phone is hot. who do i turn my phone on?

Try rebooting it. Hold the HOME and SLEEP buttons at the same time until an Apple logo appears. This will take 10-20 seconds of holding.

Has it recently been exposed to water or any other liquids, perhaps in the rain or a pub. If so, you will have to consider it likely to be dead. Take it to your nearest Apple store for check out.

If you want to preserve the data on the boot drive, and it's not already backed up, you must try to back up now, before you do anything else. It may or may not be possible. If you don't care about the data, you can skip this step.
There are several ways to back up a Mac that is not fully functional. You need an external hard drive to hold the backup data.
1. Boot from the Recovery partition or from a local Time Machine backup volume (option key at startup.) Launch Disk Utility and follow the instructions in this support article, under “Instructions for backing up to an external hard disk via Disk Utility.”
2. If you have access to a working Mac, and both it and the non-working Mac have FireWire or Thunderbolt ports, boot the non-working Mac in target disk mode. Use the working Mac to copy the data to another drive. This technique won't work with USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth.
3. If the internal drive of the non-working Mac is user-replaceable, remove it and mount it in an external enclosure or drive dock. Use another Mac to copy the data.

The image means that the iPad has gone into recovery mode - you will need to connect it to your computer's iTunes, that should recognise the iPad and allow you to reset it back to factory defaults, and you can then restore/resync your content to it. Whilst it's in recovery mode you might not be able to turn it off (I'm not sure whether it's possible or not)

It depends what you are using, you haven't told us, and whether you ever saved in the first place which you also haven't told us.
In OSX Lion (OSX 10.7) Pages will have auto-saved after the initial save and reopening the file will take you back to the last save.
Prior to Lion you would only have the last saved version. Utilities like ForEverSave would have auto-saved for you or you would need to manually save with command s.
If your whole Mac froze and it wasn't a battery issue in a laptop, then I would try and determine the reason as this should not be happening.

Doesn't matter when you purchased your phone. All iPhone 5s are still under warranty. Make an appointment at an Apple Store to have your device examined by a technician. Or contact Apple Support.

Try a reset ..
Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
You will have to re enter the Wi-Fi password.

i was opening an app when my phone froze, i held the power button till it turned off. it then took over 2 mins to switch off, it will now not turn on or charge. my laptop does not reconise that it is connected to it. any ideas?

Please follow the steps given below:
1.Delete all the files from following folders:
2.C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore
3. C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\SLCache
4. And, delete all files from following folder except cache.db
5. C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\ Adobe PCD
Now, launch the product and activate again with a new serial number.
I hope this would resolve your issue.

Ipod froze and restored itself now pc wont recognize it

I have a 30GB Ipod Video and a Windows XP operating system-equipped with Itunes 7.1
My Ipod was working fine while I uploaded songs to it, but then i ejected it from itunes and it was frozen so I consulted the Apple site and reset it to their instructions. It ended up deleting all my songs-which ****** me off a bit. Then I plugged it back into the computer to upload all my songs again, and it says it can't read my ipod and to click PREFERENCES-SUMMARY-RESTORE.
After checking MANY sites i figured out what I am supposed to do because i couldnt find the summary tab anywhere, and it turns out I am being told that the summary tab is in the actual ipod's settings. How am i suppose to do that if the computer's not even reading the ipod???
Does anyone know if I can send it to be fixed or replaced or whatever? I can't find any tech support emails and since I live in Trinidad-calling is last on my list. I've had my ipod for about just a year now and i need to fix it!! plzzz help someone!

Mail Crashes and shuts down whenever downloading e-mail - Please Help!

Hallo, I´ve got a serious Problem / Bug:
Whenever I want to receive mails, Mail app crashes and quits.
I am using Leopard 10.5.1
I am able to compose and send mail, but not receive any.

I´ve had indeed a smart mailbox referring to a smart adressbook group. And I´ve had a rule referring to a smart group. But after deleting them, the problem persists! The only thing that has changed, is that mail now seems to crash a couple of seconds later. That means, now the crash occurs after downloading about 4 e-mails. Before that the crash regularly occured while downloading the first e-mail. Well its a small improvement, but a crash is a crash.
I really need help on this! Maybe there is an apple engineer, who can figure this out! Thank you much!

When I press the on switch slider, the notebook shows lights then CPU fan begins to spin. It immediately slows down then stops. Power light stays on, but nothing else happens. No startup screen, nothing. To do it again, power cable must be disconnected then reconnected. Does anybody has any idea? Please help.

Once you get it to turn on, I would check to see if there is a BIOS update available for your machine.
