Are you positive you are entering in the correct password? Have you tried rebooting the router by unplugging it from power for about 30 seconds or so?
What happens if you head to Settings -> General -> Reset, tap Reset Network Settings, and then try to reconnect to your home Wi-Fi network.

Symptoms

Resolution
If any of these symptoms occurs, follow the steps in this article to resolve the issue. The device:
Does not return to the Home screen after pressing the Home button
Does not wake from sleep after pressing the Sleep/Wake button
Does not turn on (or power on) when pressing any button

Is unable to "Slide to Unlock" or "Slide to Power Off"
If a single application is not responding or freezes when it opens, you can force it to close
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears. When the red slider appears, release the Sleep/Wake button.

If the device does not return to the Home screen, see the steps below to restart.

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, or the if the screen remains black or shows a persistent Apple logo, try restoring with iTunes
Connect the device to your computer and open iTunes.
If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane.
If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try using the steps in this article to force the device into recovery mode.

I have a white iPhone 4s and since a few days ago, I have not been able to access anything on my phone via my laptop. I have tired everything it says on the support pages but still nothing. You'll need to connect it to the iTunes library you normally sync it with and restore it. If iTunes asks you for this passcode before it will let you proceed, connect the iPod to iTunes in recovery mode instead using the instructions in this Apple support document.

I have an Ipod Touch 4G, Although I have tried two connection leads to the computer, it comes up with the message ' Itunes could not connect to "Dads Ipod" because an invalid response was received from the device'. I can access the contents of the device via the connection leads using 'My Computer' but not through Itunes as the message always appears!! Using WinVista Homebasic. Is this a known fault with the Ipod4 and VISTA? It works okay on a laptop, however, I would like an expert to take me through the steps to sort out my home desktop computer? Please help? I would try a Safe Boot first. (This will take longer than a normal Boot and you will need to Restart afterwards).
If it were an older OS I would also suggest going to System Preferences > Displays and making sure the display is set to Millions. (My MacBook Pro does not have this option in Snow Leopard so I did presume Snow Leopard does not have it).
With some laptops there have been some issues with the cable up the back of the screen pulling loose with regular and frequent use of the lid, but this will not apply to you based on your specs. (it does take time to appear and is also somewhat rare). However it seems enough contact with the camera can make it appear in System Profiler and power it on but not give a pic.
If a Safe Boot does not work I would also try a PRAM reset.
Shut down the computer.
Restart it holding down Apple/CMD (or ⌘)+ALT( ⌥)+P+R Keys until you have heard three Start Up Bongs.
This is actually "less" destructive in that it clears less memory items than Safe Boot but they are different enough to warrant trying.
Do you have an older version of iGlasses installed ?
The one for Leopard does not work for Snow Leopard.
Do you have Web Browser open ?
This may point to Google Video Chat Plug-in and Flash Conflict. It would be rare to allow another app to access the camera even if not displayiong a Pic.
(Chrome Installs the Plug-in as does the standalone download).
Knowing what "any application" exactly you are trying might help us pin it down.
Any additional downloaded apps that can use the camera ?
Do you happen to have something balck in front of the camera ?

As instructed in the If you have never synced your device with iTunes, or you do not have access to a computer section of the article, put it in recovery mode and restore:
Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to shut down.
While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
Continue holding the Home button until you see the Connect to iTunes screen.
iTunes will alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then restore the device. -
Just upgraded to a 6. I want to use my old 4S as an iPod touch. Is there a way to disable the phone and only have wi-fi?
Did you transfer the telephone number from the old phone to the new phone? If you did, I don't see how you could still have cellular service, even if you turned it off in settings.

My iphone died & I plugged it back in to charge when it powered on the screen remained black. I can hear when I receive a text and siri. If you can actually get to restore, maybe (I estimate a 0.01% chance) you'll be able to do a backup before the restore. Actually, from the symptoms you describe, I suspect a restore won't work either and you'll need to do a recovery.

When I try to open itunes on my school network windows Xp computer I get an error message with this code 0x80092013. I have tried all of the suggestions from apple support document but nothing has worked.
Have you left the iPod to charge for a couple of hours and then tried resetting it again? It can take up to at least 30 minutes of charging before an iPod with a dead battery shows any signs of life. By a reset, I assume you mean pressing and holding both the Select/Center and Menu buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear?
